• Richa (8/5): Comfortable stay for families as its walking distance to convenience stores and walking distance to station - Even if it was a small space it had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful as well:) Laundry took a bit of working out but once we figured it was very useful and efficient. Maybe instructions in english might make it easier!!
• Isabell (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist top! Ausstattung prima, für 4 Personen ausreichend Gerne ein paar mehr Haken an den Wänden. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn nicht nur 2, sondern 4 Betten nach einer langen und anstrengenden Anreise gemacht worden wären. So mussten wir die Betten für die Kinder selbst beziehen und die Bettwäsche suchen.

• 井上 (7/5): 高額な清掃料金に気を付けて - 部屋が広くて簡易ながらもシステムキッチンがあり、料理を作れたのは良かった。 また冬でもエアコンが2台あるため快適に過ごせた。 カトラリー、皿、鍋、フライパンまで完備されていて助かった。 宿泊料金が15,000円未満だったので予約と決済をしたら決済金額が24,000円を超えており、なんで？と思ったら、「清掃料金」として9,000円以上を取られていてびっくり。 外国人が汚い使い方をする前提なのかも知れないけれど、宿泊料金に分かるように表示して欲しかった。

• Bahaman (10/5): - Rumah cantik. Check in senang. Semua digital. Kalau bawa kereta ada parking dekat. Kalau naik train nogizaka station dekat je. 2 dewasa 2 kids memang selesa sangat. Ada mesin basuh. Ada washlet. Ada tv ada netflix ada youtube. Dia bangunan kecik je so ada dalam 4 unit je kot homestay. So privacy betul. Tempat buang sampah pon senang tepi rumah je. Tqqq host!
• Tanaka (7/5): 寝るだけならサイコー！ - キッチン用具があった事、お風呂の乾燥機能、暖房機能があった事。 脱衣所の床に服を置いたら、ホコリだらけで服にホコリがついて来た。 　シーツがシミがあったり、サイズが合ってなかったりした。 　排水溝のネットの取り替え用が欲しかった。 　床が冷たいので、スリッパが欲しかった。
• Mayuko (8/5): Great unit size, great location, easy to navigate check in was seamless. - Location next to a subway station, although next to a graveyard it is ok. Convenient location overall to convenience stores, decent supermarket and restaurants. The toilet room is extremely small and was not disinfected upon our arrival. There was a lingering unpleasant smell the entire time we were there, we suspect the odour is in embedded the wallpaper?

• Lisa (6/5): Fine for a night, but not longer. - It was serviceable for a night or two, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. A decent location if you need to be in that area of Aoyama, otherwise a bit far from train stations. It was very minimal, still smells of fresh concrete, sterile and bare bones. No oil or salt for cooking, only a couple of spoons and forks, tight quarters.

• Zuzana (7/5): Nice apartment and stay but could have been exceptional - Conveniently located closer to Nogizaka station. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment. Great shower room with dryer for cloths. Could have been better cleaned. For the price and the type of apartment we wouldn’t expect to have plastic cups and dishes. We were tempted to buy some basic ikea dishes to leave on the apartment. Flat old pillow in need of replacement. Overall was an ok stay.

• Zang (7/5): Included an escape room experience to enter. - The subway station was very close. The emailed instructions which included a 20 page manual were terrible. I received the same bot composed email multiple times without any actual clear explanation of how to get into the property. No human was available to help. We experienced our own personal escape room experience getting into the room. Stressful!! Thank goodness it wasn’t our first night in Japan. There were SO MANY rules and the towels were silly (big hand towels and wash rags).
• My (10/5): LOVED IT! - It is in a wonderfully safe, clean, quiet neighborhood, near midtown Tokyo with subways nearby.The closest is a 5 minute walk.There are 7-11s & Lawsons within 7-10 minutes.Midtown seems to be the luxury “Beverly Hills” area. We walked to the Ropponghi Hills mall often.The directions and pictures for check-in and check-out were very clear.Our apartment was spotless with not even a hair or dust particle when we arrived.It's equipped with everything you need to be comfortable.There are 4 pillows, 2 down queen comforters, & many linen sheets/pillowcases.My only complaint is the pillows are flat & old.The queen bed is very firm and the futon/couch would fit a small child.The queen bed area has a sliding partition that can close off as a room.The 2 new air conditioners/heaters worked very well after I figured out what the buttons meant.The pink button was for heat and kept us warm throughout our cold nights in December/January.We stayed for 8 nights.We were provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 packs of tissues, 4 body towels, 1 bath mat, & I think 4 hand towels, 2 1-use clothes detergent packets, 4 sets of toiletries (toothbrush, bar soap, mini shampoo, mini conditioner, mini body wash).We just bought more on our own-we know it’s not a hotel.The washing machine was great and we learned how to use their convenient “vent dryer room” aka the shower to hang and dry. Our clothes would be dry in 8 hours so we hung up at night after all our showers.The shower & wash sink area was spacious with very hot water, high flow & water pressure which I loved.There is also a tiny balcony if you want to get fresh air.Lots of windows and light.As for kitchen tools, we were able to go to the fish market and bring back ingredients to make hot pot! A lot of it was plastic, but was all perfectly useable.WE LOVED THIS PLACE. Safe, clean, great location, quiet, spacious, subways, convenience stores, & many local restaurants. Would love to come back! Pillows

• Alexandra (6/5): Pleasant - Location, building, interior, bathroom, friendly host Self check in process, there is no option to leave luggage, there are few dishes, it is inconvenient to cook, it is dirty a little bit
• Patcharaporn (8/5): A nice spacious room in quiet neighbourhood. - The room was nice and spacious. Location was also good. There was not much around the area and the check in process was quite confusing, having to do it prior and again when we get to the property.
• Eduardo (6/5): Good location, new building, but with a lot of space for improvement - - Nice location: convenient, very close to subway (Chiyoda Line), walking distance to Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi - Brand new building - Good WiFi connection - The images shown on Booking website are not the actual pictures from the property - There are no chairs & dining table in the apartment, which is unsuitable for those willing to work or have a meal - The kitchen utensils and bath towels provided are of a low quality - Only two toilet rolls were provided during our stay - The window blind does not prevent light from entering the room. We needed to wear a sleep mask at night
• 逸凡 (4/5): Just so so. - -Great location. Fairly close to the train station and National Art Museum as well as the Nogizaka Shrine. Walking distance to Roppongi area. -Staff replies to questions online fairly quickly. -No garbage bags as well as slippers. This was not mentioned in the description of the facility. I had to go buy our own. -Not as clean as expected for a facility in the downtown area of Tokyo. Dust on TV, in corners and even in bed linens. Very disappointing. -No luggage storage even though Check-In time's late and Check-Out time's early. -Construction site right next to the place (though mentioned in description). -Had to walk for 6 minutes to get to the closest convenient store. -Bed and sofa bed are fairly small.

• Ho (8/5): Would definitely go back again when travelling with family. - Newly renovated place and very spacious compared to hotel rooms. Comes with a washing machine (and laundry detergent) so you can do laundry during your stay. Metro station and bus station nearby. Quick reply from the host on booking.com message which is good. Limited supply of toilet rolls, bin bags and tissues no matter how long your stay is. Only 1.5 toilet rolls were provided for 3 people for a 6-night stay.
• Noorul (7/5): Good - Walking distance to Nogizaka Station Chiyoda Line. It would been better if the host could provide a better quality of dinnerware, rather than the plastic range being provided. It feels oily even after washing many times. And maybe a couple of umbrellas for the guest which is useful during raining season. Other than that, the apartment is great !
