- Glen (10/5): I would recommend this property Like Home a great place to stay for a week 😀 👍 or more like i did - The owner Jesse was good 👍 he was okay in explaining information and details about how to work his television 📺 to watch ⌚️ programs and the location was minutes away from the local bus transit 🚇 i would stay there again The prices are way to high than expected $632 oo for 14 night's that's to much when your on a fix income like O A S old age security pension 🖊 and the grocery store or market was to far the local bus service was handy for shopping i did like the restaurant s nearby A W restaurant just a couple minutes and K F C BURGER KING was 10 minutes away McDonald's same
- Keshane (8/5): - Shared accommodations. Locks on the bedroom doors.
- Antony (10/5): Excellent stay! Will visit again - I had a pleasant stay. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is very central. Check-in was smooth and all doors have their own passcodes. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. Would definitely stay here again!
- Denira (4/5): Disappointing -
- Richo (8/5): Very good - safe and nice neighbourhood bed is metal and so noisy , cheap mattress Not comfortable.
- Dennis (7/5): Simple and cozy - Location was easy to find, close to main roads, yet still quiet
Space was not fancy, but clean
Access - checkin was easy, and access to front door and room was easy. Room only had a bed, very small bed table, and a few hangers.
Rooms should have desk or larger table to place devices and other things, chair or two, and a night light/lamp.
Adding a To Do list of local eateries, activities, and landmarks would be nice.
Not sure about the cameras in the living room. Made me paranoid about possible cameras elsewhere.
- Dare (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arshdeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Del (8/5): Very good -
- Joy (8/5): Very good -
- Marco (10/5): One night stay. Cold - Obviously a basement apartment without any great finishes. It was cold for the season. There were space heaters available.
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Loved having a house where I could bring my dog and my friend and his dog to look after her while I was at work. Entertainment system was great. Price was right where I was looking as my company would only reimburse me for my room and I paid my friend's out of pocket. Not familiar with Regina at all, but the location turned out to be excellent - walking distance from several restaurants. It was a little warm for sleeping, but that was easily remedied by opening a window overnight.
- Luca (8/5): Very good - The owner was really quick to answer my requests and ready to help On The first night , the sheets were full of hair. The owner said it must have been his hair when he took it out of the dryer. I don’t think so because it was too much and of different kinds. It’s possible that the hair was in the dryer though. In any case, as soon as I mentioned it, they came to change them.
- Vynz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rayne (9/5): Short and sweet - Nice and quiet, arrival was seamless and easy. We arrived after quiet hours (approx 1:30am) and everything was great. I was contacted after “check out” and informed I had left one of my baby’s bottles in the room, and was told I could pick up on my way back to Vancouver the following week which was much appreciated. The fridge and all common areas were available for everyone’s use, which is perfect for us as I had milk for my baby that needed to be refrigerated. Beds were comfortable and towels were provided in our room. Entryway common area was also large enough for me to leave my stroller for the few short hours before my departure from this location (1:30am-8:00am) I was given a code for the front door and the room door, upon arrival I discovered that my room door had been left open for who knows how long and other guests may have entered my room without me knowing. There was also dust around the bathtub in the bathroom, as if it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Not all guests respected the 11pm quiet time rules, as guests in other rooms were up late and being loud, not a disruptive amount of loud, but enough for my 2yr old to be up until almost 3am after our 1:30am arrival due to the noice in the next room over. I’m also not sure how I feel about liquor being consumed by guests on the property, I understand it was Christmas, but I feel like for safety of other guests this shouldn’t be allowed… there was only 1 bathroom, I was aware of, and I felt like when there are 3+ guest rooms there should be more than 1 bathroom. Especially when guests spend an hour in the shower in the morning while loudly doing laundry at 6am 😬
- Vynz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noman (10/5): The owner is so humble and understanding, Zero issues - Very clean I liked everything
- Ariany (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fine; there is a very nice coffee place close by. The bedroom had a desk, bed table, a double bed and closet. Check in and check out is easy. The fact that it is a house with other people staying in different bedrooms and with a shared bathroom does not give very much of a feeling of safety - especially for a woman alone. But there are cameras in the hall/corridor.
- Karandeep (2/5): Very poor -
- Donna (8/5): Even though we didn’t meet anyone at the house we stayed at, we were given an access code to the front door and room we - Very homey, free use the the washer and dryer, has a kitchen to store food. Very impressive The bed was a little smaller
- Karandeep (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (10/5): Very short notice requirement for a room. Quiet neighbourhood and quiet guests. - Breakfast not provided but kitchen facilities are available for those staying for a few days to store groceries. Inability of Booking.com to convey instructions from host to guest for door access codes.
- Dale (9/5): Superb - Close to main road to town and owner is very sociable and helpful. N/a
- Romin (10/5): Exceptional - All the facilities were exceptional. Good value for money. The room was good enough for a couple. there weren't any room numbers. We faced difficulties to find our room.
- Younis (1/5): Bad - nothing everything
- Delbert (8/5): Good all around. - Quiet and comfortable Another bathroom
- Naeem (7/5): Good -
- Charlene (4/5): Would not stay there again! Disappointed - No Breakfast No privacy, watched by a camera!! Shared accommodations.
- Orren (6/5): Pleasant - Bed sheets not clean
