• Mariya (1/5): Неучтив персонал и липса на внимание - Природата наоколо е красива След като чакахме 40 мин в ресторанта,никой не ни обслужи и си тръгнахме. Наложи се да караме почти до Пловдив в 9 вечерта,за да си намерим вечеря. Персоналът в ресторанта ни видя няколко пъти как им махаме, за да дойдат да ни обслужват, но в крайна сметка започнаха да обслужват масите около нас,но не и нашата. След като решихме да си тръгнем,им казахме вежливо,че сме недоволни и в отговор на това получихме пасивно агресивен коментар : Еми така е като всички се изсипете наведнъж за вечеря,не смогваме." Както се предполага,повече няма да отидем в този хотел!

• Мира (8/5): Very good - Great location, great views and food. Noise at night from the restaurant, pool was with cold water, no massage options even though it was mentioned as part of the benefits. The outdoor facilities were not maintained properly.

• Hristina (3/5): For a night pit stop you can get by for a longer stay would not bother - It is in an amazing location, there was lots of snow, beautiful Slope not working and has not worked for quite some time, spa area dated, dirty , does not open on time, very poor. It is cosy and warm, restaurant has very limited menu, waiters are hit or miss. Some were really nice and helpful and there were a couple who just did not want to be there. Finally the shower cubicle had only half a door and breakfast was well not really breakfast. You could not even make a toast or get a coffee yourself. Coffee machine was not working, had to order from the waiter

• Martin (9/5): Peace and quiet. - The home made desserts in the lobby bar were amazing. The pool was hot and it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was the same every day. Some of the corridors need to be updated.

• Doichev (9/5): Superb - Everything except the lifeguard The lifeguard. He has wrong information for smoking in the spa and gives wrong information about time of use of the spa. He sed that we can't use the spa after 12 am but the rest of the staff told us that we can use it till we wanted. Same about the smoking e-cigarettes all the staff sed that i can smoke every ware but hi sed that i can not use it ther.

• Angel (3/5): Not well mantained - The location and the reception staff was really nice. The hotel could use some renovation. As there is a Spa facility it would makes sense to have a hair dryer in the room not only one in the lockers room. The Spa and pool was dirty and not renovated for ages. The first day the water in the pool and Hot tub was ok but on the next day it was cold. When we asked the person if he could increase the temperature he said that he can’t and we would get used to the water. The other thing that we asked as outside was 12 degrees was the same person to close the windows. It took us 4 calls to the reception and 1 hour to achieve that.The staff in the restaurant are cool and if you are fan of BBQ you can find really nice things.

• Pavel (7/5): Good - Spotlessly clean. Very nice location with beautiful nature. OK breakfast. The price is a bit more premium than the place. Not that it's particularly bad. It has been renovated, but still feels a bit cheap, and the price does not reflect this.
• Srebryo (7/5): If you don’t be a pedant it was was a pleasant stay. - The location is awesome. There are options for summer and winter sport activities which is very good in the mountain. The food in the restaurant is very simple but delicious. There is a tavern with more types of local food. But the issue there is that all drinks are in can. Nothing in a glass bottle neither a draft beer. But it is veeeery cosy and warm place with a real fireplace. The facilities looks like 20 years old at least. The floor in the rooms is very dirty. There are a lot of issues in the rooms and bathroom like stuck sink and tub. The heater controller in one of the bedrooms was broken and we couldn’t lower the heating. The TV didn’t receive even a regular quality of signal to be able to watch any tv.
• Kalin (5/5): Was ok. Restaurant staff needs replacement! Base needs better managment. - Overall Im happy with my stay, most of the staff was nice. Our rooms were kept in order. Good location. Good base but it need improvement. Very polite receptionists which always helped when asked.(Thank you for sending the things we forgot back) The staff at the restaurant! We stayed there for 6 days and each day it was progressively harder to get food. Most of the staff at the restaurant don’t know what they are doing. One day at lunch we waited for 30 minutes to just to get a menu.(This is NOT OK especially when you have kids) One of the evenings the supposed DJ was blasting music so loud at 9pm that we couldn’t hear ourselves and I politely asked him to lower it but he refused with a smirk on his face. Im sorry but I feel like the manager also didn’t take the proper actions after we couldn’t take it anymore. Food and drinks being forgotten, wrong things being brought, raw meat being served it was a constant struggle!
