• Elisabeta Liana (9/5): Un apartament frumos! - Locatia este excelenta, foarte aproape de metrou si de toate obiectivele turistice!Personalul foarte dragut, Adrian, persoana care ne-a promit a fost foarte glumet si ne-a ajutat cu toate informatiile de care aveam nevoie!Au fost extrem de generosi atunci cand i-am rugat sa lasam bagajele pt cateva ore dupa check out!Este un apartament mare si frumos,iar paturile sunt confortabile! Zgomotul, puteai auzi totul, de la masinile de afara pana la vecinul de sus si faptul ca desi era o masina de cafea si capsule, aceasta nu a functionat!

• Antoana (10/5): Приятен престои - Много приятен апартамент - в близост до метростанция и автобусни спирки, което прави достъпа до забележителностите бърз и лесен. Кухнята е добре оборудвана, спалните са просторни и чисти. Домакините са много любезни. Много бързо и лесно се уговорихме да ни предоставят ключ за апартамента. В последния ден от престоя ни имаше възможност да оставим багажа си след освобождаване на апартамента, което е плюс при по-късен полет. В банята имаше проблем с налягането на водата, което направи взимането на душ трудно. Но уведомих домакините, за да вземат мерки.

Apprezzato la comunicazione con Gianmarco e il team, anche la flessibilità con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli di mattina prima di pranzo. L’organizzazione è stata perfetta. L’appartamento è spazioso con due camere matrimoniali ai due lati dell’appartamento con molta privacy.

• Maciej (10/5): Polecamy, z nadzieją na lepszy zapach w łazience - Bardzo ładnie urządzone. Wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Niestety zapach wydobywający się z łazienki był niedopuszczalny. Czy to kanalizacja, czy nie czyszczone odpływy…uprzykrzały zapach.

• Stefanie (9/5): - Die Lage war super. Schnelle Anbindung mit Bus und U Bahn. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung war groß. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung war gut. Vermieter war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine funktionierten nicht richtig. Kühlschrank zu kalt und ließ sich nicht regulieren, Kaffeemaschine verkalkt.Schränke waren eher nicht nutzbar, sahen aber schön aus. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck.

• Stephanie (9/5): Week-end prolongé dans la capitale italienne - Très chouette appartement proche du métro, avec climatisation et cuisine, 2 chambres spacieuses et très propres, une salle de douche bien équipée. Le séjour dans cet hébergement s'est très bien déroulé. La communication avec les propriétaires était extra, ils nous ont donné les clés sur rdv et des conseils pour planifier notre séjour (activités, restaurants, mobilité...) Seuls petits bémols : le week-end, la rue est très bruyante et l'isolation des fenêtres n'a pas servi à couvrir le bruit, l'un des lits grince à chaque mouvement et le frigo est réglé à puissance max (nous avons récupéré des glaçons tous les matins à la place de nos bouteilles :)
• Ranjan (4/5): Disappointing maintenance - Location, cleanliness, friendly staff Unfortunately, due to the AC filter not being cleaned/serviced, this caused us to fall sick for 2 of the 3 days we stayed in Rome, which completely ruined our holiday. So, i have no i option but to give a low rating although the staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was quite clean

• JJ (10/5): A comfortable and well-located stay that gave us a true taste of Rome. - Great location—you can really feel the vibe of Rome in the neighborhood. Metro and bus stations are close by, as well as a supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay with kids. I especially liked the kitchen—it was well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. We were lucky and able to park the car on the street. I would choose this apartment again for a stay in Rome. If you enjoy watching TV late at night like I do, it might be a bit uncomfortable since there’s no couch or sofa. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal.

