The location in Giza is perfect, close to the main road and close to the pyramids entrance. The rooms were exactly like in pictures. The deluxe room offered the best view of the pyramids laying in bed. Mohammed the owner, personally walked with us to the pyramids entrance and give us the best advices how to avoid camel ride scams. More than that he helped me to get a taxi on normal price Nothing
3TORETO (1/5): no venir - Realmente pésimo todo todo
YANG (1/5): A particularly dirty hotel with a terrible experience, don't stay here! - . The hygiene is extremely poor, with multiple bloodstains and colorful hair on the bed. It is highly suspected that the bedding has not been changed at all. 2. The bathroom was rusty and looked very dirty. As soon as I checked in, I used disinfectant wipes to wipe all the places I could touch, such as cabinets and desks, which were covered in dust and dirty. I paid on the spot when I checked in, but didn't enter the room. In the lobby on the first floor, I paid a total of 172 US dollars for 4 days. If I didn't swipe my card, I insisted on using US dollars. If I hadn't paid all the money, I would have had to switch to a different cleaning service.3. In winter in Egypt, the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius at night, and it's particularly cold for children to take a shower. The air conditioning is not allowed, and the remote control has no battery. Give me a little sun. I have been staying for 4 days, but the garbage has not been disposed of for 4 days, and I have never come in to tidy up the room. When I checked out, there were many bags of garbage and empty bottles on the ground. I never throw away garbage during my stay, which can also be seen in other people's comments. 5. The hotel provided free breakfast, and we ate it on the first day. Why didn't we eat it later? It was because there were many black mud stains in the small bamboo basket where bread was placed. There were also sugar granules and very small vegetable leaves in the small bamboo basket, which should not be cleaned after use every day.I find it difficult to lock the door of this room, and I have to keep it locked for a long time every day when I go out. 7. We live on the top floor, which is the rooftop. We have breakfast on the rooftop, and many people go there to enjoy the scenery. The sound of chairs being pulled back all day is very loud, which particularly affects rest. Every morning at 5:20, the Quran is loudly played outside, making it impossible to sleep in.

Carola (7/5): Alles in allem ein Hotel wo man gern 1 oder 2 Nächte verbringen kann. Preis Leistung völlig ok. Ich kann kein Kempinski - Super nett war Mohammed der uns sämtliche Wege zeigte. Der Roof war schön um abends zusammen zu sitzen. Eigentlich wird versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.. Mh 🙈 unser Wasser war kalt, es gab keine Clobürste. An der Sauberkeit sollte etwas gearbeitet werden. Es kann Essen bestellt werden, welches dann geholt wird, weil es dann noch auf Teller angerichtet wird, ist es dann folglich kalt .. also wenn man auf Essen wert legt lieber selbst gehen.. geschmacklich war es auch nicht so der Renner.. und für 12€ sollte man schon ein bisschen erwarten dürfen.. Es kamen dann junge ägyptische Mädchen auch hoch, diese drehten die Musik dann so hoch das es gestört hat..

Natela (1/5): Eines der schlimmsten Hotels, die ich je erlebt habe. Der Besitzer handelt ausschließlich zu seinem Vorteil und zeigt ke - In dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts, was man mögen kann. Es ist wirklich eine Hölle. Diese Unterkunft hat eine sehr schlechte Lage. Das Einzige Positive ist, dass man die Spitze der Pyramiden sehen kann. Die Hotelzimmer sind extrem schmutzig. Wir sind um Mitternacht angekommen, und so hat unser schlechtester Urlaub überhaupt begonnen. Die Bettwäsche war voller Staub, als wäre sie seit der Zeit des Pyramidenbaus nicht mehr gewaschen worden. Der Boden war voller Haare. Das Badezimmer war so dreckig, dass man es kaum beschreiben kann. Bitte halten Sie sich weit, weit von diesem Hotel fern. Booking.com hat uns ebenfalls nicht geholfen, und ich werde diese Plattform nie wieder nutzen.

