- Carolina (4/5): No vale el precio que pagamos. Servicio muy mediocre - Pagamos 845€ por cinco noches y cuando llegamos resulta que hay obras en el edificio y no nos lo han comunicado. A la mañana siguiente después de la primera noche (viernes), ruido y golpes desde las 8.00h y sin poder descansar. Pararon durante el fin de semana, pero el lunes y el martes lo mismo. El martes además cuando nos despertamos para hacer el check-out, no había agua y tuvimos que esperar un rato para poder ducharnos y fregar los platos. La ducha está a ras del suelo y el desagüe no traga el agua. El baño se ponía como una piscina al minuto de entrar a la ducha. Y no había fregona. Llamé a la central y todo lo que me dicen es que no tenían constancia ni de las obras, ni de lo del agua... lamentable todo... No ofrecen compensación y pasan completamente del tema. Las almohadas son como dos folios, tuvimos que usar los cojines del sofá. La limpieza pues... muy regulera. Pelos en la ducha, mierda para aburrir debajo de la cama (hasta encontramos unas pinzas de las cejas y un cargador de móvil llenos de polvo). No han limpiado eso desde hace mucho tiempo... El apartamento está bien ubicado y es bonito, pero no vale el precio ni el servicio que pagamos. Nunca pongo malos comentarios, pero está es la realidad que nos encontramos en nuestros cinco días de "descanso".

Decepcionante - La ubicación estaba muy bien para lo que buscábamos, el apartamento era amplio y estaba limpio, las instalaciones son modernas y todo funcionaba bien. El colchón y las almohadas eran cómodas y aunque el apartamento es frio, la instalación es moderna y se calentaba rápidamente. Lo peor, el apartamento estaba muy cerca de la puerta de entrada, que chirriaba y al ser demasiado pesada, hacia muchísimo ruido al cerrarse, lo cual nos dificultó el descanso desde la primera noche. Se oía algo el ruido de la calle ademas. Los productos de limpieza escasos. El baño se encharcaba tras las duchas aunque tuvieses muchísimo cuidado, generando situaciones peligrosas por resbalones. La cama es demasiado pequeña para las posibilidades que tiene el apartamento.

- Ramona (7/5): Good location, amenities are okeish - The property is well positioned, you are close to everything you need. Very easy access with code. I didn’t like the fact that they have a wrong address, showing different street and making people confusing about the entrance, even their support told us it is a problem a lot of clients encounter. Also you don’t really know what room they assign to you as they have multiple pictures and the room from apartment 1 has a very frustrating shower as you have to mop everything or you will get water in your room + the bed is not very comfortable, pillows too small and felt like an improvised bed.

