David (2/5): - They call in the room over night every night for no reasons and wake up people at 1am or 5-6am when we sleep. Bed and bathroom were not clean.
Sofia (2/5): Very poor - We've been at Hotel Goyal Palace in April 2025. We decided to spend here one night because it's near the train station, but we actually spent almost the day because we were sick. The room was literally in the hall, with obviously noises all day. It was small, dirty and with bad smell. We ask for cleaner sheets but they were not white. The bathroom was smelling of mothballs so much that all our clothes started to smell like this. The only good thing is that Hotel is actually near the train station.

Douglas (3/5): Sold our room to someone else! - Not much.. We booked through Booking.com (BOOKING CONFIRMED) BUT, because we did not respond to the hotel's messages (We were otherwise occupied because we are on holiday!!) the hotel let our room to someone else!!! We arrived in the evening and the manager took us to another hotel which was not very nice (Hotel Byke Ride) although the staff were fine.

Hôtel is very neat and clean .., staff are very and kind and co operative, What breakfast and dinner very nice.thanks for gudence and arranging Taxy for our trip... we will certainly recommend. nothing to dislike, Every think good, thank you for all your support.
