• Jacqueline (7/5): Für den Preis erhält man eine sehr gute Unterkunft in Florenz. - Die Wohnung vermittelt einen charmanten italienischen Flair. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen können. Der Garten ist eine Idylle und guter Ausgleich zur sehr lebhaften Stadt. Hier kann man jederzeit sitzen und zur Ruhe kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, die Küche ist winzig und man kann nur im Garten gut sitzen zum Essen. In der Wohnung gibt es keinen gemütlichen Sitzbereich. Auch das Bad ist winzig. Man hört sehr die Eingangstür für das ganze Haus (es gibt noch weitere Wohnungen über der Pension) da sich die FeWo Ocra direkt neben dieser befindet. Das einzige Fenster in dieser Wohnung geht zur Straße hinaus.
• Florian (3/5): Unterkunft hat charm aber ist nicht für jeden was - Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist direkt in der historischen Altstadt und um der Unterkunft hat man viele Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkle da es keine Fenster besitzt und das Zimmer ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört gefühlt alles aus dem Nebenzimmer sowie aus dem Zimmer über einem. Desweiteren ist zwar die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch wurde versucht uns ein Schaden in die Schuhe zu stecken den wir nicht verursacht haben. Angeblich sollte ein Licht kaputt gegangen sein. Jedoch war während unseres Aufenthalts alles in Ordnung und ebenso beim Checkout. Wenn man jedoch sein Zimmer für den Checkout verlässt soll man alle Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Die Zimmer Tür kann man dann nicht mehr schließen und steht offen. Da eine Katze herumläuft sowie auch jeder andere Gast Zutritt zu dem Zimmer dann hat kann jederzeit etwas kaputt gehen durch die Katze oder jemand fremdes. Einen dann einen nicht verursachten Schaden anzudichten ohne vorher auch kein Check up vom zimmer gemacht zu haben ist einfach nur eine Frechheit!

• A (10/5): Amazing stay, would highly recommend - Everything. The location was great and easy to find. The room was clean and was enough space. The shower pressure was good with nice hot water. The garden was lovely and it was so nice to see the cat and turtles. Having a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus to have. The beds were so comfortable. The toilet is a bit high but not a major issue.

• Scarlett (9/5): A truly special stay in an ideal location! - A really unique place to stay in a great location! The artwork and furniture was beautiful and bought lots of character, alongside the shared courtyard. A very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The space stayed nice and cool in the hot weather too. We really enjoyed our stay. Limited storage, could do with a wardrobe in the bedroom or some bathroom shelves!

• Maryline (10/5): Perfection - This stay is a 10\10. I am very particular with hygiene and everything was perfectly clean. The place feels very homey and cozy as well, and the patio is charming. The location is perfect, close to everything but also calm and quiet so you can sleep at night. The mattresses were very comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The hostess has been very present and helpful as well. Everything absolutely perfect. I did not like that I did not stayed longer as I was sad to go.
• Juliet (9/5): Had a lovely stay in Florence well within walking distance to Palazzo Pitti, piazzas, the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. - Very quaint and picturesque in one of the oldest villas in the street. Very pretty garden and very artistic aesthetic. A little bit noisy when the wine tours went past.
• Aleksandr (7/5): - The guest house has a very convenient location. It was easy to check-in, also Donatella (the house lady) was very kind and welcome. There is a washing machine and a dryer, a bit "tired" but working well. There is also a beautiful and calm inner garden to slow down and enjoy a cup of coffee. The room itself is much smaller than on the photos, especially the kitchen and the bathroom (literally 1 sqm each, with low ceilings). My spouse also found some dirt spots but overall, it was very clean.

The house has a backyard/garden where you can relax and even play with a little cat :) The host was helpful and quick to answer. Overall, would recommend if you're planning to stay in Florence! Even though the airbnb is not in central florence, it is a 15min easy walk!

