• Karen (1/5): Muy mala. - Hicimos esta reserva para dos personas porque teníamos un evento de trabajo muy cerca del alojamiento y necesitábamos un lugar cómodo para varios días. Las fotos parecían muy bonitas: una cabaña amplia, con piscina y tres habitaciones, todo parecía ideal. La realidad fue muy diferente. La entrada ni siquiera estaba bien señalizada y acceder con una furgoneta fue bastante complicado, ya que la calle es muy estrecha. Al llegar, nos encontramos con que no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de que estaba confirmada por Booking. Nos dijeron que habían dado nuestra cabaña a otras personas. Después de discutir la situación, la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue una cabaña minúscula donde prácticamente solo cabía una cama, siendo dos personas y además viajando por trabajo con material. Llegamos muy tarde y no nos quedó otra opción que aceptarlo. La comunicación fue muy difícil porque el responsable no hablaba ni español ni inglés. Tampoco mostraron interés real en solucionar el problema ni en asumir responsabilidades. Además, las duchas inundaban la cabaña, algo que no quedaba claro en la reserva. En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante y muy poco profesional. Las imágenes no reflejan la realidad del servicio recibido.
• Morales (1/5): Decepción por la gestión, la falta de comunicación y mantenimiento del lugar. - Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento no fue buena principalmente por la falta de comunicación con el propietario. Una vez allí surgieron varias dudas y preguntas durante la estancia, pero no respondían a los mensajes. De hecho, todavía tengo mensajes sin contestar a día de hoy, lo que transmite una sensación total de incomunicación y poca atención al cliente. Nada más llegar desconfiaron de nuestra reserva y tuvimos que enseñar el pago realizado. Además, cometieron un error con la ocupación, ya que nosotros habíamos reservado para dos personas y ellos tenían anotada solo una. También hubo varios aspectos del alojamiento que no coincidían con lo anunciado. En los servicios indican que hay frigorífico y muchas cosas más, pero realmente están en una zona común al final de los bungalows y no dentro del alojamiento. El mobiliario del porche estaba deteriorado: la mesa estaba rota. Por otro lado, el acceso en la carretera está señalizado solo con un cartel pequeño que pone solo la calle y número. El caminito interior hasta los bungalows es extremadamente estrecho y solo cabe un coche. Si otro vehículo viene en sentido contrario, uno de los dos tiene que maniobrar marcha atrás porque no hay espacio suficiente. En general, creemos que deberían mejorar mucho tanto la atención al cliente como el mantenimiento y dar información real sobre lo que hay dentro de cada bungalow y lo que hay en la zona común .
• Karen (8/5): Lovely place, but beware the noise of barking dogs from next door - Fabulous location, lovely little casita with big hot shower. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Pool was inviting but too cold for me personally. Lovely staff. Great dog walking right outside along the river, which goes for kms. Easy to walk or drive into town. There is only one issue... the neighbours dogs. They are loose in the neighbours garden and bark all night. The fence separating the two properties is right next to the back of the casita so there's no way you cannot hear them (I even used ear plugs but could still hear them). It's a real shame because it's a fabulous place and could be a really lovely haven of peace and quiet.
• Nicole (1/5): Aufpassen! Herunter gekommen und dreckig! - Es war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag damit verbracht das Geld zurück zu erhalten. Gott sei Dank war die Vermieterin selbst sehr freundlich und einsichtig und hat die kostenfreie Stornierung akzeptiert. Dennoch ging ein ganzer Urlaubstag drauf und wir hatten durch die ungeplante Umbuchung Mehrkosten, auf denen wir sitzen bleiben mussten. Es war alles dreckig, kaputt und der Verwalter vor Ort war unfreundlich. Er selbst sagte uns sogar, dass er nicht versteht wieso das überhaupt noch vermietet wird. Im Großen Bungalow stank es nach Katzenurin. Die kleinen „Bungalows“ sind Gartenhütten. Hier fehlt es nicht nur an „Menpower“ hier fehlt es an einem kompletten Neuaufbau. Die Zufahrt ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, super eng und um zu den Bungalows zu kommen muss man einen noch engeren Pfad lang. Dabei wurde sogar unser Auto von den heraus kommenden Ästen beschädigt. Jeder der es buchen möchte sollte sich vorher erst einmal die von mir eingestellten Bilder anschauen. Schade. Die Lage wäre fürs wandern oder Motorrad fahren nämlich gut gewesen.

