Natalia (7/5): Puede mejorar - El Spa, la piscina temperada, el acceso al río y las áreas verdes. La limpieza del departamento no era la adecuada, sobre todo en la terraza, colgador de ropa roto y basurero exterior sin tapa. En el check in no nos dieron información sobre las instalaciones del recinto, clave de wifi, horarios de restaurante, reservas de spa. Tampoco una entrega con información de los espacios del departamento.
Moisés (9/5): Relajo Total - Me gusto la vista, el entorno cohesionado con la naturaleza. Ademas la tranquilidad fue total. Me encantó ademas, que el hotel tenia de todo tipo de servicios 1. El horario del desayuno de 8-10 am se hace insuficiente considerando que queremos descansar y levantarnos mas tarde 2. Seria bueno contar con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones 3. El horario de la piscina temperada es muy corto
Esteban (7/5): Tranquilo pero hay que ver bien la ubicación de la habitación para mejorar la estadía. - El río y las áreas verdes Las piezas cercanas al estacionamiento crugían mucho (piso madera), las ventanas no eran termopanel por lo que se escuchaba mucho del exterior y el baño hacía mucho ruido. Pedimos cambio de habitación a una pieza mas aislada, de parejas y fue demasiada la diferencia. Ahí si quedamos a gusto y con más espacio.

Un poco amarretes con los implementos del baño, tuve que salir a comprar shampú y jabón. Tampoco me gustó que compartieran mi número de teléfono con empresas de turismo, que me empezaron a llamar después ir a este lugar.

Pawel (9/5): Przejemna miejscówka w pobliżu atrakcji - Jak to już zwykle bywa w Chile, jest śniadania zawierają trochę mało warzyw, ale mimo to każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Pokoje nie są duże, ale łóżka są całkiem wygodne. Basen jest dobry, a wokół niego jest sporo leżaków. Nie ma problemów ze znalezieniem dla siebie miejsca. Restauracja hotelowa jest doskonała. W weekendy animacje są głośne i słychać je w pokoju. Jeśli ktoś nie ma zamiaru w nich uczestniczyć, może to być pewnym utrudnieniem. Trochę mało gniazdek w pokoju.
franco (9/5): Recomendado - Las habitaciones muy cómodas, las piscinas muy limpias y la atención muy amable de parte de los que trabajan ahí. De noche la vista es espectacular y poder bañarse y comer cerca del río es muy lindo y cómodo. Muy recomendado para quedarse y también para ir por el día. El wifi de la habitación podría mejorarse ya se iba de vez en cuando pero nada más que eso.

Olga (8/5): Fue buena pero, instalaciones lindas, buena ubicación solo mejorar lo mencionado arriba, atención muy buena. - Nos gustó el ambiente, los animales, piscinas y el río, todo hermoso Faltaba aire acondicionado, faltaba un sofá más ya que 1 era pequeño, para una familia de 4 es poco así es que se sugiere 2 sofás. Desayuno pobre, dulces añejos, podrían preparar cosas calientes para el desayuno, pan añejo y poca variedad de dulces. La parrilla de la cabaña 112 está mala.

Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding which required an early check in to dress for the wedding. They help make that happen! We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Very charming grounds. It was rustic.
Alberto (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises.