• Helena (10/5): A comfortable stay - Very beautiful room of a house that the owners take care of. The room has an air con which we really appreciated as it was 40° outside during our stay. The water in the fridge was a nice touch as well. Although it was hot outside, as the room is internal, it wasn't so hot for us. We also met the really friendly house cat who liked the attention 😊 N/A

• Soraya (8/5): Lovely little place - Friendly host, we were allowed to check-in early. The lovely location was 10 min walk from ponte vecchio. The cat was lovely. The sleeping area (mezzanine) for 3 people was small, and the floor was very noise. If someone got up during the night, everyone was disturbed. Also there were steps to go to the toilet, which was not a problem for us but might be for others.

• Heather (9/5): Nice respite from chaotic street noise and nice host. - Absolute quiet, charming with shared courtyard garden (though it rained most of our stay so we could not take advantage) with flowers, cat, turtles. Comfiest bed out of entire 7 week stay in Italy. Smaller than usual bed but actually comfortable. Good pressure in shower. WiFi kept dropping. Luckily it was mostly weekend so wasn’t as crucial. No way to turn on A/C so when it got stuffy had to open the window which compromised privacy as it is on the main walkway to courtyard.

• Eva (3/5): Before booking check if everything is clear to you about the room - On the positive side: * Good location in the city center. * Good Wi-Fi. * Decorations in common areas. * Easy check-on / check-in. The Garden View Studio does not live up to its description! Surely the owners deliberately presented the room in such a way that potential clients would not this notice when booking. * They write that the room area is 40 sq.m. and photographed the room through the open door from the corridor so that inconsistencies are not visible (maximum 10 sq.m. + mezzanine 5 sq.m.). * It is stated that the entire room is located on the ground floor. FALSE: the sleeping areas are on mezzanines that squeak with every movement, and the bathroom is located on three vertical levels (sink/shower/toilet) at a distance of at least 1 meter from each other. So if you get up at night to go to WC you'll have to go down 2 meters of rickety mezzanine stairs and to go up 3 meters climbing of concrete steps and holding on to a rope. It is necessary to warn about this. Why are photos of bathrooms presented partially by level, and not entirely? * There is no garden view, because there is no window in the room, but only a glass door leading to a common corridor that goes to the garden. NOT recommended

• Laurent (3/5): disappointing - + communication with host + check-in, check-out process - very very noisy: the windows are one layer glass, and noise related it is as if they were open. cars, motorbikes and lots of people making noise until sometimes 3am during weekdays - the "bathroom" and "kitchen" are very very small, and designed for people less than 1m75. - no place to put any toilet bag or stuff in the so called bathroom - no mivrowave in the very tiny kitchen - the heater was working (it was very cold in December) but there was no thermostat to set it - very weak wifi signal (1-2/5) - mobile dat signal very weak - be careful to check the photos of each flat as there are several

• Sarah (9/5): An atmospheric - Giovanni the host was very responsive and super helpful. The room itself is delightful, very comfortable and equipped with fridge, tea and coffee equipment and tv. We really appreciated access to a fully stocked laundry while travelling, and having a quiet courtyard where we could read and cuddle the resident cat was extra nice. The location near Santo Spirito was perfect, away from the main crowds but close to great food and sight-seeing. It got a little stuffy in the room during the night, we felt guilty about having the aircon on throughout the night but it helped us sleep.

The location is fantastic - close to the city centre and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. There is a communal garden you can sit in that comes with a friendly cat. Bedroom was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Garden could use a bit of a tidy up.

• Siiri (9/5): Lovely and unique place that fits the mood of Florence - Lovely, rustic and unique place to stay! We were immediately welcomed by the extremely friendly cat. All necessary amenities (Wi-Fi, fridge) work well. The bed was comfy and access was easy on the ground floor. Beautiful courtyard garden accessible directly from the suites without leaving the premises. Good location but also very quiet. If you’re looking for something fancy or modern, this isn’t for you! Electrical outlets weren’t well attached to the wall, causing one of them to fall of the wall.
