• CAMILA (3/5): - Nada Decidimos retirarnos antes de tiempo porque sinceramente el departamento no cumplió con lo que esperábamos según la publicación. El departamento no era igual al de las fotos: la cocina y la mesa eran distintas, y tampoco había una habitación extra como entendimos al reservar. Además, tuvimos varios inconvenientes durante la estadía: no había vajilla suficiente para 6 personas, los repasadores e individuales estaban bastante manchados, la ducha tenía muy poca presión, la puerta del baño no cerraba y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, por lo que también sentimos insuficiente la ropa de cama. Las camas fueron otro gran problema. Las almohadas eran extremadamente finitas, las camas marineras de abajo estaban hundidas, te ibas hacia un costado al acostarte y ni siquiera tenían almohadas. Realmente no pudimos descansar bien. También quiero mencionar que el edificio es extremadamente ruidoso, algo que debería aclararse porque afecta muchísimo el descanso. Más allá de todo esto, destaco que el trato de Carina fue amable y predispuesto. Pero honestamente no quedamos conformes con la estadía y creo importante comentarlo para que futuros huéspedes sepan estos detalles.

• Jose Augusto (1/5): - It was very frustrating trying to stay at this property. I booked through Booking.com and everything was confirmed. However, upon arrival for check-in, I received no response. After an hour of trying to reach someone, a lady called me saying the apartment was occupied and blaming Booking.com. She insisted that I cancel and request a refund, even though the cancellation should have been handled by her, not me. Although I got my refund, I had to look for another property at the last minute, paying more, and wasted 4 hours of my day. There are systems in place for this, and you should be better prepared to serve your clients. Poor management.

• Agregorutti1 (7/5): Good location, that's what you pay for - Nice location and the owner was nice explaining all the details and resolving when something happened. We were there in summer and it was really fresh since you have windows on the front and back. Table is improvised, not at the right level and always at risk of falling. Air conditioner stopped working at some point and flooded the room, we added a cube to collect the water and advised the owner. She said we leave it there, but no need to resolve urgently.
