- EDMOND (8/5): Would stay at the place again should it become available and I'm visiting Japan. - Nice good size accommodation. Cute decor (totoro) and facilities in good working order. Very convenient as it was next to the park and was close to food places. Not too far from the tube station. Overall good. A few things require attention for fixings, but these are minor detail. Don't have anything too negative.
- Sandy (1/5): Really bad - Nothing I booked this room for 3 nights, but the reality was completely different from the photos. From the moment I entered the building, there was a terrible smell. When I opened the room door, it smelled even worse. The bed and blankets looked very old, and I wasn’t even sure if they had been properly washed. The bathroom was extremely dirty. There was even mold around the toilet paper holder. Honestly, there wasn’t a single clean place in the entire room. The smell throughout the whole place was unbearable. I checked in in the evening, but I couldn’t stay. I checked out the same night and had to find another hotel. Please do not book this room. There are many affordable and much better hotels around Asakusa. This place feels like it is scamming customers. It’s like “stay if you can, if not, leave” with no responsibility. I regret not reading the reviews carefully and trusting only the photos. The room is really terrible. I strongly warn others not to book this place or you will lose your money like I did. The owner is taking advantage of customers, and Booking.com should properly review and control listings like this to prevent scams.

- Konstantinos (2/5): A disappointing and overpriced stay, with poor cleanliness and basic shortcomings that significantly affected our comfor - The only thing we liked was the park across the street from the property. Unfortunately, it was not visible from the window, as several vending machines blocked both the view and the natural light. The overall cleanliness of the property was below expectations. The bedding was not properly prepared, and we encountered hygiene issues during our stay. We also found it uncomfortable that the WiFi modem was placed right next to the head of the bed, approximately 30 cm from where we slept. Additionally, the room lacked natural light and any view of the nearby park, as vending machines outside blocked both the view and the light. Finally, although the listing states that guests can prepare their own meals, the kitchen equipment was insufficient, as it only included a frying pan and no pot.

- Phil (7/5): Great value in great location. - Great location - fronting onto Sumida Park (great local park, cafés, popular with artists, dog-walkers, picnickers, F&B vans), wonderful walkable area, well serviced by public transport, 10 minutes walk to SkyTree Tower, 10 minutes to Asakusa. Thankful for the elevator, fridge, microwave, washing machine and hanging space, enjoyed having a balcony. Not much to not like. It's a bit old & tired, but suitable for the price. Bed is standard Asian firm, which I'm fine with but others might prefer softer.

- Hsiu Jung (3/5): - 無 第一次住到需要房客自己去買毛巾跟床墊的住宿 毛巾感覺都比自己家裡的還髒 甚至還有破洞都懷疑到底有沒有洗過 床墊更是已經起毛球 連床都是20-30年前的彈簧床 真的不敢相信在日本的百元店就能買到便宜的毛巾跟備品或是床罩 房東竟然沒有提供 整個房間都有發霉痕跡 第一個晚上真的髒到睡到非常不舒服 隔天立刻去宜得利買全新毛巾跟床墊才敢放心洗澡睡覺 房間小沒關係老舊也沒關係 但是連最基本該給房客的備品乾淨度卻做不到 浴室管線老舊 不斷有難聞氣味飄出來 電梯也有老舊霉味 不知道地上放的除臭產品已經放多久沒有更換了 來日本住過很多平價住宿 這次真的被嚇到 真的髒臭到不可思議

Lots of extra blankets provided. Washing machine and kitchen facilities provided. Bedding was hard. Bathroom had nowhere to hang towels. Lobby had a fishy smell.

- MODOKO (3/5): 髒臭不舒適,導致房價看似便宜 其實CP值很低(差) - 地理位置還可以 說是60M2的面積其實有3大衣櫥就佔掉30m2了吧(重點是衣櫥房東還放滿了備用床墊棉被等,我們住8晚,連衣服都只能放在行李箱內無法拿出來掛),冷氣機不管開冷氣或暖氣都飄出濃濃腳臭腐味還飄出大片大片的髒污,鞋櫃廚房水槽下方都飄出惡臭,浴室與廁所在一起非常小,洗漱都得在廚房小水槽,設備老舊,隔音不佳,頂樓房頂還有老鼠奔跑聲 ..... 總體來說 這樣的設備+環境髒臭 導致住宿費 CP值算是極低的 (不能光看價位 就以為便宜)

- Megawati (10/5): Comfort stay here.. - Host fast response, like a stay at our home, so homey, all electrical works well, I was lucky on February 7-8th, Tokyo had heavy snowfall, and my daughter played the snow on the balcony. Near the station, near the konbini, but in my opinion little far from supermarkets. overall we comfort stay here and will be back again.. It's just missing dishwashing soap, because it says handwashing soap on the bottle, a spoon for eating can be added, and there's no broom available because I need it to sweep up my hair that falls on the floor after combing my hair.
- HIROMI (4/5): スカイツリーのために泊まった - スカイツリーが見え、歩いてすぐに行けることは良かった。浅草にも行けるため、立地は良い。 ＊部屋の広さは仕方がないが、1番は清潔感が全くない。 床は髪の毛などがあり、ソファーベッドに布団を敷こうと押し入れを開けたら、知らない人の靴下(片方のみ)が入っていたり、ゴミだらけだった。清潔感が無いため、枕は使用しなかった。 基本的に埃だらけ。 ＊コンセントが足りないし、使いづらい場所にある。 延長コードがない為、スマホ等の充電が不自由だった。 ＊床が抜けそうな箇所あり。怖かった。 ＊備え付け食器等、汚い。 ＊シャワーを使うと、蛇口から水が漏れまくる。 ユニットバスのため、シャワーカーテンをしても、トイレ周辺に水がはじくし水漏れが酷い。足マットがないので、バスタオルを敷いた。

