Har en liten uteplats på en mkt trång innegård, lägenhet saknar fönster, har endast glasdörr till uteplatsen, full insyn i lägenheten om man darrar för gardinen till dörren. Väldigt enkelt boende.

• Gemma (8/5): Nice location - Good location. Near local bars, shops and metro. Host very quick to respond to any concerns, asked for clean towels and were delivered that day. Have cooking facilities, microwave and toaster. No oven or hob to do proper cooking. Stayed 5 days, only one set of towels available.
• Aurelia (10/5): Allez-y les yeux fermés ! - Le matelas était incroyablement confortable, quartier sûr avec le poste de police proche. Bien situé, tout équipé, la mini terrasse est un plus. J’aurais peut être mis des paravents opaques pour les « voisins », mais c’est un détail.

• Gabriele (9/5): Für meine Zwecke ideal! - Für mich war es perfekt da ich eine Veranstaltung ganz in der Nähe besucht habe. Metro und Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Flughafen-Metro fährt auch dort ab. Der Bus 32 zum Strand fährt direkt gegenüber des Hauses ab - perfekt! Ich hatte nur Mail-Kontakt. Alles lief sehr gut mit Codes ab und funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich habe Kochplatten und ein Geschirrtuch vermisst. Kochen in der Mikrowelle ist nicht so ideal. Der Außensitzplatz eingezwängt im Hinterhof neben Plastikpflanzen lädt nicht zum Sitzen ein.

• Milica (10/5): Big, clean and spacious apartment in a great location—close to the city center, the beach and public transport, perfect - The apartment is spacious and perfect for two, with a big bathroom (and double mirrors—perfect for two girls getting ready) and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better—just a 10-minute walk to the city center and with a bus stop right at the door, we had quick & easy access to the beach (around 15–20 minutes). The apartment was super clean, communication with the host was quick and easy, and the check-in process was smooth. We really enjoyed our time here and can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back! /

Bed was ok, pretty spacious place. Easy self check in, simple and timely communication with the host. I hated that there is not day light in the apartment! The window is right on the street but it’s also fully covered so you hardly get any light inside. Was unlucky to have very noisy neighbours. Also, no oven and washing machine - not suitable for a longer stay. Ok for a night of two.

• Fiona (8/5): Great location for a trip to Valencia. Almost everywhere in walking distance and metro close by. - Clean, suitably furnished, quiet and in a good location. Not in the centre, so quiet, but not far to walk. Nice touches like bottled water, bottle of wine & beer in fridge, coffee pods for Nespresso machine and cutlery & plates, glasses etc. Host checked we had all we needed. Could do with more than 1 pillow each. Just a very small gripe, and prob wouldn’t bother most people. Did not ask for more, so not in any way complaining.
• Elisa (1/5): Bad - During my recent stay at Cool Lofts in Valencia, I encountered some issues that impacted my experience. While we appreciated being able to access our room early at 1pm, we were disappointed to find the floor quite dirty upon our arrival and the walls in the room and kitchen area had mold. Although the owner cleaned the next day, we still noticed mold on the walls, but opted not to complain due to the short duration of our stay. Despite spending most of our time exploring the city, I began experiencing breathing difficulties, a runny nose, excessive tearing, and coughing upon returning to the room each evening. For three nights, I struggled to sleep as I kept waking up with a congested nose and coughing, despite using medication and nose spray. I assumed I had a cold, but when I arrived in Bari after leaving Valencia, my cold symptoms disappeared. Upon returning home, I visited the doctor who diagnosed me with a severe mold allergy instead of a cold. This was a new experience for me, even though I have stayed in older accommodations in the past. I am extremely concerned because I unintentionally exposed my 12-year-old to sleeping in a mold-affected room. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, particularly because I did not opt for the cheapest accommodation and instead paid an average price for a room that poses a health risk. No carpet, no slippers, no handsoap, no extra pillows

• Robert (4/5): Disappointing - The shower was fine and the water pressure was adequate. The bed was jambed against the wall. With two people in the bed, there was no exit for the person stuck against the wall - except to climb over the other sleeper, or struggle to exit feet first. This ruined the entire experience. It also made it impossible to make the bed in the morning, without struggling with moving the very heavy bed.

• Jay (8/5): Great Location with neighbourhood feel. - Great neighborhood location with a few places within easy walking distance for eating, drinking and coffee. supermarket nearby too. compact and nicely decorated Ikea-chic room. Fridge had water and a couple of local beers - which is a nice welcome. Quiet and comfortable. the host was responsive to our lack of towels and minimal bathroom supplies and came and delivered them later that night. He was also accommodating to an early check in. We really liked this location and accommodation but the shower for all four days was warm at best and tepid at worst. We asked if the water temperature could be turned up, but that didn’t happen. But at least the heating worked so we could warm up after the shower! If hot showers aren’t your thing - then I’d highly recommend this place. Would have been nice to have a few more coffee capsules. We were there 3 mornings but there was only 2 capsules. But there are places to buy a cup of coffee nearby.

The instructions given to get in are first class, very clear and easy to follow. Great communication very friendly, a good understanding of English. We loved our stay in this apt overall and strongly recommend this place.

The owner responded very quickly to all our questions, made great recommendations for restaurants, also thanks to him we saw a very nice flamenco concert. The neighborhood is very friendly with lot of shops, small terraces and a good metro connexion. The room was big, very clean, bathroom very spacy, internet good, and in the fridge you can even find a cold beer to welcome you :) We could even leave the luggage at the property for a few hours before leaving and we really apreciate it!