- Andrés (5/5): - What I liked was the area. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, the surroundings are quite nice—especially the square where the Mercado de Tirso de Molina is located. The atmosphere is good, the Puerta del Ángel Metro Station is nearby, and there are places to eat around traditional dishes. The apartment I was assigned was spacious, but it was very poorly maintained. The walls were very dirty, the fridge smelled horribly of vinegar, and the décor looked like it was put together from leftover materials from the building’s construction and whatever they could find at furniture recycling points. The views are also awful. If you’re just spending a day in Madrid, it’s fine, but if you’re staying for several days to enjoy the city and don’t want to feel depressed, look for another place. It’s definitely not worth the money.
- Matias (3/5): Decepcionado - La ubicacion en la ciudad -Llegue 10 minutos antes y no se podia entrar porque supuestamente por sistema hasta las 15 hs no se activan "los codigos", cuando habia avisado que llegaba un poco antes. Tuve que esperar en la calle hasta las 15 hs, no seria problema porque el que llegue temprano fui yo, el problema vino despues. Ingreso al departamento despues de las 15 hs, la cama revuelta, las toallas tiradas por todos lados, y ROPA INTERIOR DEL CLIENTE ANTERIOR tirada en la cocina. Hicimos el reclamo y tuvimos que esperar practicamente 2 horas mas para que nos limpien la habitacion, y la unica respuesta que tuvimos fue "por el inconveniente los dejamos hacer el check out a las 12 el dia de salida"...y que paso? el dia de salida teniamos a una persona a las 11 adentro de nuestro departamento mientras nosotros dormiamos, porque "no le habian avisado" -La calefaccion no anda, hicimos el reclamo, vino el tecnico y dijo "no, las calderas nunca funcionaron aqui" -No tenia television en la habitacion -Los utensillos de cocina son los justos, no hay ni una cuchilla -No ofrecen ni detergente para las limpiezas, ni para el lavavajilla, ni para el lavarropa, o sea que si vas a estar 5 dias, tienes que comprar un detergente para lavar platos y vasos, uno para el lavavajillas, y uno para el lavarropas, que luego vas a terminar tirando porque no llegas a usar ni siquiera un cuarto de las cosas. -Preguntamos si nos podiamos quedar un dia mas pagando la diferencia (en realidad solo necesitabamos quedarnos un par de horas mas porque nuestro vuelo salia a las 20.30 hs), y la respuesta de ellos fue que hablemos con booking para generar una nueva reserva, que teniamos que dejar el departamento a las 12, y volver a entrar a las 15 hs, realmente inentendible.

- Kim (8/5): I would definitely stay here again - great location next to the river, and lots of beautiful walks. - The location was incredible. There were lots of public transport options - the metro and the bus stops were very close. Most importantly, the park along the river was easy to get to, and so lovely. The location was actually a short walk from the CBD and attractions like the palace. There are great restaurants nearby (within 5 mins walk), and plenty of small supermarkets for food. There is no lift access to the apartment on level 1 where we were staying, and the outlook was not great because we overlooked the roof and all the AC condensers. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. But these were very small annoyances compared to the good things!

- Sara (9/5): Great quality for the price but problems with the assistance - The house itself is beautiful, perfect for four people and with all the things you might need during your stay (towels, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge ecc…). It’s in a great spot with a supermarket and fast food right outside and the metro station at just a 3 minutes walk. Overall for what we payed i would recommend it. we had a problem finding the entrance for the property and the call assistance wasn’t helpful at all, they could not give us any detailed infos about where to search for the entrance and mind you this ended up leaving outside for one hour from 1 to 2 am. Also the beds aren’t the most comfortable, especially the pillows
- Zhou (8/5): Casa confortável e bem localizada - Localização excelente, perto do metro Puertas del Angel e também tinha autocarros à porta. Bastante comércio local e restaurantes para comer. Para uma estadia de 2 noites, foi pena a cozinha estar pouco equipada, não ficaria mal ter uns guardanapos, toalha de limpar as mãos e loiça, toalha de mesa, algumas pastilhas para máquina da loiça e roupa. A mesa só tinha 2 cadeiras e nós éramos 4. Também falta uns cabides na casa de banho e uns bancos para pousar a roupa.

- jose luis (3/5): - La ubicación Los muebles muy básicos, el sofá super incómodo, las mesillas de noche estaban desarmadas, el mobiliario de bloques de obra de hormigón con un cristal como mesa, el frigorífico olía a vinagre que daba asco, un ruido de motor durante toda la noche super molesto. Los amenities de baño son jabón y champú en botes de dispensador. Me dejé olvidado un cargador de móvil conectado y me dijeron que lo tenían y aún no me han resuelto la forma de poderlo recuperar.

