• Robert (10/5): We love FDS Nexus Tengachaya - We loved the location. Tengachaya is a great transport hub and the supermarket and shops can satisfy all needs. Room size and appointments were excellent plus it's so quiet. We slept well and enjoyed using the fixtures. All were made easy to operate with your signage. We shall return. Need some extra towel/clothes hooks in bathroom.
• emilie (9/5): Une belle surprise - L’appartement est facile d’accès très proche du métro. Le quartier est calme et rempli de petits restaurants et de magasins de proximité. Arrivée autonome très facile avec une tablette, des codes d’accès. Appartement spacieux et très confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avions un disposition du café et quelques produits de base et la salle de bain est aussi extrêmement bien fournis. Gel douche, shampooing, brosse à dents, dentifrice,rasoir… Vraiment une belle découverte, rien à redire, Adresse à retenir pour la prochaine fois

• Padma (10/5): Wir waren rundum zufrieden. - Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gut gelegen nahe der Bahnstation und man hatte alles was man braucht. Außer dem war sie sehr geräumig und man hatte für alles genügend Platz. Der Check-In und Check-out war sehr einfach. Besonders gut hat uns die kleine Badewanne gefallen nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• KUNYU (10/5): 整體還是很滿意，以後有機會，還是會選FDS - 地理位置很棒，車站走路三分鐘 回來那天，直接到車站搭南海電鐵，超方便 空間很大 有簡易廚具可以煮東西 還有洗衣機 整體很棒👍 有些小地方沒有整理很乾淨 放浴巾、毛巾的籃子還有之前遺留下來的梳子

• Jessica (7/5): Comfortable home away from home - It was lovely to have an apartment that felt like our own for a few days and so close to a tube stop. The company was very responsive with any issues we had with the place, including sending someone round to help with the broken air conditioning unit. There were a few small issues with cleanliness - this could have been because we were given a different apartment as the air con unit in our original one was broken. Just things like crockery not being cleaned properly (which will more be about the previous guests).

Alrededor del hotel hay varios restaurantes y supermercados y está a media hora caminando al centro de Osaka (también puedes coger metro). La cocina es pequeña pero bien equipada y el personal reacciona muy rápido a través del chat. Esta limpio pero podría mejorarse, sobretodo las rejillas de las ventilaciones estaban llenas de polvo.

Was great to have a washing machine available to clean everything in the middle of the trip. Loved the variety of restaurants and bars and the easy access to the train station. Id have appreciated a few more options for the TV but not a big issue.

• CHIH I (9/5): FDS Nexus地點挺好的，附近有超市以及小型mall可以購買食品會住宿烹煮，下次有機會也會選擇FDS。 - 設備樣樣齊全，生活用品幾乎都有，空間舒適度挺好的。 廁所裏的芳香劑已用完、浴室裡的暖風機過濾網太髒都卡灰塵沒有清理、房間裏的衣櫃左邊的拉門實在不好拉動且拉動時會產生噪音。
• 盈頵 (10/5): 2026年1月中旬的四天，選擇單臥室公寓，有拉門的臥室，可以讓暖氣留在有床的範圍，很保暖很開心很舒適❤️ - 以下是我詳細的分享 1. 住宿資訊：住宿前，有透過Booking傳遞住宿資訊，極其詳細，且有提供LINE來聯繫的服務。 2. 訂金：需全額，價格會隨時間浮動，畢竟要換匯。 3. 入住：雖採自助入住，但入住資訊相當清楚，且安全機制不錯，像是在玩密室逃脫XD。 4. 交通：住宿資訊寫得很清楚，真的離天下茶屋站很近，路線簡單易記。 5. 飲水：房內的煮水壺看起來是乾淨的，水喝起來也沒有問題。 6. 無味：無異味、無菸味，但是住戶可能有人抽菸，站在陽台或是電梯口時有聞到過，但是房內完全沒有味道。 7. 隔音：安靜，無論是空調、抽風機、外面馬路環境、鐵路(很近)，整體都算是安靜的。 8. 浴室：浴室乾溼分離，且有抽風、除溼、烘乾等功能，我利用了旁邊的洗衣機（有附洗衣球），以及浴室的烘乾功能，順利將衣服洗非常乾淨，香香的很多天。 9. 客服：以英文對話為主，且客服輪流回答，我有遇到台灣客服，所以可以用中文對話。 10. 周邊：離天下茶屋商圈非常近，附近還有營業到23:00的藥妝店，以及24小時的LAWSON。 11. 家電：有洗衣機，有清楚指示容易理解，且附上符合天數的洗衣球數量。有熨斗，裡面不用裝水，外面有附噴灌的樣子。有各種充電線，超！級！好！用！好想帶走XD。 12. 30坪：稍微挪動一下家具，真的可以放平兩個行李箱，且不影響走動。 13. 拉門：拉門的臥室，所以暖氣可以留在有床的範圍，很保暖喔！ 14. 衣架：算是夠多，有不同材質的衣架。 15. 沐浴用品：因重視髮質和冬天的大阪很乾，很高興民宿提供的洗髮精是可以洗乾淨且不會太乾的，很舒適。 其實沒有不喜歡，但是覺得有些人會有點意見，因此寫在此區塊： 1. 訂房後~住宿前：從訂房和付完款後，還是得密切注意Booking，因為民宿方會陸續在不同的時間點提供訊息，包含住宿資訊、個資補充、簽訂住宿條款、上傳護照等等，因為步驟很多，需要自已提醒自己要時常注意訊息，以免訂房不順利。 2. 入住步驟多：因為是自助入住且看得出來民宿方重視安全，因此抵達現場後會發現入住步驟有點多，建議在出發前先確實理解，並印下來或截圖下來，才方便操作（我是事先自製成旅遊手冊了，所以不會不方便） 3. 家具：桌面上有一點點清理不掉的髒污；沙發椅看起來乾淨但建議不要皮膚接觸；鍋具有燒乾的痕跡，不建議使用；湯匙上有一點水漬；玄關的角落有多一隻用過的拖鞋。 4. 電視：是單純電視，沒有其他功能，本來是想連YOUTUBE，可惜只能播放電視當背景音樂。

