• Mantas (10/5): Great breakfast, terrase, hosts and price. - Terrase was amazing, breakfast very tasty and host was very nice, helped us out when it was needed. And place is not expensive, they just that good. I recommend it with all my heart. One of best places to stay in Albania. Its hard to reach a place without taxi with your bags and stuff, because its hard to imagine how different Gijorcaster is. Its not hots fault, but location is not very easy to reach first time. Later its not a problem.

• Ivan (10/5): Beautiful view, clean room and kind hosts - Very good, clean, with kind and helpful hosts. Close to the castle and bazaar, with perfect morning breakfast view. Location is a bit challenging to reach. I would advise it only to skilled car drivers.

• Hans (10/5): Tolles Guesthouse in ruhiger Lage - in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf die Burg liegt dieses Guest House. Die Anfahrt ist durch die engen Straßen von Gjirokaster nicht ganz stressfrei, aber das Guest House ist einfach zu finden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, ein schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und eine ruhige Lage - perfekt. Ca. 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, aber es gibt auch Restaurants um die Ecke.

• CLAUDE (10/5): Beau logement mais accès à la vieille ville difficile le soir à pied - Logement confortable, très propre avec un bon petit déjeuner. Place de parking disponible ( au mois d'avril ). Au calme A 15-20 mn du centre par des chemins piétonniers. Cela monte et descend beaucoup pour accéder à la vieille ville. Chemin qui serait difficile d'emprunter de nuit ( pas d'éclairage nocturne sur cette partie de parcours) pour profiter de la vie nocturne de la ville .

• Roel (10/5): - De lokatie is redelijk lastig te vinden maar we zijn opgehaald vanaf de plek waar we telefonisch contact hebben opgenomen. De kamer is fijn en lekker rustig met een prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Niets.

L'accès est un peu difficile car les rues du village sont étroites mais les hôtes nous ont permis de nous garer devant l'auberge Nous avons été accueillis par le petit garçon de la famille, ainsi que sa maman, qui nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder et visiter le village. Le petit déjeuner était très généreux avec des produits faits maison. Merci beaucoup !

• Demir (10/5): - Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Das Hotel ist sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet – perfekt für Familien. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die tägliche Reinigung war gründlich, und wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorraged war der freundliche Service der Gastgeber, die mit viel Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit, haben tolle Tipps gegeben und waren flexibel bei unseren Wünschen. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und lecker, ideal, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine hervorragende Wahl für Familien, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, entspanntes Ambiente und freundliche Gastgeber legen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

• MORGANE (9/5): Des hôtes chaleureux ! - Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par la famille ! Tout le long du séjour, ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous (au moment du petit déjeuner ou bien pour nous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses). Le petit déjeuner était très copieux, avec beaucoup de fait maison (préparez vos estomacs !) Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Dernier point positif, à 15 minutes à pied le centre ville est accessible. Ps : hors saison, une place de parking fermée nous a permis de garer la voiture en lieu sûr.

(8/5): Schöne Aussicht, geräumig, aber kalt. - Das Zimmer liegt hoch oben auf dem Hügel gegenüber der mächtigen Burganlage von Gjirokastër, die Aussicht wäre bei Schönwetter sicher fantastisch! Das Zimmer hat 3 Betten und ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet und hat viel Platz in der Dusche. Es gab nur eine dünne Decke (eigentlich ein Laken) und das Frühstück fand im Freien statt, was bei ca. 12 Grad dazu geführt hat, dass ich ständig gefroren habe. Aber vermutlich gibt es keine andere Möglichkeit, denn die Pension war ausgebucht.

• Lotte (9/5): Great place for visiting Gjirokaster - We loved this place. The family who hosts the place is very welcoming and friendly. They showed us around all the trees in their garden. Like mandarin, lime. Fig, hazelnut, orange and many fruits I don't know! The location is great, although you need a bit of condition to walk up and down hill to the castle and old town. If we need to mention a negative it was the length of the beds which was easily solved by laying diagonal.