- Jia yu (8/5): comodo e paicevole, con qualche piccolo accorgimento sarebbe diventato indimeticabile - posizione eccellente, 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata per raggiungere Plaza Major e comunque in prossimità della Metro. Appartamento molto silenzioso (eccellenti serramentivisto che comunque sovrasta una strada trafficata) con vista spettacolare sul palazzo reale e sul Manzanares. Cucina dotata di tutti i confort anche se non utuilizzata, letto aggiuntivo inspettatamente comodo e, visti altri commenti, a me sono andati bene i piccoli cuscini forniti. abbiamo prenotato per tre persone, era evidente che avremmo utilizzato il divano letto aggiuntivo a cui tuttavia ... abbiamo dovuto mettere le lenzuola da soli. Non mi serve che cambino la biancheria ogni giorno ma in bagno qualche stupido ed economico accessorio, ad esempio per appendere le asciugamani di tre persone (c'era solo uno sgabello e quindi diventa difficile) sarebbe stato molto utile. Se la camera è pronta, anche nella gestione tutta automatica degli accessi penso non sarebbe difficile fare in modo da evitare che la serratura venga aperta esattamente alle 15.01 ...

- Beatriz (4/5): - El agua de la cisterna del wc falló. Di reporte ese mismo día varias veces, por mail y por teléfono y estuvimos tres días con el water inservible, nadie vino a arreglarlo. Asimismo pedí más mantas porque hacía frío y no me las facilitaron. En los cuatro días q estuvimos sólo con dos toallas por persona solicité más pero me dijeron q sólo era un juego por persona. Tener el water durante tres días estropeado, sin poder usarlo y que nadie venga a arreglarlo es vergonzoso.

Je laisserai plus d’équipements comme ouvre canne, et des ustensiles pour cuisiner vu que nous avions un logement.

До самого центру теж близько-максимум 30 хв пішки. я так розумію, що це спальний район міста. Досить тихий. Дуже зручне ліжко у спальні і взагалі зручно, що є 2 кімнати. Гарний санвузол і білосніжні рушники. Є пральна машина з вбудованою сушкою, посудомийка. Дуже зручно, що були мініверсії оливкової олії,солі, цукру, що для 2 сніданків цілком вистачає. кава тільки розчинна у стіках. Хоча апарат для капсульної кави теж є. Посуду достатньо для 3-х осіб. Квартира була трохи брудна . У холодильнику був неприємний запах, поверхні кухні були погано витерті, на них були жирні плями. Стіни трохи оббиті. Диван у гостьовій кімнаті трохи поламаний, але це не сильно заважало. син спав на ньому. не було капсул для посудомийки та пральної машини, капсульної кави
- Mani (9/5): - I stayed in the apartment in September 2025 and loved it so much so booked it again. It's in an amazing location with beautiful views of the river and palace. There is a supermarket around the corner with a wide range of goods and a number of bus routes operating along the street past the residence making travelling very easy. A couple of issues. There was a metal strip sticking up from the floor in front of the oven which could present a hazard. I did inform the management company so hopefully it has been resolved. During my last stay the WiFi was very poor in the main living area. Unfortunately this is still the case with the signal disconnecting and you have to return to the main door/bedroom area to reconnect.

- Adriana (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo para una escapada a Madrid - Viajé con mi hija de 20 años, hemos pasado unos días hermosos en Madrid. Muy práctico el sistema de apertura de puertas con código numérico. No fue necesario encontrarme con nadie tanto al ckeck in como al check out. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, contaba con muchos utensilios. La ubicación muy buena, con mucho transporte público, aunque nosotras preferimos caminar. Si regreso algún día a Madrid volvería a ese alojamiento, sin dudas lo recomiendo!!! La cama podría ser más cómoda aunque no estaba del todo mal.
- Olga (7/5): The flat itself is nice but some furniture has to be repaired or changed - Easy check-in with detailed instructions how to get to the building. Location is good , close to bus and metro. Market, shops, restaurants are around, nice park near the river where you can walk. Apartment itself has a lot of space, nice modern bathroom, kitchen equipped with some basic utensils. Bed mattress was comfortable to sleep. There were no shelves inside the wardrobe in bedroom, so you don't have any space to put your closes, only some amount of hangers . Pillows were very basic and not very comfortable. But the main problem is with the sofa bed. It is not intended to sleep there. It is hard to make a sleeping bed of it because the back was broken, and overall state is not appropriate, it is dirty and sagging. Internet signal was also not high as router located probably somewhere outside the flat. Also walls are thin so if a person closes the door in neighbor flat you can feel the wall is shaking. Also we had a bed tables where legs were falling off, so be careful when you put a cup on it. Also you have pipes and AC part outside your windows so it makes noise

