- FATTORE (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would definitely keep this apartment in mind when we return to Rome. - Apartment was very clean and was perfectly located to easily walk around centro storico. Adriano was pleasant and easy to communicate with during our stay. With 8 people staying in the apartment it was difficult to do laundry as the drying rack was unstable and very small to accommodate us all. I would recommend providing either an additional rack or upgrade to a larger rack.
- Gino (8/5): A very nice property that needs a few minor changes to make it a great property. - Large sized rooms Location Kitchen was not as well appointed as it could have been. Needed paper towels and ice-cube trays. More soap and body wash needed. Mattresses were a bit hard and may need replacement.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Location was central so we could walk everywhere. Was clean and was a very nice apt. Large bedrooms. Would stay there again. We booked air cond place to be comfortable. We weren’t told until we were there and saw a note saying we had to turn it off when we were out or we would be charged from the damage deposit. It should say that in the listing. We turned all the units off as directed and it was fine as the weather was coolish but it wouldn’t have been comfortable to come back to a hot house after being out in heat if we had warmer weather during our stay. One bed was uncomfortable (in the room with the bathroom). Noisy at night from street in one bedroom only. The others face an interior courtyard and they were very quiet. Overall though I would recommend this property and I would stay there again.

The comunication with the property was very fast, the person who welcomed us very polite and helpful and we could book also transportation to the airport.

- May (10/5): Luxurious Spacious Apartment perfect for bigger groups. - Easy to coordinate to meet with host to do key collection at the property and a walk through. The apartment is very spacious and a welcome change the other small spaces we stayed in Europe. Furniture, kitchen and bathrooms all in good condition and very clean. They allowed us early checkin without fee which was most appreciated. The welcome book with all the instructions was good. The washing machine dryer combo was handy. The apartment was quiet and beds comfy. Overall it was a very luxurious stay for our family of 5, it could have easily fit 8 comfortably. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. We walked everywhere from the apartment easily even Vatican City and the Colosseum. Many shopping streets within a 10min walk away and good food close by. Supermarkets also close by. Nothing.

The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms need renovation . They should at least add hooks in the bathroom so you can hang your towel. The wifi did not work the entire time we were there. Also, we couldn’t figure out how the dryer works on its own as the dryer works together with the washing machine. When I called to get some help, the technician came and he couldn’t figure it out either.

Clean, awesome location and great communication with host(s) ! - LOVED the location (SO CLOSE to Spanish steps, two minute walk) & the size and cleanliness of the apartment! We liked that someone met you at apartment to show/explain things. Great communication & appreciate the drop off of hand soap for bathrooms! Short walk to get coffee,& maritozzi in morning , stores, shopping! farmacia, etc.! Like having the space to sit with family in living room and big kitchen table. Was very convenient to have kitchen to heat food, make tea etc. Our favorite apartment of whole trip to Italy (Rome, Florence,Venice). Highly recommend ! Everything was GREAT but 3 Minor things: 1st we couldn't use the washing machine to wash our clothes. It smelled like mildew (best to leave the door open a little when not in use so you don't get that smell) . We tried to use it but it wasn't working properly. We did appreciate the drying rack though- just hand washed our clothes so not a problem. It would have been nice to wash our towels. 2nd- would be nice to have some kitchen towels to dry dishes etc instead of wasting paper towels. Also, would be nice to have hooks to hang up your bath towels :)