• Ivana (10/5): Great apartment and even better hosts :) - The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed for 4 nights in Rome. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, the electric shutters were excellent. The hosts are very adaptable to the time of arrival, friendly, communication via whatsapp (in english), available if needed, and not intrusive. They helped us with the transfer from/to the airport, which made our stay much easier and we were able to enjoy Rome, the concert and others carefree. It was also great that we could leave our luggage until 2 pm because we had a later flight. The metro station is visible from the window of the apartment, a 3-5 minute walk. I think that the price of a night's stay is very realistic and affordable, although for Rome we cannot give comparisons for others; more expensive/cheaper. Would definitely recommend to others!

• Povilas (10/5): Exceptional - Nice good equipted apartment in good location of Rome. 2 minutes from metro station. Owner was very nice with great sence of humour, offered us the place to store our lugguage till the evening after check out, so we were able to explore city comfortable.

• Magdalena (10/5): Perfect place to stay when you want to explore Rome! - This spaceous, clean and comfortable apartment can easily accomodate 4-5 people. The location is great- close to the subway and to the shops, restaurants and some monuments (Lateranense Palace). I highly reccommend Zero Restaurant at Re Di Roma. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need. The AC works perfectly and there are automatic blinds in the windows. The Hosts are wonderful - professional, kind, helpful and friendly. They give you some useful tips once you arrive and they offer some extra services. Whenever you need their assistance, you can contact them by WhatsApp.

• Adam (7/5): Fine - Very convenient location, near to subway A-line station. Photos are better than reality. Flat is a bit neglected - still good to stay but overall grade is too high in my opinion.
• Atilla (9/5): Superb - The apartment situated near metro station.There are many market and cafes near it. There are many parking are near apartment and if you are lucky even you can find free one. The washing machine was an old version.

Very responsive host and easy to communicate. The electric shutter was great - to keep the sun out and also the noise level down. Was disappointed that the washing machine was broken when we stayed there. The apartment seems to be outdated and need a bit of maintenance especially the shower - water leaking from the shower screen, wobbly shower holder. The pictures must have been when the apartment was brand new, and doesn't look quite like as advertised.

• Kassi (10/5): All the space you could need in Rome! - We loved the apartment. It was the most spacious apartment we have stayed in on our Europe trip as a family of 4, with two very large bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and bathroom/laundry. It felt safe and secure, in a very convenient location across from a variety store and just a minute away from the metro and a great pizza place and gelato shop. Only 2km walk to the Colosseum. We were welcomed by a friendly gentleman who showed us how to get the best use out of the apartment and the local amenities (there was also an informative guide book). The electric shutters were awesome at keeping out the light and sound which meant for a good night’s sleep. We appreciated the washing machine and extra clothes lines to dry our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and sugar and the bathroom had a delicious smelling hand/body wash. We had flexibility with check in and had the option of leaving our luggage after check out. There was an elevator in the apartment which made it easy to get our luggage upstairs. Overall, a great experience. The mattresses are probably due to be replaced as they are quite soft and have indents but not the worst beds we have slept on on our trip.

The air conditioning was very good and effective in the bedrooms. The apartment had plenty of facilities like washing machine, iron and board, coffee machine. The mattresses were nice and comfy.

The host, Gianmarco, was super helpful. When we faced some trouble at the end of the trip, Gianmarco went an extra mile to help us. His support and friendliness is much appreciated by us. We feel thankful that we came across such a nice flat and great hosts!
• Karla (8/5): Very good - We loved how close the apartment was to the metro, bus, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Adrian was great at explaining how to move around and what to see. We appreciated all the info on where to eat, what to see and the map of Rome that the host had available for us. The apartment is exactly how you see it in the pictures. It was a little bit noisy. The street where the apartment is located is a bit busy.

• Elena (7/5): Good - The location is great and the pictures represent the apartment well. It was clean. Gianmarco was really sweet and replied to my messages instantly. I just expected a little more for this budget. The AC did not work and it was a bit chilly in the apartment. There were no extra blankets and just one thin duvet cover per room. The showerhead was broken but they changed it on the second day - here the feedback is to check before new guests arrive.
