• Black (6/5): Terrible email and phone communication, stressful experience. Nice apartment. - Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Close to public transport. A lot! My sister emailed and phoned for a week before our stay, with no reply, to try to provide our credit card details and get an apartment number. Finally 1 day before we arrived, and after non-stop redialling of the contact number provided, we got a call back. There was no photo of the lockbox although they said it was emailed, so we were in the dark trying to find it, which was not easy. Then it was hard to read the lock numbers using a torch as the light reflected off the metal. We then couldn't find our apartment number on the paperwork so we tried to call the contact number and the call was not answered yet again. We had to get into the lift and try floor by floor to see which one was correct. We later found the apartment number as part of the address provided, but it was not obvious to us, particularly when we were already stressed enough by the poor communication and trying to find the lockbox. Once inside the 2 bedroom apartment, it was nice and clean, although the door can't open fully in one room as the bed is in the way. The dining chairs felt like they were about the fall apart and felt unsafe to sit on; and the seat almost came off one of the chairs. The white couch is dirty, although maybe this is to be expected being white. The hallway has automatic lights - this system works OK when you step out of the lift but is not so good when you come out of the apartment, when it's dark whilst trying to lock the apartment door (which must be key locked). The hallway did not smell good, either. Overall, the poor aspects of the experience outweighed the good. The terrible phone and email communication, in particular, was very disappointing. We will never stay there again.
• Britt (9/5): Great unit with all our requirements meet. Location was great - The location and access to trams was fantastic. The unit had everything we needed The lounge was stained and required cleaning.
• Nicola (9/5): Awesome - I loved the location and how easy it was to access the apartment. Very cute and offered a wide range of utensils and bathroom things and offered free wifi which was good. Tv had Netflix and was an easy checkout The couch was a bit dirty, but that’s natural being white and people often staying. And the bedroom didn’t have an aircon. So was quite hot

• shaun (7/5): - So convenient for our stay. Near to city centre. Nice and tidy Getting in to the apartment. I was flying from the UK and messages for arrival were sent when I was already travelling, there fore difficult to read, or even get. It wasn't until I managed to get a WiFi connection from the garage across the street. Then I found my mobile could not call the number. Eventually the garage helped out and managed to get through. Think the could be handled better
• Tahlia (10/5): Great for a family - clean and good location! - We loved our stay! perfect for a family of four, kids loved the pool and it was easy to get around. Close to a supermarket.

• Jelena (8/5): - Good location, minutes away from the city centre. Coffee shop and supermarket also very close. The apartment was nice, beds comfortable. Small kitchen with dish detergent, dishwasher tablet, etc was provided in the kitchen, also body wash, shampoo and conditioner, which was very helpful. Rooms are not very spacious, the whole apartment feels a bit cramped. Some plates were not properly washed.

• Tammy (8/5): Great location, clean and tidy - Great location, great amenities, clean and comfortable The garbage shoots kept getting jammed causing the hallway to smell. Lack of parking. I was told there was plenty of parking out the front, there wasn’t and it was 3 hour limit until 9pm at night. Not even a loading zone to unpack the car
• Daniel (8/5): Very good - The location of the property is a short tram ride to the city. Conveniently located neat the casino. The two rooms were comfortable and clean. When you have internet and are able to communicate with the property they are quick to reply. Upon arrival, there is no way into the building so waiting outside until a staff member arrives and hands you keys. Without having internet and or a way to communicate with the property you are left outside.

• Marisa (7/5): Great location and as per pictures but pool was freezing even on the hottest Melbourne days - Lock box and good communication about how to get keys. Great location lost of cafes and restaurants near by and heaps of trams stops to where you want to go arriving late at night the pick up lane felt a bit dodge, the pool is freezing so not the best and the tv only gets random channels no normal tv to watch live sport etc

• Jade (7/5): Good - Good location and safe Due to being on the freeway it was too loud to have windows open for fresh air. Fans in both bedrooms are needed as the aircon only services the living space
