• Faheem (1/5): - Booked this hotel, was on my way with family including young kids. Host rang me and said we will not accept card payment bring cash somehow. I was unable to use my UK bank card in Italy for some reason, they left me stranded with this condition. I requested them to take my card but they denied my request. I was left with no choice then I booked an apartment in Pisa and cancelled my trip to Rome as I had no cash, contacted booking.com but no luck, next morning Money was taken from my account as a penalty. They should have mentioned at the time of booking that I need to bring cash. I dont know why booking.com let this happened, I thought it to be a very big platform and would handle this issue in a professional manners.

Идеальное местно расположение до основных достопримечательностей дойти минут 10 пешком. Рядом супермаркет. Кафе и траттории. Рекомендую данные апартаменты для проживания. Для удобства, добавьте пожалуйста полку в душевую кабинку для размещения шампуней и гелей. И нужен ключ, или замок, чтоб закрывался туалет.

Dużym plusem było to że włączono klimatyzację przed naszym przyjazdem a więc weszliśmy do przyjemnego pomieszczenia gdzie na zewnątrz było bardzo upalnie. Jedyny minus to że wolno spływa woda w prysznicu po za tym wszystko super

• Cheyenne (6/5): Unfortunately more bad things than good - The location worked well for us but unfortunately had more issues than good things The AC in the third bedroom did not work. The bathroom also smelt quite bad of sewage the whole time we were there. The bathroom shower leaked- owner did send someone after to fix it the next day but since we were only staying for 2 nights our floor was all wet the first night. Hair dryer did not work- realised at 11pm the last night when I went to dry my hair! Also the washing machine is quite difficult to get to and use and also didn't smell great.

• Paola (9/5): Clean and in good location - Very clean and in a convenient location. In the house there is everything you need! The lift in the building was broken, so we had to use the stairs (3rd floor) with all luggages and 2 kids. It was a nightmare! The host didn’t mention anything about the lift, probably he didn’t know, but this was a bad point for me!
• Martina (5/5): Disappointing stay - Three bedrooms, air conditioning, great wifi. We arrived late with a tired infant. Entry instructions were incorrect, had to contact host who apologised for incorrect details. Bathroom smelled of sewage, shower leaked all over the floor, only two towels left out were thin and small. Found more that were wet on the washing line, had to share towels. Mould on bathroom wall. Only two mugs. Bed mattress thin and you could feel the slats. Paid €6 per person tourist tax, hardly a five star place. You should question this.
• Natalia (10/5): Great family stay at Lulu Home Aug 14 -18, 2024 - Great location 3mins by walk to Vittorio Emmanuelle metro station! Apartment is clean, each room has air condition was useful especially during the very hot weather month of Aug during our stay in Rome and have all that you need and quip also with Dryer and washing machine much easier to dry your clothes. Thanks to Bruno the Owner was very helpful have made our stay even better. Will definitely stay at Lulu Home again for my next stay in Rome. Bed mattress thin could feel the springs not comfortable.
• Caryn (2/5): Terrible! - Spacious property. Warning! Do not stay here if you cannot handle interrupted sleep. Rude, local neighbours use the door bell as automatic entry into the apartments. The door bell goes off all night! We counted over 50 times the first night. Honestly had the worst 2 nights sleep with the buzzing sound going off constantly. We informed the owner of which he apologised and said he would call someone out to disconnect but that was only after we checked out. He put a note over the door bell to say do not push the door bell but of course it was totally ignored by the neighbours. I’m surprised that nobody else mentioned this in their reviews and find it hard to believe that this is a “new” problem. We would definitely not of chosen to stay here if that was the case. A simple key option for gate would solve this problem so neighbours do not have to push Lulu Home’s door bell for instant access to the apartment block! Also the sewerage smell coming from the drains is unbearable.

• Nino (8/5): Very good - The location was super. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bruno was a helpful host. The shower cabin was broken, causing water to leak. There were no bathroom traps, resulting in flooding everywhere. Cleaning it up was very uncomfortable.

• Erin (8/5): Great location but the sewer smell in the bathroom was very unpleasant. - Great location! Was close to everything within walking distance. Sewer smell in bathroom and shower stall leaked water on the floor so we had to be super careful when showering. Only seating for 2 at the table.

• Mirela (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, could walk to every attraction or take the metro which was less than 5 min walk. A lot of great restaurants nearby , Bar allo Statuto ,located on first flour exeptional for breakfast, Pizzeria Vittorio at the front building the best pizza ever. The house was spacious and had all amenieties, including small things like olive oil, spices, honey, salt. On the living room there was also a sofa and a rocking chair that kids loved it. The single beds was a bit narrow, not very suitable for adults, maybe that room was designed for children. The owner was fast to reply and very helpful. Thanks to him we saved money on buying attaction tickets at official sites online.
• Roger (8/5): Great place! Very clean with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Will recommend. - A lovely very clean Apt, the rooms were very spacious with AC units and the beds were comfy. They have a washing machine but no dryer. The location was not too bad, they had a bar and restaurant below, but the noise in the rooms was minimal as the windows had a tight seal. The landlord was extremely nice and helpful, with very good communication skills. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return again. The place was Newly renovated so it was missing some utensils and cutlery etc. But the landlord was extremely nice and got what we wanted.
