Por lo que le pedí al administrador la posibilidad de cambiarlo o la revisión de la reserva Su respuesta fue absolutamente desconsiderada mandándonos a fuera de la propiedad a las 10 de la noche. También te había pedido reservar una decoración para celebrar una ocasión especial lo cual confirmó que lo iba a hacer pero no lo tuvo listo y lo metió sin ninguna excusa La actitud de administración agresiva ni es considerada por haberle preguntado pedido revisar nuestra reserva porque no era la de la foto al sacarnos de la propiedad Me parece que muestra tanto de la calidad humana de estas personas Después de habernos echado solo por pedir revisar la reserva al darse cuenta de la patanería nos pidieron quedarnos y pidieron excusas después de una terrible experiencia llegando

It’s a lovely location but you do have to get Ubers to do anything in Salento I think this review would be a lot higher if we stayed in the main house but we stayed in the mobile home and it wasn’t as enjoyable. The bed is upstairs and is very difficult to get to. There were ants coming from the window frame into the bed and there was a cockroach in the sink. The cutlery in the kitchen was all dirty on arrival. The shower was cold even at its hottest setting. One of these things would have been manageable but all of them together meant this was not a great stay. I fully understand why this has such a high rating and would actually recommend providing that you don’t stay in the mobile home and I wish I had read a review saying so prior to booking!

Mit dem Uber, dem eigenen Auto oder dem Bus ist es aber super zu erreichen. Diego und sein Team machen mehr als nur einen guten Job! Wir kamen völlig erschöpft am frühen Morgen an, bekamen durch die liebe Joanna direkt ein leckeres Frühstück und durften direkt ein Zimmer beziehen, um uns zu erholen. Unser eigentliches Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause!

Está ubicado a solo 10 minutos en carro del centro de Salento, lo que permite disfrutar de un entorno natural y muy tranquilo sin perder la cercanía al pueblo. Las instalaciones son hermosas, ideales para descansar y desconectarse. La atención del personal es insuperable: cálida, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse aquí, háganlo; podrán relajarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza y contar con todas las comodidades para una experiencia inolvidable.

- Katerina (4/5): - The Ecohotel is located at a beautiful location and the people are friendly and helpful. The issue was the cleanliness. We booked the tiny house, being excited to stay there for a few nights. However, after we entered we saw that the place was very dirty. It looked like it was not cleaned to cared for in over a month, there were hairs on the bed, many spiderwebs, dead bugs and dirty parts. Together with the live bugs that had entered, it made it very uncomfortable for us to stay. They then moved us to a different room and said they will clean the tiny house the next day, however, this other room was also not cleaned properly with again hairs on the bed and used towels. After all that, we decided to leave the next day and go to another accomodation.

Es un hotel muy completo con plancha y secador, incluso con opción de jacuzzi. La comida increible, hecha con mucho amor y al momento. El wifi excelente. Las habitaciones muy limpias. El camino que se encuentra antes de acceder al hotel es de tierra y cuando llueve pues se embarra, llevar cuidado.

- Sara (10/5): Tranquilidad - Johana es la mejor persona que te puedes encontrar. Un día me puse enferma del estómago y me preparó el desayuno a la habitación. Nuestra estancia coincidió con las fiestas de Salento y agradecimos estar alejados de todo el ruido, solo se escuchaba el sonido del rio y los pájaros. La habitación es estilo cabaña, algo pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para unos días. También cuenta con un pequeño porche con mesa y sillas. El alojamiento se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos de Salento por lo que si no tienes coche es un poco ajetreo. Nosotros no teníamos coche por lo que acordamos un precio fijo con un taxista y le escribíamos cada vez que queríamos ir o volver al alojamiento.

- Sharon (6/5): Misding information - The people are really nice! And the hotel is quit in the middle of green area. The bed was comfertble The first room was tiny. We couldnt open the suitcase. So they mooved us to the tiny house but didnt told us that there no hot water in the shower. We discovered it late at night in a rainy cold night. Its was look like the problem was familiar for them. So we moved back to the tiny room. And next day the lityle house ( without the hot water) was occupied. Im sure that the girls there didnt got the information about the cold shower... Breakfest was disapointing
