• Markovic (10/5): - Room was very spacious, quiet neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and polite. Close to both Jujo and Higashi Jujo stations which made trips into the city smooth.
• Alicja (7/5): - The house is closely located to a variety of local shops & shopping centres which is extremely convenient. It's also close to 2 main stations. The house is also quite comfy and well equipped. It's a really good budget option for a couple (see below) as it has all of the things that you might need during extensive travel around Japan. My main concern was the shower 'room'. The doors were frosted however after you get out to wipe & change into pyjamas, you're left out in the open for everyone to see, so it might not be very suitable when traveling with a friend (like we did). My suggestion would be to install an extra curtain above the door frame (leading to the shower) that would make everyone feel more comfortable (and less scared of walking in on someone changing lol).

Deux ampoules ne s'allumaient pas, la poignée de la porte des sanitaires était cassée et fermait uniquement par le le verrou et les lits électriques ne pouvaient être branchés dont un avec une prise endommagée, amusez-vous donc à chercher les prises secteur.

• Patria (6/5): It’s ok a we just wish their should be more cleanliness washroom was so stink with pee, dirty. - Easy but hard to see if you arrived at nght Lock code at the door is easier, you dont have to worry losing their key.

• Azucena (7/5): - El apartamento está bien para el tiempo que acabas pasando en el alojamiento, es del tamaño adecuado, ni muy grande ni muy pequeño. No está tan mal ubicado, se llega rápido a ciertos barrios de Tokio, únicamente que está a unos 15 min de dos estaciones de tren, por lo que los días que vas cargado con las maletas, se pasa un poco mal. La ducha en medio de la estancia es un poco incómodo, pero se puede arreglar turnándose para que nadie te vea y cambiándote en la habitación, así como el que no tuviera sillas para poder comer, es un pequeño inconveniente.

• Matthew (8/5): Best value accommodation in Tokyo - Cheap price and great value. Facilities and services were great (washing machine super useful and bidet + toilet was very nice). Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was super refreshing (for hot summer days) There was small amounts of leaking water from pipes for air conditioning unit. Place we stayed didn't have the best sound insulation (can hear people talk outside) Walk to train station is a bit far (very sweaty in middle of summer). Difficult to walk with many suitcases.

• Ësan (8/5): If I stayed for longer I would have had a better stay. - Check in system was stuck on calling, but key was easy to get. There is a nice bakery close by and FamilyMart. Fix check in system.

• Monika (8/5): Stay in Jujo - Train station close. Market close. Beds, pillows & duvets were comfortable. We lived on. Second floor. To bring up or take down luggage was complicated. And it is up to the hill going to the train station. Passage to the shower is very narrow no room where to dress after the shower. No table , chairs where to sit and eat. The apartment is for 4 people, but cutlery is only for one person.
• Mike (5/5): OK stay, a few things could make it much better. - Comfortable beds, residential location, nice shower, the host gave us good information to arrive and check in. No chairs at all to sit on, no spoons, no bin in the house. Not sure if he plastic plates should be used for the microwave 🤔 We had to eat whilst sitting on the bed, the very first time we stayed anywhere in the world without chairs- some fold up ones would be nice.
• William (7/5): Good value, be aware of cleaning fee - The price was very good for two bedrooms for a night. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had missed the cleaning fee of 7000 yen when booking, now I know to double check the fees. If I had not had people to split the extra cost it would have been more of a frustration.
• Loïc (5/5): Limit of the price scam - The property was visually as advertised. I was charged 7,000 yens (70$CAD) for a room cleaning service I did not ask nor required as the property was left spotless after my departure. Therefore the real price of the accommodation wasn’t 4,000 yen (40 $CAD) as advertised but 11,000 yen (110$CAD) more than double the advertised ammount. At the limit of the scam.

• David (4/5): Stay for the location, not the accommodation - The interaction I had with staff members through the app was pleasant and prompt. I also quite enjoyed the location, despite how far it is from the centre. Unfortunately, there's a lot to dislike about this place: * Some of the pictures show a work desk, which I was really hoping would be present in the room. Also, despite the fact that there's a kitchen, there's no table for a person to eat their meals. * Washing area provides no hooks or anywhere for a guest to put their towel or toiletry bag. * Light switches are not intuitively placed, and some lights do not work. The power outlet on the headboard in one of the rooms also doesn't work. * Lighting on the stairs needs to be better, as they are dark and precarious. * The heat in the unit is insufficient. * The shower is frustrating, as it's set to a 10-second timer, so you constantly have to press to get water. * Dishes in the kitchen were left improperly washed. No dish sponge or detergent was provided. The fridge was also dirty and smelly. * Internet connection is spotty.
