Pegado al boulevard y si te gusta andar a 30 minutos aproximadamente caminando de la ciudad antigua a 15 el Deniz Mall El entorno hace que el hotel no sea tan atractivo, para mí no fue un problema.
• Nicola (9/5): Great location, wonderful views - The location is fantastic. Great panoramic views of the city. We were in a junior suite on the 9th floor. There is free car parking and we were able to walk to the main attractions in the city from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, a simple buffet, it was quiet when we were there so the choices were limited. Upon closer inspection on the rooms you could see that they would benefit from some maintenance. Our bathroom had chipped tiles and the shower leaked onto the floor. We didn't complain because we didn't want to lose our fantastic view on the 9th floor!

• Humza Aftab (1/5): Good Building/ Facilities but Poor Management - Location and Building was good. Swimming pool was good. The Golden Coast Hotel is tall—and that’s all. It may be listed as a three-star hotel in the city center, but in practical terms the management quality drags it down to below a one-star, almost like a roadside truck-stop hotel. My observations: 1. An extra single bed was placed in the double room. Its mattress was completely worn out, with springs sticking out—unsafe and unacceptable, as it could injure a guest. However, same was rectified by staff later on my complaint. 2. Soup spoons were provided for stirring tea and sugar. Completely improper. 3. There was no whitener for Nescafé coffee. When I asked, the reception replied: “We don’t have a policy to keep whitener.” 4. No tissue box in the room. 5. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion were provided in tiny “injection-size” bottles. The soap bar was around 3×3 cm with a thickness of less than 3 mm. 6. The Wi-Fi was only nominal. After traveling across three countries on this trip, it was surprising to see such poor speed and connectivity in 2025. It felt like stepping 20 years back in time. 7. The electric kettle cable was so short that it had to be placed under the table just to function. 8. Suana functions but steam room non fuctional and remained out of order during my 4 days stay 9. I was charged as per earlier rates at the time of booking whereas the day i had to check in and pay was a sale of black friday for which i was not entertained. 10. The Reception Staff needs to be educated for etiquetes / mannerism with guests. Overall hotel staff, reception even manager had a unwelcoming looks similar to the rotten fruit they always kept in the breakfast (as per pics) and sticked to same average breakfast menu through out. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my 50 years of travel and dozens of Booking.com reservations. Ultimately, it’s not the size & location of the building that defines a hotel’s quality—it’s the management’s ability to meet basic, modern standards.

Supervision in restaurant could be improved. We noticed bugs in Nuts/resins served on breakfast - albiet it was cleared immidiately on notification. No connecting rooms within facility for family with kids.

Staff were helpful and polite. Our room was boiling hot and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. Breakfast wasn't good enough for 5 star hotel, there shall be more options for people with allergies.

• Agnese (7/5): It's a good place to stay - Location is very good- you can walk to old town, walk to Carpet museum, to shopping mall, Crystal hall. View from window is excellent - sea side, and it's possible to walk there day and night. Lady who works there- Sabina, she is very kind, she cut lemon for us when we got sick and asked how we are. People in reception- very kind and welcoming! Very poor breakfast! Very! And every day- same. Lady who works with breakfast there (cooks omlets) sitting in her phone and doesn't care about clients. She has her own business, no time!

• Michelle (7/5): Good - It was a fantastic location if you were going to be there for the Formula One. The hotel rooms were reasonably large as was the bathroom. The location was ideal for watching the motor racing but it was hard to cross to the beach side and there weren't a lot of restaurants in the area.

• Mogamat (9/5): Simple yet comfortable and convenient. - The location of the Golden Coast Hotel was a draw card. It offered amazing views as well as convenience with respect to easily navigating one’s way to key sites. The staff have to be commended for being friendly and helpful in attending to any additional requests. We would recommend regular checking of ablution taps, as the one located in our bathroom was leaking and left the entire bathroom somewhat flooded.