Arianna (10/5): Great location, stunning pyramid view, and exceptional support! - Easy to find and boasting a breathtaking view of the pyramids from the terrace. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, but the real highlight was Mohamed: attentive and helpful from the moment of booking, and on site he went above and beyond, helping us get around the city, suggesting where to eat, and making sure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional support. The only downside was the bathroom, which was quite small and not very practical for a family of four.

Friendly and helpful staff , great value place to stay and includes tasty breakfast Room did bot seem clean. Carpet not hoovered - blond hair left on one of the bedsheet but toilet clean. The place is located near to the pyramids 10 min by walk. The furniture is new, but bathroom requires some renovations , but for me it was totally ok for 1 night stay I would not recommend office with tours to pyramids that is recommended by the hotel , too expensive, tour is quick and nothing special
Jovana (9/5): Felt like home! - We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Boja, who made our ride to the hotel super fun and enjoyable. He has an incredibly contagious smile, and you can really tell that he enjoys his job. At the hotel, we were greeted by Mohamed, who did everything he could to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We were immediately offered something to eat, and later that evening he even took us out to show us around the area. Our drivers, Boja and Jean Claude, were extremely friendly, always smiling and making every trip enjoyable. As a woman, I felt very safe and well taken care of by Mohamed and everyone at the hotel. I honestly can’t say anything negative about this place — everyone was so kind, everything was perfectly organized, and we always felt completely comfortable and secure.

We could see the pyramids from the window in our rooms and from the top of the terrace where breakfast is served. The breakfast was good and it's wonderful to see the pyramids both at night and day. Ahmed was a wonderful host, he took care of everything we needed (lunch, dinner he brough for us, paid of course by us). Ahmed also walked with us to the store at night to get everything we need and also walked us to the entrance of the pyramids. His brother also was a great host, he put music for us on the terrace, what we asked for, it was very nice. Both of the provided us with great service. We had a great time and I recommend this stay. As other travelers said, the accommodation is a bit difficult to find as it's not at the main street and it's difficult for a car to get there (tight street). It's a bit sketchy at night but Ahmed helped us with everything we needed. It could be a bit more clean in the room but overall it was a great stay.

Chris (9/5): Great value stay in Giza - The staff couldn't do more to ensure you have a nice stay. The room was comfortable and lovely views of the pyramids from my bed. The roof terrace has lovely views of the pyramids - go up whilst the sound and light show is taking place to get a great picture. The breakfast was very generous and our two fussy eaters filled up. Wear a jumper if you are there in the winter as it's a bit nippy. We travelled with 2 young girls and whilst the neighbourhood appears a little rough around the edges, we felt safe and weren't hassled at all. You can walk to the Sphinx (8 minutes) and there are lots of dinner options that cater for tourists in this area. I admit, we used the pizza hut! Whilst it was nice of Haisam to find somewhere for us to have dinner and take us there on our first night, compared to other restaurants we have visited since, it was quite expensive. You might prefer to find your own. We'd already organised our tours using booking.com so didn't use the ones offered by the hotel. We did use airport transfers through the hotel which were more expensive than Uber but much more reliable. The shower pressure wasn't great in our bathroom

Iakov (8/5): Excellent location, good value for money, average breakfast - Location: walking distance from the entrance to the Giza pyramids complex. You can be there by 8am and avoid the crowds. View: you can see all three major pyramids from the rooftop and sit there alone at night enjoying the view. Hosts: Ahmed and his little assistant Fat did their best to make our stay comfortable. Fat walked us to the nearest KFC when we were tired after the flight and that was a nice touch. The room was comfortable but a bit small, good to sleep in but not to hang out. Maybe it's common in Giza, I don't know. Breakfast could be more varied and I think it wouldn't cost more money. We had a fried egg, mashed potatoes, bean paste and some jam and all that replaced with local dishes could be a much better meal: some fresh pastry, ful (bean paste eaten for breakfast in Egypt), a piece of fatir, tahini, seasonal fruits. We would enjoy it much more than standard, continental breakfast. We tried breakfast once and skipped it the next day.