- Meghan (1/5): Don’t stay here. - The only redeeming quality about this place was the location. The apartment was cluttered and dirty, with a hole in the floor that had been taped up. It was infested with black flies. The bathroom smelled like sewer. I couldn’t believe I was staying in Tokyo.

The apartment didn't match with the provided photos. The whole apartment 403 is run down and outdated. The wallpapers are dirty and old. The bathroom is mouldy, the sink looks like it was reglued, as for the toilet it's also very disappointing and old,sprinkled with some white paint. The kitchen looks well, equipped but it was really unclean.The whole apartment stinks of something and during the night we heard a mouse chewing on something under the kitchen floor. The owner never answered my messages when I asked for an apartment change.

- Kimberly (10/5): Fantastic stay in Sumida - We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic, very serene and quiet and close to train and bus stations. The rooms were good sized and very comfortable. Nice sized balcony with pretty view. Very friendly hosts and amazing customer service. We will definitely stay here again on future trips. Great value and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

- Sumii (6/5): リーズナブルに広い部屋を求めるのなら良い - 一般的なホテルの部屋より広く、冷蔵庫や電子レンジ等も部屋に備わっているので過ごしやすかった。1泊だけだったので使用しなかったが、洗濯機（洗剤）もあるので、長期滞在にはとても便利だと思った。 建物自体がだいぶ年季があるので、老朽化ぎ目立つ箇所が多々あった。特にユニットバスは、配管から水漏れが凄かった。

- Brian (8/5): A quaint apartment near all of the exciting things to do around the area. - Across the road is a nice park and rivers to walk alongside and well within walking distance to Tokyo Skytree. The beds were western style and the place came with what would you need for a stay. There is an elevator which makes it easier to get to the room especially carrying around luggage but be warned that the elevator looks to be older tends to close faster. Protip: if you want to use a taxi to get here, use the address to make it easier. This place could use more cleaning. I didn't have much of a problem personally, but the people I stayed with complained about it wasn't as clean and did not like the bathroom especially how long the fan remained on when it was switched off.

- Wamiko (8/5): 全体的には良い宿でした！ - ロケーションが浅草にも東京スカイツリーにも近く、最高でした。部屋も広く、マッサージチェアが泊まった部屋にはあり、家族皆で愛用させて頂きました。 トイレがウォッシュレットだった点は良かったのですが、残念ながらお湯は出ず、真冬の寒い中、冷たい水で我慢して使用しました。また、温められない形式の便座だったので、座る度に冷たいのを覚悟して座っていました。せめて便座カバーがあれば良かったのになぁと思いました。

- Yagoub-Beauséjour (7/5): - L'emplacement est absolument parfait ! Si l'on veut un logement digne d'un vrai Japon, c'est bien là qu'il faut aller. Comme il s'agit d'un logement qui se rapproche beaucoup des vrais logements japonais, il se fait un peu vieux et petit.

- Sylvia (10/5): Great location! - This accommodation is located in front of Sumida Park, which add ups a lot to the walk from/to it. It's a 10-15min walk to Asakusa (passing through a bridge over Sumida river, amazing). The neighborhood has several conbinis open 24/7 and some izakayas open until late too. It has a very small kitchen, with enough equipment for a quick breakfast before heading to the city. Good bed, zero noise. For the price, I would totally recommend staying here.

Não foi como eu esperava, apartamento Velho, todos os móveis e utensílios sujos e empoeirados, banheiro, lavatório, privada estavam todos sujos e cheios de cabelos caídos no chão.

Номер небольшой, простой, скромный, но есть все необходимое. Выходишь и сразу парк. Для тех, кто не живёт в номере, а только переночевать подходит. Хотелось бы зеркала в комнате. Оно было вроде в кладовке.
- Hing Sun (6/5): - The nearest subway is about 8 minutes walk from the apartment. It's about a 15 minute walk to 浅草寺和雷门. The room is very small and there is no place to put your clothes if you want to shower.in the bathroom. The stairs from downstairs to the top are also very small and there is a constant smell of cooking and cooking fumes.The floor in many parts of the room was broken and had been patched with gummed paper, the hood was very dirty and the whole place needs an upgrade and a deep clean. If it's one or two people for one night, I don't think it's a problem, but if it's a family, it's a little too small and old.

