• Maria (8/5): Good location and comfort! - - Great location in the Granada neighborhood, very close to many restaurants - Super easy check-in and check-out - Comfortable bed and very clean room - Beautifully decorated room - Friendly cleaning lady who checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything - Our room was close to the reception, and we could hear guests entering the hotel at night - The only window in our room faced the patio, so if we opened it, everyone could see inside - There is no receptionist on site

• Juan Sebastián (8/5): Un hotel muy bien ubicado, excelente trato del personal, muy cómodo y si diseño muy bonito, volvería. - Era cómodo, muy bonito el hotel, la ubicación y personal muy amable. No tiene parqueadero y el recomendado es muy lejos del hotel y nos quería cobrar casi el doble de lo indicado por el hotel pese a estar alojado en el mismo. La ducha goteaba así estuviera cerrada, la puerta de la ducha no cierra bien y el mezclador del lavamanos es muy alto, al abrir la llave salpica el agua mojando la ropa fácilmente.

European design for all comforts- especially beds which is rare in Cali. This is a hotel NOT a hostel- all types of restaurants and supermarket a sweet stroll away.

• Fabian (8/5): Cozy renewed and great located boutique house. - The staff was amazing, the place is really cozy, and it is a fully renewed house in a great location. The noise, I mean you can hear when other guests open the shower, open and close the doors, even conversations at the rooftop so it is annoying.

• Pilar (9/5): A really nice hostel, a good experience - This was described as a hotel in all forums, but it is a hostel. It is really nice though and a great value. It's clean and the staff are accommodating and kind. I would have liked to experience the massage/spa they offer but didn't have time. Entry to hostel and room both required codes, which was interesting if not inconvenient at times.

The staff, especially Gladys, made our stay super comfortable. It's always nice to wake up to a friendly face and a genuine conversation. I would highly recommend Mahi to anyone staying in Calí. Additionally, Mahi is above a little cafe and surrounded by tons of shops and delicious restaurants/cafes. It's also close to a shopping center with a money exchange. Loved this whole experience! This is not a dislike. It is more of a suggestion. I think a jacuzzi or pool would be an amazing addition to the terrace as there is much unused space upstairs.
