• Nickles Waasdorp (8/5): Goed en net verblijf in een rustige buurt. - Een goede accomodatie in een rustige buurt. Het geeft een echte home-stay ervaring en is een prima basis voor een (kort) verblijf in het mooie Dilijan. De inrichting is niet modern maar alles ziet er erg schoon en netjes uit. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt in de keuken. De grote tuin is erg aangenaam met oa een (overdekt) terras, zwembadje, BBQ en speel mogelijkheden voor kinderen. De hostess is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreekt redelijk Engels. Big House ligt in het hogere gedeelte van Dilijan dus hou er rekening mee dat het te voet vanaf het centrum ongeveer 25 minuten lopen is met een behoorlijk stijgingspercentage! Onze slaapkamer met raam had geen verduisterings gordijn en het dekbed is van een klein formaat voor twee personen.

• Софья (1/5): - Великолепно, превосходно и обворожительно, если вы готовы за каждый чих доплачивать. Эта самая Лусине будет вам улыбаться до тех пор, пока вы ей послушно платите. Категорически не рекомендую! Это худший опыт съёма жилья за всё время путешествий. Забронировали один дом через Booking — хозяйка отменила бронь и предложила другой вариант. Условия согласовали заранее, но по приезде начался кошмар. С нас начали требовать доплату за двоих друзей, которые просто приехали с нами — не оставались на ночь, даже не пользовались ничем на территории. Хозяйка вдруг заявила, что за сам факт их присутствия нужно доплатить. Когда мы отказались и решили уехать, она физически заблокировала ворота, не выпускала нас, вела себя агрессивно, требовала деньги за уборку помещения, которым мы не пользовались Появился мужчина с явным алкогольным перегаром, началась склока. Затем вышел молодой человек (возможно, её сын) с бейсбольной битой и начал угрожать. Ситуация была настолько абсурдной и опасной, что нам пришлось вызвать полицию, чтобы нас просто отпустили. Такое поведение недопустимо - это не про гостеприимство, это про угрозу безопасности. Настоятельно советую держаться подальше от этого места. П.с: когда приехала полиция, Лусине наврала полиции, что мы приехали с +2 людьми и не хотели доплачивать за их проживание. Факт обращения в полицию зафиксирован, видео доказательства о том как эти люди себя агрессивно вели и распускали руки - есть. Очень странно, что у этого заведения такой высокий рейтинг.

The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the large garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. There is also convenient private parking on-site. The host is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dilijan! -

I think the house was expensive for the facilities provided

• Movses (10/5): Relaxing say in a comfortable house with beautiful views and gracious host - Clean, spacious 1st floor of a large house in the Takhta neighborhood of Dilijan, with beautiful views of the mountains. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. There are adorable bunnies and turkeys on the property, and a pleasant courtyard. Facilities worked very well, perhaps internet was not equally strong in every room (there were 3 bedrooms). Well-priced, and highly recommended Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

• Dmitry (9/5): Superb - Very kind hostess. Nice spacious house and inner yard with flowers and fruit trees. Small home museum and a local "zoo" with ducks and rabbits. A small swimming pool for children and a sand-box playground. If you are here to visit sites nearby Dilijan and not to stay home for the whole day, it will suit you. As for me, it was a bit cold at night because of apartment is placed on the ground floor and has ceramic floor material. Because of a bit humid climate dishes stay wet for long after wash, so plates drier stand will be very helpful in the kitchen. Lack of electric sockets inside. Even to turn on the TV (which we didn't use at all) in the living room you need to use an extender which wire crosses the bedroom entrance. The same problem with charging your phone - no socket near the bedside table, Far from the city center. The short way to the center were under repair, it was very uncomfortable for walk also because of significant height difference. It took about 15-20 minutes to descend, the way backward will be much harder and longer. Later on we used a taxi to get to anywhere. It is cheap enough here.
