• Elvira (10/5): Buena eleccion para descubrir Atenas - Un apartamento amplio y muy cómod. Nos dejaron cosas para el desayuno (leche, pan, huevos, mantequilla, jamon, zumos...)lo cual es un detalle maravilloso!, las camas comodísimas y Nikos muy atento. Además a 15 minutos de la acrópolis y con buenas opciones cercanas para comer...si vas a Atenas sin duda es un buen sitio para alojarse y descubrir la ciudad El ascensor del bloque es pequeño y si vas con maletas puede resultar un poco incómodo

• Marius (10/5): Väga hea asukohaga - Puhas ja avar, mugavad voodid. Asukoht väga hea, kõrval trammi, bussi ja metroo peatused. Kesklinna ala algab kohe üle tee ja Aktopolis asub lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kõrval on kohvikud, pisem minimarket, restoraanid. Lähedal palju autorendi firmasid. Korter oli avar ja puhas, suhtlus peremehega kiire ja meeldiv.

• Jérome (8/5): Appartement confortable et bien équipé - L appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, situé à côté du metro et a 20 minutes a pied de l acropole et du stade olympique. L appartement étant a un carrefour, c est extrêmement bruyant, même la nuit. Il était difficile de dormir
• Andrea (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt in Athen war großartig! - Alles war wundervoll! Unser Gastgeber Nikos war stets erreichbar, hat uns schon vor und während des Aufenthalts mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und er bot uns die Abholung vom Flughafen an. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir konnten täglich nachbestellen. Das Apartment war sehr groß und gut gelegen, wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, auch ein Supermarkt war fußläufig gelegen. Wirklich sehr nahe fuhr die Straßenbahn für wenig Geld direkt zum Strand. Ein Traum! Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Espresso-Maschine, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine. Alles war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte.

• Chiara viaggiandosimpara (10/5): Appartamento centrale confortevole - Appartamento spazioso e centrale, a pochi passi dal bel quartiere di Makrygianni e a 2 minuti dalla linea del tram. Ottima la colazione fornita da Nikos, c'era di tutto per preparare in autonomia una colazione dolce e salata (pane da toast, prosciutto e formaggio, uova, burro e marmellata, the, latte e caffè, miele). Il boiler a pannelli solari non funziona benissimo, dopo una doccia fredda e una giornata uggiosa è stato necessario accendere quello elettrico.

• WEIYE (7/5): 和图片一致，性价比很高的住宿 - 位置非常好，楼下走20米就是有轨电车Fix站，乘坐3站就到宪法广场地铁站换乘地铁，Fix站可以直接购买雅典交通一日票，售票机器支持信用卡支付。 公寓和图片一致，性价比高。 有早餐提供，全部放在冰箱，种类虽然不丰富但是也解决了我们早上的就餐问题。 房东会主动通过whatsapp联系，服务很好。 床铺偏软。 第二晚热水器坏了，导致大家只能洗冷水澡。 临街，摩托车声音很吵，会影响晚上睡眠。 窗帘不遮光。

