Per noi, giovani ragazze, non è assolutamente stato un problema. (Inoltre immagino che la situazione sia la stessa in tutti gli appartamenti nel cuore di Santa Maria).

• Jörg (8/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung , sauber mit guter Ausstattung, in toller Lage zum Strand und zur Fußgänger Zone Leider war es sehr laut. Tagsüber die große Baustelle direkt davor, nachts bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laute Musik aus den Bars.

• Iliyan (10/5): The place to stay - When you go to a place you have never been before is kinda scary. Well I was comforted by Olivia from the day I made my reservation. She was so helpful and friendly, Josita the lady that was meeting us at the airport - having in mind we landed at midnight - Wilson the driver that was organized by Olivia …. The location 20 steps from the Main Street and 20 steps from the beach… I can’t really express with words our appreciation to our host. The property was so clean. It has 3 bedrooms,fully furnished with everything you need. If you want to have a perfect stay , be close to the city and everything that’s happening do contact this property and book it. Thank you Everything was so good I can’t find anything to dislike.
• Alison (5/5): - Appartement agréable et spacieux Appartement non insonorisé qui se trouve à côté de la rue des bars, nid de fourmis dans une chambre, fuite d’eau par le toit dans la chambre, une chambre fermée à clé sans prévenir les arrivants.
• sandrine (6/5): Il faut se coucher tard vers 3h du matin pour apprécier le lieu et ne pas être gêne par le bruit - Accueil et équipement Le bruit de la musique dans la rue jusqu’à 3h du matin
• Vincent (6/5): Bon emplacement, mais beaucoup trop bruyant pour dormir. - L'emplacement, la facilité de communication avec l'hôte, la décoration du logement. Un bruit insupportable dans la chambre, impossible de dormir avant la fermeture des bars. La climatisation trop loin de la chambre fait que la chambre est toujours chaude. La chambre du haut est uniquement pour les enfants car on ne peut pas se tenir debout, celle de gauche était fermée.
• Manent (8/5): Comfortable but loud - Clean, spacious and comfortable. Generally well equipped: free water bottle in the fridge, cooking utensils, tea and coffee capsules, TV with streaming platforms, towels and a large drying rack, etc. Kind host and staff helped us arrange transfers and find public transport. Super central location, near everything. Generally happy with our stay. The central location means you’re at the heart of activity so it can be quite noisy: disco music until late at night and church bells early in the morning, construction througout the day (large hotel being built right in front). It didn’t keep us from sleeping but it was a bit annoying. Could have provided laundry detergent, cooking oil and a few other essentials that are inconvenient for guests to buy and use up in a short stay. Sea view is blocked by a large palmtree, and no patio furniture to enjoy the balcony.
• Lado (10/5): Excellent, exceeded all of our expectations - Amazing House, two large bedrooms, very nice common room with a comfy TV and a sofa. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations, it was very close to the beach, but also close to the town, located on the main walking street of Santa Maria. If I would come back, I would definitely book the same apartment, especially taking the value into account.
• Mark (10/5): Perfect stay in Santa Maria - Well-equipped kitchen. Very central location. Clean and comfortable place. Josita was very kind and we had great communication for check-out plans and an early check-in. Its in the middle of the town, so there was music in the evening. But after about 11pm it was cut and it was completely quiet.

• Li (9/5): Superb - The stuff is amazing!!!! Our flight was late. But they still waiting for us patiently. And they are extremely friendly and warm. The location of the apartment is great. Everything Is in walking distance. However if you can't sleep with noise. Then it's better to bring an ear plugs. Cause the apartment Is next to the restaurant and bar street. It might be bit noise at night. But it will all be finished at 12. 30 am. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay.
• Petra (9/5): For sure we will come back again - Very clean and comfortable, near to the beach, near to the shops, plenty of restaurants around A bit noisy in the night, but it is normal in Cape Verde if you want to be in the centre, for more senditive people I would reccomend to pack earplugs
• Greenwood (10/5): Exceptional - Olivia was wonderful, I messaged her many times regarding different matters and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a transfer from the airport for us and everything was so smooth. Highly recommended as its in the perfect location next to shops, bars and the amazing beach. The apartment is even bigger and better than it looks in the photos Thankyou Olivia The only downside was the noise from the surrounding bars which started about 10pm, but that was not any fault of Soleil beach house, it's just the bars doing business. We are going back to this apartment in November and cannot wait
