• Javier Raul (9/5): - La cama es muy buena. El lavarropas es muy util. Las instalaciones andan genial. Es pequeño pero está bien distribuido. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y cerca del metro. Faltarían algunos utensilios de cocina como para cocinar un desayuno básico. No usamos la cocina para nada por eso. Igual no fue un problema ya que hay combinis por todos lados.

Excellent communication from the host. Would recommend especially for families as washing machine in the apartment. Teaspoons would be useful. Minor point.

• Florent (7/5): Alles in Allem ein sauberes Apartment an einem guten Standort. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber nicht wirklich gerechtfer - Die Lage ist gut und der Standort leise. Die Fenster können geöffnet werden, was uns wichtig war. Auch sind sie alle mit top Insektengitter susgestattet. Die Waschmaschine hat gut funktioniert und die Kleider können in der Dusche aufgehängt werden wo sie mit warmer Luft angeblasen werden. Per Chat über die Booking-App ist das Personal sehr gut erreichbar, entgegenkommend und antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Lüftung in der Dusche muss man laufen lassen, was zu einem ständigen Hintergrundgeräusch führt. Der Balkon kann nicht genutzt werden, Handtücher mussten selber gewaschen werden und der Abfall selber entsorgt. Die Vorhänge dunkeln das Zimmer nicht gut ab, wodurch es meist ab 06:00 morgens hell im Zimmer war. Auch störte uns, dass immer Türen im Weg sind, weil es so viele kleine verwinkelte Zimmer hat. Die Koffer hatten kaum Platz. Bisher die teuerste und eher am wenigsten überzeugende Unterkunft auf unserer Reise durch Japan.

The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I didn’t really encounter any major issues during my stay. Would definitely recommend!

• Christopher (8/5): Solid Stay in Tokyo, especially if enough space is important to you! - Spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, which are usually tiny. But we were able to open one big and two small suitcases without a problem. It's clean and has a small kitchen + washing machine. Bathroom was good too. The location is also great, you're quickly in Shinjuku and also other areas of Tokyo, very well connected by Metro + a 7/11 is not too far away. Also some good restaurants are close. Even though we stayed 8 nights, there was no housekeeping. We asked for it, but were denied mentioning it's not part of any stay (found that a bit harsh, as >5 nights would maybe justify a cleaning). Also the trash situation is quite tricky and not explained anywhere. Took us a while to figure out how the "trash room" works.

• Chi (9/5): Glad we chose this place. - Fair sized and comfortable for a party of 2 with large suitcases. Elevator in the building definitely a bonus. Located close to the metro station. Had a fridge as well as a freezer. Provided utenstils and cookware(though we didn't try it out) Working air-con and heater really helped our stay. Noise insulation could be better, and curtains were note wide enough to block the whole window.

The washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, even dryer inside the bathroom works well. Almost everything about it is excellent. No iron for clothings. Not enough hangers. Only one key provided.

• WENHAN (9/5): Overall it is a good stay with all necessities provided. - access to location from train is good. Can take exit 2 which has a lift and then cross the road after family mart if you have a luggage with you. The bed could be firmer and bigger would be ideal. More suitable for 2 person. 2 person was a bit squeeze to share one bed.

• PABLO FABIAN (10/5): Perfeito. - Muito perto da estação Nishi Shinjuku! Ótima instalação, muito limpo e de fácil acesso. Também fica muito perto de conveniências 7-11 (cerca de 1~2 minutos) e FamilyMart (4 minutos). O local é com vários prédios e o acesso não é difícil. Recomendo! Muito bom, não há contras.

Wohnung ist definitiv nicht für 3-4 Personen! maximal 2

• Julie (8/5): Great location in Shinjuku with laundry facilitles. - Bed was comfortable and having an actual closet was nice. Appreciated the host's quick responses, including making sure I have ironing facilities in the room. It was convenient to do laundry and there is a hot air feature in the bathroom to help dry your clothes. Location was quite convenient with short walking distance to train station. It was only 1 train ride to/from Shinjuku. Getting a taxi from the street was easy too. Also close to Tokyo Metropolitan building and konbini stores. It was raining when we checked in, and it would have been nice to have umbrellas available for guests. It was available at other places we stayed at.

• MINHUA (9/5): 舒適的家庭感覺 - 西新宿站步行5-10分鐘即到達，附近環境很安靜，早晚都沒有嘈雜。床品很舒適，住民宿最大的好處就是日用品齊全，日常起居飲食都方便。 樓下有cafe，地鐵往返的路上有幾間評分很高的日式料理店，非常推薦。但如果要去便利店就需要走幾分鐘。 因為我們需要住幾天，毛巾和地布不夠用。如果可以事先備好每日一份會更方便。
• Orvar (8/5): Excellent value for money and great location. - Perfect for us. Two beds, a kitchen, bathroom and a washing machine! Not luxurious by any means but the location is really good and great value for money. Nothing negative really. Not the cosiest room in the world, but we don't go to Tokyo to sit in the room. Make sure to look at the photos of the actual room you are actually renting, as the photos are from several different rooms available.
