• Dr. George (1/5): Abgelehnte Unbrimängung - Ich habe den Aufenthalt für einen Bekannten (Ciuraru, Constantin) gebucht und wurde er dennoch als er gegen 22:00 ankam nicht aufgenommen. Seinen Namen habe ich in die Buchung eingetragen.
• Marina (4/5): - Location ist praktisch, wenn man zum Hbf muss. Der Stand des Badezimmers und generell Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht stimmig. Die Toilette war schmutzig und hatte die Spuren von dem schrecklichen Saubermachen erwiesen.

• Calma (9/5): - its near metro maybe 5mins walk, the breakfast is included, the room is small but clean and for 2night stay its ok the location looks a little bit dangerous many people standing outside at night, the exhaust from the toilette makes a loud noise, the breakfast we didnt eat today because they told us they lost the key and cannot open the breakfast room, something smells from the toilette drainage so it must to be always close

Ebenso ist die Lage top, man ist in kürzerster Zeit im Zentrum. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Preis-Leistung ist definitiv gegeben. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein ... je nachdem wieviele Personen geleichzeitig frühstücken, hat man Schwierigkeiten zum eigenen Tisch zu gelangen, da es sehr eng ist.

O quarto era extremamente limpo. A cama era confortavel. A única coisa que me incomodou foi o ruido. Na primeira noite havia musica alta no exterior que se ouvia perfeitamente no quarto por volta das 23h até à meia noite. e de manhã acordava por volta das 6h30 com o barulho dos funcionários a trabalharem na cozinha pois o meu quarto era muito perto da area do pequeno almoço.

• Schub (6/5): - Super Preiswert, das Bad ist wohl etwas renoviert worden. Es war sauber. Kostenfreies WLAN typische Bahnhofsgegend. Abends sehr laut im Hinterhof. Das Hotel sollte etwas renoviert werden. Im Bad findet man Schimmel und Kalkflecken. Rezeption ist Nachts nicht besetzt. Frühstück ist so mittelmäßig.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with plenty of options for every taste. The room was very clean, the heating worked perfectly, and it had everything we needed. A huge thank you to this hotel for the way they welcomed us. This was our first visit to Munich, and thanks to this experience, we will remember it forever.

• Andrew (5/5): Good price ,location good ,not clean - The price We reserved two single rooms we arrived early at the hotel as we were coming from another nearby hotel from a business trip, Belle blue hotel refused to finish the room confirmation before 3 pm although we told them we dont want the rooms nor we have luggage They gave us two bedrooms on Separate floors both with AC not working, we asked them for help at first they refused to fix it saying its still winter in Munich but the weather was like 26 degrees then they came and fix it but later the ACs wouldn’t work again When we told them that we will leave and withdraw our money they offered us a huge suit with two big bedrooms two bathrooms and a huge living room with all ACs working we accepted the rooms Next days we found bugs by the sink Breakfast is very limited with a small seating area for breakfast we had to wait 5-10 minutes to find a table

Нет чайника и посуды по умолчанию (также нет чая, сахара и кофе). Мало туалетной бумаги, мыла и т.д. Чувствуется невнимательное отношение к жителям и игнорирование комфорта, что неприемлемо для отелей такого уровня и цены.

Location felt a bit unsafe, strip club basically right next door. The room had smell like sewage in bathroom and it was very warm in May so room got hot but they said air conditioning not available until June even though listing said it had air conditioning. Even a fan would have helped at night as we didn’t want window open with loud talking on street at night.

• Michele (8/5): - Hotel perfetto per chi cerca una soluzione al giusto prezzo ed una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione centrale e metro (5 munuti) ed a soli 15 minuti a piedi da Marienplatz. Sono stato nella camera singola, molto silenziosa perchè la finestra era rivolta nel cortile interno. La colazione era a buffet con varie opzioni per salato, dolci, frutta, bevande, ecc. Nota sulla zona: molte recensioni si lamentano della via dell'Hotel. Ci sono vari night club per uomini ed è una zona con forte immigrazione, con ristoranti e negozi etnici. Si possono incontrare persone non belle, ma non ho mai percepito una situazione di pericolo. Capisco che per qualcuno magari potrebbe essere disagio. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, così come venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Le lenzuola e le coperte non erano comode per me.

• Barbara (7/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Lild, Rossmann a sarkon. A belváros kb 15 perc séta. Reggeli rendben. Az értékelések miatt kicsit féltem, milyen lesz a környék, de aki szerint “félelmetes” a nép összetètele miatt, az sosem járt még Budapesten a körúton sem… vagy bármilyen nagyvárosban. A zaj sem volt vészes egyáltalán, jól szigeteltek az ablakok, az emiatt károgókra szintén az előző mondatom érvényes. A parkolás elég nehézkes volt, a szállással kapcsolatban álló mélygarázs zárva volt, amiről nem tájékoztattak. Délelőtt telefonon is érdeklődtünk a parkolásról, akkor a mélygarázshoz irányított a recepciós hölgy. Majd este személyesen egy másik recis, egy úr közölte, hogy a garázs amúgy zárva van napok óta és lesz is. Nem gondolom, hogy erről nem tudtak előre, mert egy napokig tartó felújításról volt szó…. Végül a közeli kórháznál találtunk jó áron parkolót, de csak este, addig kifizettünk máshol majdnem egy egész napidíjat. Sok plusz € és időnk elment amiatt, hogy parkoló helyzetről nem tájékoztattak, mert ráadásul aznap tömegközlekedési sztrájk is volt, és minden parkoló totálisan tele volt. A szoba elég büdös volt, a sarki Lildben kellett illatosítót vennünk.

• Юлія (7/5): Дешево і сердито - Зручне розташування, пішки швидко добрались до центру міста. Є недалеко парковка по партнерським умовам з готелем. Гарний і ситний сніданок. Персонал. нас заселяв хлопець, який весь час допускав помилки. То він 3 чи 4 рази не міг списати через термінал суму з картки. Потім прийшов за півгодини, що він ввів не вірну суму і мені треба ще доплатити. Арабський квартал, в якому розташований готель, не затишний.

• Andrea (7/5): Preisgünstiger einigermaßen zentraler Aufenthalt in München. Es hat alles gepasst. - Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Das Umfeld und die Läden in der Straße da sind schon sehr viele komische Gestalten. Aber nicht so, dass man Angst hat. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas entfernt.

On a eu la chambre à 16h30. - Pas d’essuies pour se laver. - Lave vaisselle pas vidé. - douche cassée donc l’eau coule n’importe comment - joint mal placé donc piscine par terre après 10 secondes dans la douche. - toile d’araignée dans aération. - verre pour se laver les dents pas propre donc pas changé. - pas de rideaux a la fenêtre de la salle de bain! Vue complètement ouverte. - salle du petit déjeuner trop petite. On sait pas passer entre les chaises, pas assez de place pour tout le monde. Pas beaucoup de choix au buffet. - parking soit disant compris, on donne le ticket à la réception, l’employée valide le ticket. On veut sortir du parking, message d’erreur. Il faut payer à la caisse automatique.