• Salvatore (10/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione eccellente, fermata del tram numero 6 a 1 minuto dall appartamento(bastava attraversare la strada), fermata dei bus e della metro a 3 minuti, a 15 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni, l appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo, struttura pulita e accogliente cosi come le foto della descrizione, Nikos mi ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per far colazione e iniziare al meglio la giornata( latte, yogurt, succhi, uova ,marmellata , burro, crema di nocciola, toast, tutto confezionato). L appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare L unico tasto dolente e l insonorizzazione delle finestre, purteoppo essendo vicino ad una strada trafficata, si sentiva il frastuono del traffico esterno, soprattutto di notte, il bagno un po troppo piccolo e ci vorrebbe un altro specchio, che è presebte solo nel.bagno
• Ariane (8/5): Bon emplacement et appartement agréable pour deux nuits - Très bon emplacement, proche de l'acropole. Petit déjeuner complet, cuisine suffisante pour le petit déjeuner. Bonne climatisation. Le sol de l'appartement n'avait malheureusement pas été lavé à la serpillère mais l'aspirateur avait été passé.
• Adamantia (10/5): The perfect place for a week of relaxation and adventure. - The property manager was very good about communication and provided excellent instructions to obtain access. The property is located in perfect distance from all attractions, not to mention the tram and metro rail system. So even the Olympic Stadium is easily accessible for an adventurist. The property offered pick up from the airport, but my husband and i were perfectly comfortable with the adventure of the metro. Getting into the room was great. Thank God they have a lift (elevator) as our apartment was on the 3rd floor. Still a great spot! The room was super clean and very comfortable. The AC was on POINT! Works well. Bonus, there is a washer (no dryer). You have to hang your clothes on the rack on the balcony. This really isn't a DISLIKE, but rather perspective. My husband had issues with teh wifi speed, but I was perfectly fine with it. He had some work to do (even while on vacation). lol. No dryer was ok, so you had to hang your clothes on the balcony. I had no problem with it, but there are several people I know would have a hard time with hanging undergarments out to dry on a fully exposed balcony.
• Adamantia (10/5): Highly Recommend - The apartment is located right near the Tram and Metro Rail. It was easy to catch the rail from airport and back, with 2 roller bags and backpacks each. It was a 7 min walk (or 1 metro rail stop) from the Acroplis. Lots of restaurants, cafés, Gelato stands, convenience stores, and the Acropolis of Athens. The apartment was very clean and nestled on the 3rd floor. BUuilding had a lift (tiny but useful...come, its Europe... Lol) and stairs. Security of door is amazing, and neighborhood was perfectly fine. The property management stocked our refrigerator with milk, juice, geese, eggs, water (which is totally drinkable from faucet), cereal, jams, butter, and yogurt. We had bread and an assortment of espresso and coffee. Toaster, an oven with ranges, coffee/espresso maker, utensils, cups and plates. Everything you could need for a quick amd easy breakfast right there. I was also pleasantly surprised with a front load washer (they supplied powder), but you hang ur.cloths to dry on the rack on the balcony... like everyone else. Lol. The living ro had a sofa and smart TV. WiFi was up and down, but still useful. A view of an intersection out the front balcony that made for live entertainment...lol...and a balcony out the back to hang your undergarments that you might have washed that morning. With all this being said... absolutely worth the joys and comfort of being left alone, but you clean up after yourself. We loved it! We will be back! P.S. The pics on the website are exactly what you get. I just recommend doing a Google search of the address and "streetview" the area, to get a lay of the land. Wifi was a little strained but useful. Don't expect to do any worl remotely. You will be reliant on your unlimited data and cell plan. On a positive note... it makes you DISCONNECT! Win-win in my book!

• Angela (10/5): We would definitely stay there again. - The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Breakfast and coffee was supplied. It was close to metro, walking distance to acropolis, restaurants. Great little places close by.

• Rita (10/5): Comfortable apartments near the old town - The apartments were comfortable and clean. It was on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. There is a bus stop nearby. We were staying with a colleague who has a disability, it was convenient to walk from the bus stop or take a taxi For breakfast, the products were left in the refrigerator, all dishes and pots were there. There was enough of everything, but there were no vegetables at all. there was coffee and tea. For those who do not consume gluten and lactose, there was not much choice for breakfast.

• Karen (10/5): Cheap and spacious apartment - The apartment was amazing. Big and spacious. Every room has A/C and it was very clean. The apartment is 1 minute walk from the metro which can take you to the centre and Acropolis. The zone of the where the apartment is located is quiet and plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was good and basic, exactly what you need for a long hot day. Has smart TV and fast internet. What you see in the photos is exactly how the apartment is. I 100% recommend this apartment for your stay.

• Dror (9/5): Superb - communication and host instructions were accurate and easy to follow apartment is well refurbished, clean and nicely equipped some basic food products were provided which was a positive surprise we did not expect location is a bit off the center unless if you do not mind ~20-30 Min walk then it is just fine yet, there is a metro station just across the street
• Luz (9/5): Perfect place to visit the historic Athens. - The location was perfect for visiting Athens' historic places and downtown. The host was always there to answer our questions and inquiries. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. The bathroom may be too short for more than four people during a stay.

Nikos was a great host - recommended some local places and was very attentive to our requests. It was super easy to reach, the location is central and convenient. A bit noisy, but it was ok in general. The house was clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable. Totally recommend to stay here!

• Cristina (9/5): Clean Comfortable and Very Well Situated!! - Breakfast was wonderful - the selections varied and the food was abundant. It was very helpful to be able to start the day with a great cup of coffee and food without having to go outside first. the location of the apartment is fantastic - within 15 minutes walking we were at the Acropolis Museum, within 30 minutes we were at Monastiraki Square. Diagonally across the building there is a bus station/taxi station/city trolley station. all very easy to use. 15 minutes in a taxi (10euro) and you can reach the Athenian Riviera with beautiful marinas Flisvos and rocky public beaches with warm green blue water. another mirror in one of the bedroom!
• Sinan (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location! It’s right across (1 minute walk) to Koukaki neighborhood which is full of restaurants, cafes and bars. The flat is also 4-5 minutes walking distance to the famois Acropolis Museum.