• Charlotte (1/5): Stay away from there - Rest of text: misleading The mere spot this property is placed on is a partition of some former land unit that has obviously been divided in such an awkward way that it is inconvenient only coming and going there, let alone under the beedy eye of this man who “played host” (upon question he said he would just take care here, when asked his name, he made a secret out of it and said “ Let’s say Jerry “ !) Individuals as such are actually the greatest threat to the traveller. Not trustworthy, but a niusance maker, detectable as such to any person with a bit of knowledge of human nature. Such character types are a threat because in the absence of witnesses there is no hope for smooth sailing if ANY problem should arise, and arise will problems on such a place. And with scheming and ruthless people around an unwitting guest will end up being abused. On that note is is especially worthwhile pointing out that this property has a “after checkout-damage policy” (perhaps a safe extra income for the host?) There would be a lot more to say, yet booking.com does not consider it fit for their reviews to be diverging from certain form models irrespective of telling the truth, and despite such attitude promoting the endangerment of customers. So It must suffice to recommend : stay away from this property ! To find this place rated 8.4, and review award winner of 2026, gives a mind boggling insight into how deep corruption must go within booking.com. Never mind the xx number of reviews,, and the lots of stupd people out there, I ‘ ve seen it personaly what is NOWHERE on the booking.com site told:; this place deserves another booking.com fraud alert. The presentation of this property is as deceitful as is the individual who appeared as its host, an elderly German, deceitful and rude. They are not helpflul and friendly hosts, they are calculating and ruthless with a degree of perfection in their surface performance of cutomer-friendlyness that only morons would take it for authentic.FOR STARTERS The place’s name: is different on the booking.com site. In reality there is NO name SIGN ANYWHERE in sight (are they hiding something, are they illegal ?), I searched half an hour, with google, phoned host, begged to be picked up from nearby, 1st lie of host:”he has no car”, allegedly. Finally The entrance turned out to be a narrow pathway from the mainroad, wide enough for one single car one way, on an address that says “Charco 15” . Two times passing a heavy iron sliding door and another 100 m drive, too narrow for two cars passing at the same time, you get to an accommodation, more resembling a human-size dog hut than a travellers lodge. Parking ? A joke.Turning around for the driving out is bad enough, actually parking there would be an invitation for getting scratch marks in case some other car drives by. But there is no parking outside either, for there is a heavy traffic country road with NO SPOTs for parking, that’s just the local condition here. The cabin itself is dark over dark insde, even with lights on, 16m2, and once you met the “charming host” who cares about an open swimming pool with him being around, ladies? • Valentijn (9/5): Heerlijk rustgevend, met voldoende mogelijkheden om activiteiten te ontplooien. - Om je zó midden in de natuur te voelen en tegelijkertijd op 10 minuten wandelen van de stad en de supermarkten. Ik was er in de winter en zat midden in de zwaarste regenbui sinds tijden en dan blijkt dat de lodge beter tot zijn recht komt als je lekker buiten voor de lodge in de zon kan zitten. En daar was het nu net niet alle dagen het weer naar.

• Madeline (8/5): Communication très fluide pour organiser notre venue dans ce petit havre de paix, à proximité de la côte et de qq villes - L’esprit « séjour à Bali » des bungalows, avec la cuisine extérieure et la grande terrasse partagée, c’était très sympa (ça doit l’être en tout cas quand la météo est au rendez-vous!) Rien. La mise en place d’un compost serait bienvenue sur un lieu comme celui-ci.

Ansonsten alles super, nett empfangen worden, die Hütten klein aber fein und sauber. Im Bett hatte man bei jeder bewegung das Gefühl es fällt auseinander aber trotzdem sehr bequem. Die Außenküche war super ausgestattet und man konnte sein Essen sehr gut zubereiten und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber und ausreichend. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, nur sehen manche Ecken leider sehr runtergekommen und unaufgeräumt aus. Denke hier fehlt einfach etwas "manpower" um alles in schuss zu halten. Aber wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😊 danke

• Claudia (9/5): We had a great time! - The location and the place itself are very good! There is a pool and some bungalows. There is also a hiking trail near the property. You can cook or grill, there are kitchen amenities and plates and silverware. There is also a fireplace. The superior bungalow was a bit under our expectations mainly due to privacy but that didn’t stop us from having a good time. The owner even allowed us to move the furniture around to improve privacy. It fits well for a family but not for couples (more than 1) unless you book it only for yourself. Apart from that the hosts were very nice people and we really enjoyed our time in the property.

Nos ofrecieron otra pero no tenía baño ni aire acondicionado ya que en el mes de agosto hace falta. Durante el día no podíamos estar en ella. La limpieza muy buena. La piscina y cocina muy bien . Pero le hace falta más mano de obra y cuidados. Nos ofrecieron una recompensa por lo sucedido.

• Tina (10/5): A very happy stay with my dog. - In nature, individual cabins, very dog friendly, peaceful. Outdoor kitchen!!, pool. Close to main shopping street, near to supermarkets. Great walk by the nearby river. The family who run it are lovely, as are their two FANTASTIC dogs, Coco & Teddy! My dog will miss them. Some mosquitoes around, NOT the fault of the property, obviously. Just be aware if you are prone to be bitten like me. Just take some repellent.

The neighbours of the property have dogs which spent the whole night barking, this was somewhat off putting which is a shame as this is the perfect getaway.

• Denver (9/5): Comfortable, quiet with friendly hosts who were always available. - First of all the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was surrounded by nature and right next to a beautiful and safe hiking trail. The added bonus was the use of kitchen facilities, which I did not expect. This is out of the host's control but the dogs in the neighbouring property barked a lot, however, it did not bother me too much.

• Kaliska (9/5): Amazing - This place is lovely:) we found this because we were looking for exactly this..campo, peace and relax, away from the stress and traffic of the coast! Staying in Lodge feels like being in a paradise! Its staying in the wild yet being so close, just a short walk away to the historic center of Coin. There is only 3 houses and so it feels like a private terraine with vaste open spaces that we have all to ourselves. There is several little areas and terraces one can have a chill time at. There is a well equipped kitchen with the dining room on the terrace with hammacs leading to the pool, which is practical as no need to go to spend money at restaurants all the time. Lots of shade too. The whole place feels and looks so peaceful, for nature lovers its a definite blast! The houses have all the commodities in it, including a kettle and a very comfortable bed! We thank the hosts for making us feel welcome, relaxed and at ease. The host Alex was very helpful and friendly, helping us with anything we needed. It felt like home not a hotel! We will most definitely come back and looking forward to it!
