• José Carlos (10/5): Confortável e ótima localização - Da localização, do conforto, das instalações do apto e do staff Elogios especiais para o Antônio e a Rebeca. Super atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel fica bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e bons restaurantes. Recomendo o "Le Mignon" e "L'angolo". Ambos possíveis de ir a pé.

• Daviti (10/5): - I had a very positive experience at this hotel and would like to share my feedback. First of all, the staff were truly outstanding in their kindness and attentiveness. At a time when I was in a difficult situation and effectively stranded outside, they showed great humanity and immediately helped me by arranging an early check-in. This support meant a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciated their understanding and willingness to assist. I would especially like to highlight the gentleman at the reception. He was extremely kind, warm, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition. His attitude was both professional and genuinely caring, and he made a strong positive impression. As for the hotel itself, everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Compared to many other hotels, it was especially pleasant that there was a fresh and pleasant aroma upon entering, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is a place where guests are truly made to feel cared for, welcomed, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the 5th floor and we reached our room by a nice stairs to a very big and shining room. What we missed for that luxury hotel that there was no coffee machine to make a good cup of coffee.

Permitiu-nos ir da estação de comboios até ao hotel a pé e permitiu que andássemos na rua a passear pelo centro à noite, já que conseguíamos regressar a pé, sem sensação de insegurança, pois havia sempre muita gente na rua. O único ponto menos bom da localização é que se ouve algum barulho à noite.

Ook gemakkelijk om te boeken, en je kan op voorhand inchecken. De kamer was heel netjes, een heel fijn bed en goede kussens (ik ben een zijslaper die toch een iets steviger kussen wenst) De badkamer was net en groot. Ook heel leuk is het zitkussen aan het raam Zoals de meeste recente hotels heeft deze een algemeen luchtfiltersysteem, dit is goed maar het maakt wel wat lawaai.

The Nuxe toiletries were an unexpected bonus. My room was on a busy road and there was traffic noise. I was concerned but the noise seemed to calm down as it got later. Secondary glazing would help greatly.

From start to finish, our stay was flawless. Check-in & Service: We were greeted by a team that was both professional and genuinely friendly. The check-in process was incredibly fast, which we really appreciated after a day of traveling. Cleanliness & Comfort: I honestly can’t describe how clean this hotel was it was spotless! It felt brand new and was clearly maintained to a very high standard. The room itself was extremely comfortable, providing a perfect, quiet sanctuary to relax in after a long day of exploring. Location: The location is simply perfect, perfect, perfect. Everything you could possibly want is right at your doorstep. We were just steps away from an endless variety of fantastic restaurants, local shops, and all the major sights. Being able to see so much of the city on foot made our trip so much more enjoyable. Safety: Another huge plus is how secure the hotel feels. As a traveler, feeling safe is a top priority, and OPO Hotel definitely delivers on that front. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There is some construction going on nearby but it didn’t really bother us.
• 1090c7bcbe1f71df5811df955000f79a (8/5): Exceeded our expectations - The family room was really a two room suite, very large and comfortable for 3 adults. Particularly liked the separate toilet room from the bathroom, very convenient for multiple people. Bath robes, Yes! Coffee ensuite, yes! Location was fabulous, within walking distance of the main square with plenty or restaurants close by. Interior is all brand new and very modern i.e. clean lines and energy efficient. No restaurant but an inhouse restaurant is coming. The screw up by booking.com of our reservations. I went on line to pay two weeks in advance and I saw that our reservation was cancelled but no noticed was ever sent. I booked two rooms because the triple wasn't available at the last minute. Got to the hotel and they still had the triple plus 2 more rooms booked for us. The hotel is waiving any fees so hopefully this will all work out. TBA

The staff were very friendly and incredibly accomodating. We were able to check in early and offered a free later check out for 12. We opted to pay for a later one until, and they offered to keep our bags afterwards if needed. No Cons
