Pourquoi ne pas trier les PMC ?

• Ivana (8/5): - Perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet in a typically noisy area like Sarandë. The view is endlessly beautiful. The host was communicative and always willing to help—anything missing from the kitchen was quickly provided. Wi-Fi was excellent, and parking was comfortable and convenient. The location has great potential, but everything hinges on the details. The terrace is beautiful and offers a nice view, but there’s only one parasol—which isn’t enough to provide shade for four people. To make things worse, it was windy almost the entire stay, so the parasol couldn’t be used. With outdoor temperatures reaching 35°C, we couldn’t enjoy the terrace without shade.. Indoors, the space was very limited. We expected that, but assumed we’d be able to spend time comfortably outside. If the owner had covered part of the terrace to create a shaded area, the situation would’ve been very different. The house isn’t insulated at all—cold air from the AC stays trapped in the kitchen, but the bedroom stays hot and it’s impossible to sleep. After a few days, we accidentally clogged the toilet—simply because we weren’t aware that toilet paper couldn’t be flushed. I respect that each country may have its own customs and infrastructure, but had we known this in advance, we would’ve chosen different accommodation.

• Theresa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the house and the location. We enjoyed the loneliness and being away from the city, just surrounded by nature and the sea. The view from the terasse is perfect. The private beach is a rocky place but we and our kids (7/12) could easily manage it and enjoyed jumping from the rocks. The house is basic, but met our needs. And the owners are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful, answered any question in seconds. They were super sweet with our kids and we got delicious figs from their own garden right by the house. Thanks so much for the great time we had at your house.

• Ewa (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to relax. Quiet, away from the busy turistic centers. Amazing view from the tarrace. Close to many attractions. Owners very helpful and friendly people. The place is not suitable for very small children, but with older ones it was o stay here. We had great time there. Be prepared for mosquitos, but it's nothing to do with the place itself.

• Clara (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely stay. the dear host is so welcoming, helpful and warm. The ocean is amazing. We snorkeled just of the private intrance to the water and saw a big white eyed moray eal, so great! All in all wonderful!
• Rebecca (7/5): Gorgeous setting, lovely owners, underwhelming accommodation in an out-of-control tourist region - The unit has the enormous upside of being located on a little slice of coastline that -- although surrounded by unappealing construction -- is quite gorgeous. I spent many grateful hours on the patio, thrilled and soothed by the view out over an uninhabited stretch of rocky coastline rising from azure waters. And though it was a tricky scramble down to the water, we had access to a very private cove for swimming and snorkelling. The fig and pomegrante trees were also a bonus. I enjoyed the goat-herd that often grazed under/around the promontory; and the varied bird song that greeted us each morning. Rating this stay is really difficult due to a number of factors; predominantly our dismay with the rampant, ecologically destructive and generally graceless nature of tourism development in the Sarande/Ksamil region. Granted, that's not the fault of the owners of Prive Hill. But sticking to the unit itself, it's very basic. It could be improved with lampshades over the bare bulbs, higher quality mattress, linens and curtains, and some comfortable seating. This is only a two-room unit: a bedroom, and a kitchen/dining room. Removing the two single beds with large red vinyl headboards that are currently crammed into the kitchen/dining room, offering instead the option of fold/up cots, and adding a couple of comfortable sitting chairs would make a big difference.

Its breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional hosts make it a top choice for anyone visiting the Albanian Riviera. If you want to experience the beauty of Saranda with warmth and authenticity, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return! While not suitable for children, this location offers a range of activities that cater to adults, including hiking through rocky trails and exploring nearby caves for enthusiasts. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
• Aaron (10/5): Absolutely phenomenal experience in Saranda with one of the friendliest, most welcoming hosts around - One of the friendliest hosts I've met. He welcomed us with espresso and raki and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, providing great recommendations, walking us to a nearby restaurant, picking fresh figs from the property for us in the morning, and sending us off with more coffee and raki the next day. We met his family and he was able to answer so many questions we had about Albania and travels, The property was clean, met our needs, and was in a beautiful location on the Albanian Riviera. A beautiful place to wake up to. nothing negative to say

This charming retreat exceeded all expectations, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The immediate proximity to the sea allowed for uninterrupted views of the crystal-clear waters, and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore provided a constant soundtrack to our stay. The lack of crowds in this area made it feel like a private paradise.
• Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, away from the traffic and mess of Saranda but close enough to the beaches. The neighborhood is in an virgin natural bay with rocky coast and everything is so quiet. The building in itself looks small but doesn't lack anything and looks bigger on the inside. Also here i had the best sleep of my past few years. Would totally recommend it to nature lovers Wouldn't suggest it to families with small children since the terrain is a bit ruff and not for everyone.