Apartmán nebol úplne ako na fotografiách… Dostali sme iný, než bol propagovaný na hlavnej stránke.

• YALAN (10/5): - 房間離地鐵站超近不用五分鐘，出地鐵對面就是大國藥妝，房間寬敞舒適，浴室水壓超強熱水夠熱，每天晚上洗完衣服直接晾在浴室開烘乾隔天早上就可以穿（所以不用帶太多衣服） 地鐵旁有兩家超市買東西方便，全家 7-11 Lowson都在附近，地鐵搭三站直達心齋橋道頓堀商圈。

• CK (6/5): so so - good location, near tran station, some restaurant around but not too many Heating not enough, no coat hook over the whole room, no high desk and chair, not convenient for writing and for using of computer
• WEI-TSUNG (9/5): - 離天下茶屋駛近，附近生活機能讚 吉野家，麥當勞，肯德基，超商，生鮮超市，藥妝店，應有盡有。 冷氣，浴室乾燥機，排油煙機 以上三項濾網應加強清潔。
• 祥凱 (9/5): - 房間很大，有附充電線很貼心， 有問題可以用訊息回復，上班時間回復很快~ 洗衣機附洗衣球也很讚，也重視環保，沒使用到的可以放牌子以免再次清洗造成浪費。 走5分鐘左右就可以到天下茶屋站很方便。 附近有吃的很超市機能很好， 美中不足的是住到洗衣機會漏水的房間。
• Supattra (9/5): โดยรวมชอบที่นี่ แต่ถ้าหากฟักบัวไม่พัง จะดีมาก - เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานนีTengachaya ห้องพักใหญ่ มีอุปกรณ์ครบ ห้อง 403 ฟักบัวพังทำให้การอาบน้ำ ลำบากมาก ตราชั่งน้ำหนักพัง ที่นอนนุ่ม แต่รู้สึกเหมือนคันๆ

• Thuc Anh (9/5): Wonderful! - Location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable. It's very near station and supermarkets, duty free shops, where we can buy food and gifts. We can see the train from the room but the noise does not affect our sleeping. The ventilation fan and filter of air-conditioner need to be cleaned from time to time because the dust inside makes air-conditioner and ventilation system less effective.

• 韋婷 (7/5): 枕頭備有一軟ㄧ硬可以使用，但還是稍嫌支撐不足，睡醒肩頸不是太舒適。整體而言，7.5分！ - 離車站很近，十分鐘內到天下茶屋站。車站附近機能方便。 清潔的部分。床上、被子、沙發有不少毛髮。 抱枕有污漬。廚房用品有些不是很乾淨。