And the owner also sent his son to accompany me to dinner, and walked me back for two days. Room space was sufficient for me to put my luggage and keep my baggage open. Big breakfast at the rooftop also provided good view of the Giza Pyramids complex. And the hotel was super super safe!! A little far away from the downtown Cairo. And the shower in the room doesn't work well.

Jerome (4/5): It’s a no no hotel! - The view from the hotel rooftop is the only positive side of this hotel, then the rest is so so or even bad. The owner and his brother were nice at the beginning and we are so happy with their hospitality. However, all goes went bad when we asked for recommendation for hair cut. The brother Mohamed brought us to a haircutter and only to find out that it we were scammed. Ahmed brought us to the place where price of the haircut is 16euro per person. I can’t believed that the owner of the screwed us by breaking the trust we gave them. Good thing is that we didn’t take their tour offers else we will be ripped off by the owner. I read the reviewed here in booking.com and everyone else says that hotel was good. But to my surpise, hotel was not clean. The bedsheet was not clean. Toilet was dirty. We wanted to make coffee but only to found out that kettle was rusty. Breakfast was so so, with egg not so warm when served. Hence, we skip the breakfast twice.

As this was my daughter’s first international trip, I wanted it to be special, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The view of the pyramids from our room was nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a majestic sight was a dream come true for both of us. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was served promptly each morning, offering a nice variety to start our day right. What truly made our stay memorable, however, were the wonderful staff. The owner, Mohammed, felt like family. My daughter affectionately called him "uncle," and he treated her like royalty, always referring to her as "my queen." This personal touch made her feel so special, and I can't express how much that meant to us. Additionally, we had fantastic support with our tours. Yosuf, our driver, was exceptional—he made us feel safe and ensured we had a smooth experience exploring the area. Overall, the warmth of the staff, the stunning views, and the comfortable atmosphere made our trip to Giza one we will always cherish. We left feeling like we had a second home in Egypt. Highly recommend!

Jdviajero (8/5): Great staff and good price/quality relationship. - The staff was great they helped us with everything, they allowed us an early check-in, they coordinated the taxis from and to the airport with a great driver, they also helped us coordinate a great tour with a knowledgeable guide and in our language. The breakfast was delicious and on a beautiful rooftop with a view of the pyramids. The room was clean. The hotel didn't had an elevator but they helped us to carry the luggage up to our room, the bed was not so comfortable and the sheets didn't look new, but it was ok to sleep well. The location is ok, you can have a view to the pyramids but I think is not so close to the main entrance of the pyramids, but nearby you can go to a good papyrus and essence stores with original items and they explain you the process and some mini markets and restaurants.

Rather expensive for the facilities - In general : if you seek a comfy stay in a reasonable hotel with professional staff this place is not for you. But if you want to have some experience with local people and have fun with them this place is not that bad, we had a lot of fun after all. Positive: The view: from the terrace one can see the pyramids as well as Sphinx of Giza. Moreover the terrace is large and nice. The staff are very kind (though unprofessional) and do their best to help resolve any issue. We got a tour and after we returned they welcomed us with fresh juice, also on the arrival day. The kettle in the room. Water provided.The mattress was comfy. A good restaurant nearby. Pyramid view from inside the rooms. The place needs lots of improvements, the second floor is still under construction, lots of noise from 7 am😯 they should not rent it before construction has been finished. The staff are super unprofessional, there were few guests as not many rooms are ready to use, but they were clearly overwhelmed with simple things. I hope in the future they learn a lot,also the communication is a problem. Only one person speaks a little english. The lamp in the rooms are too strong that we could not use them, the shower was separated with a curtain and taking a shower was not comfortable. The pillows very big and hard for us. The key of the room door is old style and not safe at all. There is no restaurant in the property, we chose this place because restaurant was mentioned, however you can tell them to arrange some food, no menu available, you need to know the name of food you like to have. The location and surrounding of the property is dirty and poor, but i guess this is general in the city. The price is high for the facilities provided. Similar hostel closer to the pyramids are half priced.
