Alexander (7/5): We were staying the hotel for 5 days during our visit. Compare with the last time we were staying that was 4 years ago. - The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager/Boss was very helpful. People smoked everywhere in the hotel - I saw a man smoking at the reception in front of the hotel, and someone smoking in the lift area on the top floor. There were no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel.
