• veroverde (7/5): Depto con facilidad de estacionamiento cerca del aeropuerto de Sevilla - Fácil comunicación con el propietario. Dejaron agua de cortesía. Parking en la puerta , en la calle. Un poco alejado del centro. Las toallas no estaban prolijamente dobladas, parecían puestas sin cuidado, 2 toallas de diferentes colores.

• Maestre (8/5): Mejoras recomendadas - El trato con el responsable, la organización, el buen dialogo y La Limpieza . Todo muy bien equipado. La entrega de la llave perfecta muy cómodo. Solo como sugerencia yo pondría dos almohadas viscoelasticas individuales en la cama de matrimonio, sábanas y toallas blancas.😉 por lo demás todo perfecto muy bien equipado. Yo volvería a repetir🤗

• Javier (10/5): EXCEPCIONAL - La cama era muy cómoda, había buen comunicación de autobuses para el centro, zona muy tranquila y con fácil aparcamiento. El trato con Juan José fue exquisito y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. No tiene nada de malo, lo único que si quieres estar en Sevilla, si está lejos y el autobús tarda bastante

Microwave, fridge etc. all you could need except a kettle. Would highly recommend this apartment. Not having a kettle. Microwave was fitted with such a short lead that it couldn't reach a plug.

• Lolatorre (6/5): Habitación bonita y limpia - Limpieza No había agua caliente en la ducha , salía templada. La puerta era difícil para abrirla con la llave.
• Campos García (9/5): Muy agusto y conforme - Piso bastante bien equipado, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar durante la estancia. Perfecto detalle al llegar y encontrarse dos botellitas de agua fresquitas en la nevera. Cama grande y muy comoda y baños limpios y equipados. Apenas hay agua caliente, tarda mucho en salir y es más templada, no llegaba a salir caliente. Dura poco y cuando menos te esperas vuelve a salir fría.

• Selma Alcón (9/5): Muy cerca de FIBES - Comodo , Practico y situado en una zona con bastante alternativa de ocio y gastronomía . Proximo al Aeropueto e ideal para ir a cualquier evento de FIBES ( mi caso ) Limpio y equipado a su justa medida . Perfecto para una pareja . JJ su propietario muy atento y amable al saber que nos olvidamos un objeto al abandonar el apartamento . Me gustó todo , pero para mi gusto prefiero una cama más amplia y una ducha en vez de una bañera .

• Blazej (9/5): Clean, cosy and close to the airport - The apartment is located near Seville Airport (less then 10 min by car) which makes it perfect for late arrivals and early departures. Uber to the airport costs approx. EUR 10. Bus to Seville city centre takes 35-40 minutes. There is a large supermarket and some restaurants nearby, but otherwise it's a rather quiet and secluded residential area. I received clear check-in information before arrival and it was easy to collect the keys from a key box next to the apartment door on the third floor. The apartment itself was cosy, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was water in the fridge and coffee capsules available upon arrival. Wi-fi worked well. The whole building looks a bit tired, but nothing that would prevent me from returning again as it is good value for money if you plan to stay near the airport.

Emplacement près de l'aéroport. Supermarché à proximité et de quoi se restaurer . Stationnement facile dans la rue si on ne veut pas utiliser le parking privé. Le logement n'est pas au RDC comme l'indique l'annonce et il n'y a pas de lave linge. Idem. Il y a une piscine mais pas de transat. Manque multiprise.On ne peut pas se servir simultanément du micro onde et /ou cafetière, grille pain.

• Mariana (10/5): Clean and well equipped studio at a good price - Huge windows with electric blinds, sunset view - you can also see the airplanes coming down to land at the airport without hearing a thing, because the insulation is great. Keeps a pleasant temperature inside on winter. The shower was warm and with good water pressure. The bathroom was large enough, comfortable to use, and the mirror light was good for makeup. It had all the kitchen appliances, we even cooked dinner once. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue with the garage remote, and he solved it right away. The elevator from the underground garage takes you right to the apartment’s floor - very accessible. Besides the fact that it accepts dogs, which is already a good thing, the neighborhood is great for morning / evening walks with our 4-legged friends. Although it’s 15-20 minutes by car to reach the central touristy sights of Sevilla, you can find everything you need for daily life in walking distance - supermarket, a small shopping mall, cafes, bars, restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing to dislike here. Maybe a kettle would be a nice and inexpensive add-on to the kitchen.
• Ray (9/5): Perfect locating for the airport. - Very cozy little apartment. Great hot water in the bathroom and tub. Great for an overnight if waiting to catch a flight at the airport which is only about five minutes away. Will use again. Nothing really.
