• Ilaria (10/5): Veramente un'ottima scelta! - Se il vostro obiettivo è a Firenze sud (ad esempio concerti allo stadio o al palazzetto) o semplicemente non vi piace il caos del centro storico, questo è il posto perfetto. La casa è bella, pulita, estremamente fruibile (incluso un bel balcone loggiato). Letti comodi, bagni spaziosi. Si parcheggia in zona con relativa facilità e c'è una fermata di autobus davanti con cui si può andare in centro comodamente. La zona è residenziale e silenziosissima. La proprietaria gentile, disponibile e sorridente, cosa mai scontata. Cucina completa e a disposizione gratuitamente acqua, caffè americano e bollitore per il tè. Un successo su tutta la linea. Troverei utili delle tende per una maggiore privacy senza dover chiudere le tapparelle elettriche ma sono piccolezze.

• Jill (10/5): Just lovely! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this beautiful home. The hostess went above and beyond for us! - Lovely and clean! The clothes washer was of great help. Air conditioning was amazing! Very secure as well!

• Aizhan (9/5): overall we enjoyed our stay there, good value to money, very nice host - the host was very nice and helpful, responded quickly, she met us herself and handed the keys. she even let us leave our baggage for couple hours so we could have nice breakfast in the city before departure. thank you a lot for hosting us! the apartment is beautiful, located in a nice calm neighborhood, we felt safe walking late in the evening. however, keep in mind that it's not close to center, but we were ok with walking long distances. the main bedroom has this beautiful little balcony, with sun shining in it gives you this italian vibe, don't know how to discribe it, very beautiful, photo attached :) also I had some work to do on my laptop, so having an office desk and chair was very comfortable. it seemed that the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly as the first one had some hair lying in the drain, we ended up not using that shower, fortunately the apt has 2 bathrooms :) also keep in mind that the walls are pretty thin so birds singing, cars driving by, people walking in and out - you hear everthing :)

• Silvia (7/5): Good stay, friendly host - the furniture and everything is very modern, the host very helpful and friendly. the bus station is close by. the 2 bathrooms. the second room was smaller and the bed unfortunately not made for 2 grown ups. we are both not big people but the 2nd bed is not good. the walls are, as always in Italy, very thin. in the sower there are broken tiles, the wifi did not work from within the apartment ( but received the one of the host above), open washing bottles were found in both showers, not all surfaces were clean.
