• Sergio (9/5): Struttura comoda alle porte di Firenze - Struttura pulita, sono a disposizione acqua e macchinetta del caffe automatica nei luoghi comuni. La stanza è pulita, la doccia è comoda. L'accoglienza è gentile. Il parcheggio fuori si riesce a trovare. Il tram di collegamento si riesce a raggiungere sia a piedi che con la macchina. La zona la sera è un po' isolata però il contesto è tranquillo.

Aggiungerei un cuscino aggiuntivo nell'armadio che per persone come me che dormono con piu cuscini sarebbe molto utile.

Inoltre, presentava anche una tv di ultima generazione molto grande ed un condizionatore altrettanto all'avanguardia. Oltre alla bellezza della camera, la gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host Ermal sono state come la ciliegina sulla torta di un soggiorno meraviglioso.
• Otto (3/5): Unzufrieden. - Nichts. Ein früheres Reihenhaus in Wohnungen umgewandelt. Zwei Eingangstüren, jeweils durch Code gesichert. Wir waren im zweiten Teil im Erdgeschoss mit drei Zimmern. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon bekamen wir über WhatsApp die notwendigen Daten zum Öffnen der Haustür. Drinnen ein langer Gang mit drei Zimmern. Der Zimmerschlüssel war im der Tür. Ein kaltes, nicht schönes Zimmer. Ein Fenster mit einem Rolladen. Trotz heruntergelassenem Rolladen war der viele Verkehr unüberhörbar. Kein Parkplatz auf dem Anwesen. Wir mussten unseren PKW am Straßenrand abstellen. Das Bad hatte als Fenster Glasbausteine. Im Waschbecken fehlte der Wasserstopper. In der Dusche waren die Fugen teilweise schwarz. Es gab auch kein Frühstück, dafür mussten wir auch keine Gästegebühren bezahlen. Ausser dem Telefonkontakt gab keinen menschlichen Kontakt. Siehe oben und zu gute Werbung in Ihrer Anzeige.

Далековато от центра, но можно приспособится. Автобус и трамвай- 30 мин и вы в центре. В 3 минутах большой развлекательный центр. Если хотите увидеть как отдыхают местные- то самое то! Большой магазин китайских товаров причём неплохого качества. Кафе, в котором утром кофе и самые нежные круассаны. Туалет на этаже. Доступ через общение по телефону. Ждали 10 минут ответа ночью, немного напряглись. Брезгливым будет некомфортно. Нет шкафа. Вешалка.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, das Gemeinschaftsbad war eine Herausforderung, roch total komisch und wirkte schmuddelig, Handtücher hatten flecken

• Georg (9/5): Top Lage für kurzen Zwischenstop. - Perfekte Lage für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Rückweg von Sardinien. Hausherr ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Sogar Mineralwasser und eine Kaffeemaschine stehen im Flur kostenlos zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Kaufhaus mit guten Möglichkeiten um noch etwas zu essen.

• Delfa (4/5): Disappointing. - The description was appealing but deceiving. Other reviews do not reveal reality. It was not as advertised. There was no private bathroom as advertised for the booking. Four rooms shared one bathroom. There is no kitchen to wash fruits so used the shared washroom sink. The host will confirm your booking and although offered to be of assistance (in English), never responded to questions or requests until we left. Freezing in room - a/c control did not work. Location far from Firenze central and bus/tram transportation very unreliable which made stay here even more unenjoyable. Disappointed with this booking.

Serviettes de bains en nombre suffisante. Propriétaire sympathique par message qui nous a donné le nom d'un restaurant délicieux. Possibilité de vous faire livrer des pizzas via deliveroo. Prix imbattable pour le logement, quartier calme nous avons bien dormi. Pour rejoindre le centre de Florence, prendre le bus 77 a coté de la zone commerciale puis le Tram 1 Manque d'insonorisation chambre/ hall. Les autres locataires étaient respecteux ( pas de bruit excessif, entrée/ sortie / douche commune) ce qui peut être dérangeant, mais nous avions l'information, ce n'était pas un problème. Un micro-onde a disposition dans le hall serait un véritable + pour le logement puisque le bien est a proximité d'un centre commercial, les prix des restaurants sont élevés pour un petit budget. On aurait aimé un second oreiller à disposition.

• Antonella (4/5): Pessimo alloggio! - Nulla In generale scarsa pulizia, appena entrati in stanza si sentiva una cattivo odore forse proveniente dallo scarico del wc, il pavimento risultava sporco e macchiato, il piatto doccia era sporco con alcuni capelli ed alcune parti del pavimento del bagno erano di un colore indefinito, sul muro della stanza dove c’era il letto vi erano alcune zanzare spiaccicate! Per quanto riguarda i dintorni della casa non vi è nulla da poter raggiungere a piedi per fare colazione o pranzo! Il frigorifero ed il condizionatore facevano un rumore pazzesco da non poter dormire!

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré que nous baissions la climatisation l'air n'était pas refroidi. L'étagère à côté du lit ne tenait plus on ne pouvait rien poser dessus. Emplacement très bruyant route très passante et aucune insonorisation avec les voisins J'ai également envoyé 4 messages pour obtenir une facture qui sont restés sans réponse à ce jour. Concernant le parking, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue à condition de ne pas rentrer trop tard...

• Olena (8/5): - We stayed for one night. And for short period it’s ok. There were 2 beds for our kids( not a sofa). Water, coffee, tea - were available for free. Not far from apartment there is a place where free parking is possible. It’s not possible to take a shower whiteout making all the room wet. For me, the room was not clean enough. Under the bed were socks from the previous visitors.

Η ώρα του check out ενώ στο πρώτο μήνυμα ήταν 11.00 την παραμονή της αναχώρησης το μήνυμα έγραφε στις 10.00. Δεν λειτουργούσα τα μάτια της ηλεκτρικής κουζίνας, κάτι για το οποίο ενημερωθήκαμε την παραμονή της άφιξης μας.

There was no private parking, but free street parking was available. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as someone broke our car window. It’s a good idea to avoid leaving anything visible inside the car when parking there.

• Geert (9/5): Fijne kamer, makkelijk met de tram naar centrum van Florence, prettige communicatie eigenaar - Erg prettige communicatie met de eigenaar, die zeer behulpzaam was. Parkeren kan in de buurt langs de weg. Met 15 minuten lopen ben je bij een groot winkelcentrum waar ook de tramhalte is. Voor € 1,50 met de tram naar hartje Florence. Kamer, bed etc. waren perfect. Je kan altijd gratis koffie, water en thee pakken. Locatie is vanaf de snelweg makkelijk aan te rijden.