• Wolf (9/5): - Sehr, sehr freundliche Aufnahme und familiärer Aufenthalt dort. Schön gelegen am Hang mit Blick auf die Burg. Anfahrtsstraßen abenteuerlich. Nichts für ängstliche Fahrer. Ca. 800 Meter durch enge, einspurige Pflasterstraßen durchs Dorf steil, geschlängelt den Berg zum Haus hoch. Bei Gegenverkehr rückwärts Lücke suchen. Dennoch, immer wieder! Tolles Erlebnis.

Vom Weg zur Unterkunft, darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen, sehr steil, eng und holprig. Wie in ganz Albanien wenn man von der Hauptstraße wegfährt. Das sehr, sehr kleine Badezimmer, Dusche mit Wc. Einmal duschen und alles war nass.

• Vjosana (10/5): Perfect if you don't mind the location. - The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enough for starting the day and very tasty. The view just beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to serve you in any way! One the best host families that we ever met. The location is a bit tricky. If you are driving, it can be challenging if you are not an experienced driver. And on foot prepare to walk with comfortable shoes. Not recommend for stollers.

La atencion de la famila gerente de la casa fué extraordinaria , muy atentos y cariñosos en todo momento. La habitacion y baño decorados con gran gusto ,y todo impecable ,limpio y nuevo. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Mi marido llegó con un problema en la rodilla y fueron muy atentos ofreciéndose para llevarnos al hospital e incluso tuvieron la amabilidad de venderle la rodilla para que estuviera mas cómodo. Gracias por facilitar nuestra estancia. 100% Recomendable .

Les chambres sont grandes, propres et la salle de bain est un vrai bonheur. 15 min à pieds du bazar, il faut un peu de cardio avec quelques pentes à monter et descendre mais ça se fait. La chambre est récente et bien équipée et le petit-déjeuner est servi sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la propriété. C'est un peu sportif pour arriver jusqu'à la guesthouse (rue étroite et pentue). Le centre-ville est à 20 minutes à pied et la route est loin d'être plate.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par l'hôte et sa femme. Vue incroyable sur la ville et les " fjords albanais" petit-déjeuner exquis avec produits du terroir et du jardin. Les chambres sont modernes, à 15 min à pied du vieux bazar.

La habitación está muy bien, limpia, espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para tu comodidad después de visitar Gyrokastër y poder descansar. Las cuestas para llegar son muy empinadas, ve despacio y atento, como te pases la casa no es tan fácil dar la vuelta. Pensé que la terraza pertenecía a la habitación, es una estancia más fuera de las habitaciones, donde podrás desayunar con vistas!

Świetny taras z genialnym widokiem na zamek, na którym można posiedzieć wieczorami i napawać się widokiem, albo zjeść pyszne śniadanie w doskonałych okolicznościach przyrody. na miejscu możliwość zakupu napojów, a sam pokój bardzo czyściutki i komfortowy. Wspaniałe miejsce, wspaniale gospodarze, chętnie wrócimy jak byłaby okazja :) Nic takiego

• Raquel (10/5): Enamorada de la señora anfitriona 🫶🏼 - Maravillosa la anfitriona que nos enseñó el huerto que tiene debajo de la terraza ideal con vistas al castillo de Gjirokastra. Habitación muy bien y desayuno buenísimo con café turco. Por el precio, no se puede pedir más.

• Aurelie (9/5): - Le logement était confortable, le personnel adorable et l'emplacement permet de se rendre assez facilement à pieds au Château et dans lz centre de Gjirokaster grâce aux explications de l'hôte Attention : le logement se trouve au bout d'une route très pentue et étroite, difficile d'y accéder si vous n'avez pas l'habitude, mieux vaut se garer en contre-bas et monter à pieds avec ses affaires

• NURIA (9/5): Muy recomendable. Vistas espectaculares!! - La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Los dueños muy amables y el desayuno lo tomamos en la terraza con unas vistas excelentes. Muy recomendable. Hubo una confusión con la reserva, ya que llegamos dos personas con el mismo nombre, pero nos compensaron por ello, con mucha amabilidad.

• Mickael (10/5): Idéal - Les hôtes sont très accueillants, chambre très propre, emplacement idéal pour se rendre au château ainsi que le centre avec toutes ses ruelles et le bazar. Petit déjeuner délicieux sur terrasse face au château et la nature. À conseiller Mika et Laurence Rien
