• Marco (6/5): - Posizione buona e possibilità a pagamento di lasciare le valigie il giorno del check out. Ha macchinetta del caffè e il mobilio è abbastanza nuovo La stanza non ha finestre ma solo una porta (quella di ingresso) che è possibile aprire sia nella parte sopra che sotto ma se aperta sei praticamente sulla strada con i letti. Il bagno non ha finestre ma solo aereazione.
• Ungureanu (5/5): Per quello che offre il prezzo è troppo alto - Nulla in particolare Siamo arrivate e abbiamo subito notato che le lenzuola erano sporchissime,piene di macchie e capelli,tra l’altro abbiamo contattato il proprietario chiedendo di cambiarcele cosa che ha fatto solo in parte,perché le ha portate ma non le ha messe.La doccia non è così bella come mostrato in foto,e come ultima cosa non mi aspettavo di trovare una stanza ma pensavo fosse un appartamento.
• Daniele (6/5): Ottima posizione, staff super cordiale e gentile, struttura da rivedere. - Posizione e cordialità dello staff Il bagno e le finiture interne della struttura a mio avviso da rivedere un pò…bagno senza bidet…”tenda doccia” cedevole…tutti piccoli particolari che messi insieme calano il voto che si potrebbe date alla struttura.

• Forza Napoli sempre (9/5): Posizione ottima e struttura confortevole - Molto soddisfatto sia per lo sazio del monolocale che per i letti matrimoniale e a castello.Presenza di frogo e cucina con 2 fornelli.Ottimamente ristrutturato. La posizione è super.Un vicolo di via Donnaregina a ridosso di via Duomo e vicona a tutto ciò che è il centro storico di Napoli compresa via Foria e la Sanità, non distante. Assolutamente sicuro con porta in ferro e finestra per poter arieggiare. Certo c'è un po' di voci all'esterno ma tutto rientra nella norma anche meno.Per me ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche perché sono genius. Presenza di un po' di umidità ma la zona e le costruzioni la determinano, comunque non si avverte molto.

• David (4/5): No repetiría. - La ubicación. Las camas eran medianamente cómodas. Si eres de hueso gordo no cabes en una ducha que literalmente se cae a trozos y pierde agua por el suelo del baño. La tapa del WC estaba mal y la hemos arreglado nosotros sin coste para el propietario. Más de tres personas no se revuelven ahí dentro. También hemos comprado un trapo para limpiar porque lo que había tenía vida propia. El acceso al "alojamiento" da directamente a la calle con una puerta de aluminio que no aísla nada y sólo se dispone de una única llave.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - It was close to the Cathedral and many restaurants and historic center of the city. It has a stove, a mini fridge and utensils if you need/want to cook. The shower curtain, the drawer under the sink need repairing.
• Leslie (4/5): Disappointing - We didn’t understand the good reviews. There was molt, the whole bed moved with every movement and the light was like in a doctor’s room. I asked the staff for a new towel and a new bed sheet because they had stains. Two of us arrived one day later and that’s why we noticed it one day after our arrival. They didn’t give us new ones because they wouldn’t believe me and we would have to pay 15€ for new ones.

• Joël (10/5): The perfect little home away from home to explore all of Napoli - It was a very cozy and comfortable studio appartement right in the historical center. The door is connected to the street, so the place was al ours for the whole time we stayed (a week), without disturbance. Our little home away from home. We felt very safe there as well. It had just what we needed, a place to stay and clean up with warm water. Kitchenette with the essential to cook a quick meal every once in a while. Smart tv, and a coffee machine. 10 minutes walking to the central station and about 10 - 15 to the shopping area, perfect for exploring all of Napoli, especially if it's your first time there. Gianni was a great and attentive host! We will be back! The main (very sturdy) door of the appartement is connected to the street. Because of this and the temperature difference in the winter, there can build up some condense (few drops of water) near the door. We could manage this easily with a mop every now and then. And the dehumidifier in the appartement solves any humidity issues insied. :) The pull out couch was cozy and comfortable for us, but expect it to be as comfortable as you would expect from a pull out couch.

• Ivan (9/5): Superb - Great host and location of the apartment, even low English level wasn't a problem to communicate! Apartment itself was clean and comfy. It was a pleasure to stay there. In fact the parking isn't free for bigger cars. Also some noise from street come through the door.
