• Carmen (10/5): A welcoming, clean, and well-equipped place that made us feel at home, relaxing and enjoyable stay - The apartment was spotless — clean, new, and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable, and the children were truly happy. It was a pleasure to return to such a cozy place after a day of exploring. Although it’s not located right in the city center, public transport is easily accessible, and the proximity to Schönbrunn and the Technical Museum was a big plus. We also want to thank you for all the detailed information you provided and for being so responsive — it was very reassuring to know we could reach you by phone right away whenever needed (thank you Selina)! We would love to come back again!
• Achim (9/5): - Alles war sehr schön und sehr zentral. Die Einrichtung und die Betten sind echt klasse! Im Bad riechen die Abflüsse sehr extrem was wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden haben.

• andrea (9/5): - L'appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda, a pochi passi da Schönbrunn e a circa 15 minuti di distanza da tre fermate della linea metro U3. Ho trovato l'appartamento in ordine, molto pulito e soprattutto molto attrezzato, in particolar modo la cucina. Dal punto di vista estetico, gli interni sono molto belli (soprattutto una delle due camere che è spaziosa e ha delle decorazioni fantastiche). Un altro lato positivo dell'appartamento sono i ventilatori, uno in salotto e gli altri due nelle camere. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente questa casa, infatti, in un eventuale viaggio futuro a Vienna sceglierei senz'altro di soggiornare nuovamente in questo appartamento.

• Sigrun (8/5): Stylische Wohnung für Städtereise nach Wien - Das Apartment ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll aber ohne unnötigen Krimskrams eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, großes Badezimmer. Zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Schloss Schönbrunn ca. eine Viertelstunde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden, zu Penny und Billa sind es jeweils ca. 8 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wer nicht unbedingt nur im Zentrum unterwegs sein möchte, findet in Richtung Ottakring nette Lokale außerhalb der Touristenströme. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin über Booking.com war unkompliziert, auf Rückfragen kam immer kurzfristig eine Antwort. Wer den direkten persönlichen Kontakt bevorzugt, wird bei diesem Modell allerdings enttäuscht. Das große Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer liegen zu einer lauten Straße und mit Blick auf die Gleise des Westbahnhofs. Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Hinweise aus anderen Rezensionen zur Hellhörigkeit innerhalb des Hauses und zum Stress mit Nachbarn können wir allerdings nicht bestätigen. Anleitungen für die Haushaltsgeräte haben wir nach einigem Suchen gefunden, hilfreich wären z.B. auch Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung und Wertstoffbehältern in der Nachbarschaft, es muss ja nicht gleich eine dicke Gästemappe sein.
• Sara (1/5): SCARING NEIGHOBOUR - We have booked this flat for four nights, but we have been able to stay just for one. The apartment was very cozy and clean, but the neighbour turned out to be aggressive, making us feel really unsafe. My friend and I were on holiday with our children (six people overall). For every small noise, the neighbour was banging on our floor (he lives in the floor below) multiple times. Furthermore the first morning, he came to ring the doorbell and knock several times on the door while yelling, even though we hadn’t made any noise. Moreover, when we left the building and were already on the street, he even spat at us. I believe that staying in this apartment is neither relaxing nor safe, especially for families. We had reported the situation to the host, requesting a refund for the unenjoyed nights, but unfortunately, we hadn’t received a feedback. I strongly do not recommend it!
• David (10/5): Very happy with this accommodation. If considering it, just book it. We are already considering dates for rebooking once - Great location close to transport and Schönbrunn. Clean, tidy, modern and it felt like a second home away from home. Easy to follow instructions and the owner just an email away with quick responses. The kids loved it. We loved the bed and could not rise in the morning :) Like some other reviews, we had a knock on the ceiling from the neighbours below, just once. We only had the TV on quietly (kids were sleeping) and were heading to bed shortly after at circa 11pm. No one came thankfully as I am not sure I would have been too accommodating given a long day out with the kids :)
• Belinda (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment but the entrance to the building, stairway needs some attention.