- AHMAD KHALIL (8/5): Excellent choice for a week stay (family friendly). - I really like the quite location, just next to Sumida Park & walking distance to Asakusa (8 mins walk) , train station. Our unit is complete with kitchen & washing machine. The elevator was not functioning during the whole 7 days of our stay. Cleanliness can be improved.
- Janica (9/5): It was amazing! We were comfortable and we had what we needed. - It's close to almost everything. There are a lot of convenience stores around. You can wash your own clothes. They provide toiletries. They are very approachable and replies to our every query and requests. The elevator not working.

And hard to adjust to sleeping on the tatami. Walls were a bit thin and I could hear the ppl in the next room early in the morning.

- nurnisa (3/5): Bad. - The only thing i like about the property is the location. Near the park, convenient store & station. The room itself wasn’t so clean especially fabric. pillow & all. seem like never wash with dust everywhere. imagine our skin itchy, redness because of the fabric. So, no for hygiene. Very disapppointed. I dont mind old fabric but if you take a good care of it, there would be no problem like dust etc.

- Karina Królikowska (9/5): Location is great, place is cute and a great deal for the price :) - The place is cozy and the location is just great. Its a short walk to Asakusa station, Asakusa area as well as Skytree area. Across the building there is a beautiful small park with a pond and a temple. We really enjoyed exploring the area taking walks around the park and the riverside on the way to Asakusa. Aside Asakusa Station there is a metro station with even shorter walk for a train to HND or NRT airports with great train connections to both airports. The place came with a washing machine and a space on the balcony to dry it, that was a huge plus for us! Wifi was great, and the kitchenette was just enough to heat some foor or make a coffee in the morning. One small thing was that our apartment had a very large bed, almost as big as the living room area. I think a regular double bed would be enough, and would leave some space to open the suitcase more convenently. If you need very big bed, this might be a plus for you!

- MI LIEN (6/5): 有問題都可以反應給房東，很快能解決問題，離地鐵站很近，非常方便，住宿地前面是公園，可以走走看看，下次有機會再來東京的話、可列入住宿名單內 - 離地鐵站很近走路約10分鐘可到，環境很清幽寧靜，有洗衣機可使用及曬衣服的空間👍 灰塵有點重，清潔需加強，窗簾及棉被有點髒，建議更新，沒有電梯可搭，入住及退房時要扛很重的行李箱

- Eloy (2/5): Apartment is only good for location. - the apartment was in a good location. And replies from host were quick, and efficient. Everything in the apartment was old and dirty. The bed frame looks like it had accumulated dust, the bed sheets looked dirty and there was a strong smell of mould. Also toilet ventilation is poor which might influence on the mould issue.

- Thornton (5/5): Great location, flea market quality - Great location. Not very expensive. The park outside the entrance is really beautiful and it's super convenient to Skytree and all of Asakusa. Disheveled, junky, random wall decorations in various states of decay, dripping faucets, broken elevator (lift) probably permanently out of order, mismatched old leftover furniture that doesn't really fit into the space, burnt out stovetop (hob) replaced with a plug in model but you have to plug into the multi plug hanging on the opposite kitchen wall to use it (behind you, stretching the cord to the refrigerator wall and cutting of access to the toilet), various random personal items in cabinet and other cabinets locked and unavailable for use, two or more places on the floor ready to break through walking on them or putting a chair on top, and generally neglected property.

Tamir etmeye niyetiniz var mı diye sorduğunuzda paketinize asansör dahil değil ki diye gayri insani saçma bir cevap verdiler. Sonuçta 4.kattaydık ve daracık merdivenlerden bavullarımızı çıkarıp indirmek hiç kolay olmadı. Odada masa yerine garip kullanışsız bir bebek masası vardı. Mutfak aşırı kullanışsız yazdıkları gibi well fitted tanımıyla alakasız el kadar ısıtma cihazı o da kafasına estiğinde kendi kendine kapanıyor. Japonya ile alakasız Pakistan tarzı pis ve düzensiz bir yer. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Paranıza yazık.

- MisaZ10 (8/5): Departamento cómodo - Podes llegar caminando a Asakusa y a la tokyo Sky Tree. Tenes una estación de subte a 5 minutos. NO es una habitación es un mono ambiente. Entonces cuenta con más cosas que un hotel, cocina, lavarropa, bañera, heladera y sillón. No funciona el ascensor. Aunque cuando llege el personal me ayudo a subir la maleta y fue muy amable.

- Aaron (6/5): It was a great stay. For this price in this location, it’s a steal. - It’s totally fine for a place to sleep. It’s close to the metro and walkable from the Tokyo Skytree/Oshiage station which opens up our options to visit other towns like Kasukabe (to see Shin-Chan). 🤣 The park right in front of the property is also a good selling point in my opinion because I like early morning walks. The are also a lot of charming shops along the nearby river. There’s a weird smell, but I can live with that.

- Yukari (4/5): 値段は安く止まれたが、質は悪い。 - 公園の目の前なので、窓からの雰囲気は良かった。 ４階の部屋なのに、エレベーターが故障してつかえなかった。部屋が全体的に汚かった。ベッドが生乾き臭がした。食器棚に食べカスのような物が棚全面に散らばっていて不潔。ベランダの窓以外は開けても網戸ができないし、ほこりだらけ。