- Dabrowski (9/5): Happy with the choice -highly recommended. - Perfect location, just outside the strict center of Madrid, but within walking distance and connected by multiple bus lines and metro line 6 (Circular) to any part of Madrid you want. The apartment is clean and well equipped, plenty shops in close proximity (24hrs about 100m away, supermarket Dia too), park on the riverside perfect for jogging... I could not recommend more the local bars, especially Bar Pinwy - lovely little bodega with lively atmosphere and fun owners. Plenty places to eat out too, you'll find something for any taste. Another big plus - park Casa del Campo, huge green area with Madrid ZOO and more, perfect for long walk in beautiful surroundings. Can't complain about much nothing was too bad. Maybe the couch in the living room cold do with being replaced - it's stylish but not comfortable, simply worn out. Photos obviously exaggerate the apartament's bright sides, for example the sight of not that special simply due to being on 1st floor - you can see the Palace and town centre on the other side of the river, but... It's 1st floor ;)

- RAFAEL (7/5): Bien localizado, muebles suficientes, pero sin elementos de organización de la ropa - He utilizado estos apartamentos varias veces, y siempre tengo la misma queja: no existen elementos de organización de la ropa en los armarios, salvo perchas. No hay ni una balda, ni un cajón para ropa en todo el apartamento. Y eso que cuenta con espacio suficiente en el armario de la habitación. Cuenta con muchos elementos interesantes, como tabla de planchar y plancha, lavadora, friegaplatos... Pero no tiene donde guardar la ropa interior, ni jerseis o camisas dobladas. Tampoco donde secar la ropa, en caso que se te ocurra utilizar la lavadora.

Pulizia delle superfici non ottimale. Non ci sono 4 sedie uguali per poter stare tutti seduti al tavolo. Si è costretti a stare 2 sul tavolo e 2 sul bancone della cucina. Non c'è un appendi asciugamani in bagno. Non abbiamo trovato dei portabagagli. Nel bagno non era presente il sapone mani. Abbiamo richiesto dei cuscini in più ma il personale ha detto che non erano disponibili. I cuscini in dotazione sono piccolissimi. Nell'appartamento non era presente una coperta supplementare per entrambe le stanza e il riscaldamento non era funzionante. La dotazione dei blocchi di cemento che fungono da tavolini potrà essere di design ma davvero molto scomodi. In stanza erano così attaccati alle prese che era impossibile attaccare i caricabatterie.

- Diana (3/5): Decepcionante - Nada especialmente El apartamento no se calentó a la temperatura de confort (21 grados) hasta el día de la salida (estuvimos dos noches). Tras múltiples conversaciones por mensajería (no hubo manera de encontrar un teléfono para hablar con alguien), en las que incluso me dijeron que me asegurara de que la llave de los radiadores estuviera abierta, reconocieron que los radiadores no funcionan y que el apartamento se calienta con flujo de aire parecido a un soplido. Mientras, decían que mandaban a alguien para ver qué pasaba y no llega a nunca nadie. En fin … No sé qué me molestó más : la falta de confort o la nefasta atención que me dieron. Por otro lado, se oía un continuo sonido de las bajantes que pasan por el apartamento. Bastante molesto también.

Posizione comoda per spostarsi in pullman, bella la vista sul Palacio Real La mancanza di una smart tv, considerando che ci sono solo canali spagnoli disponibili diventa impossibile guardare la tv con una bambina. Disponibilità del personale nel venire incontro alle esigenze, nello specifico avevo richiesto una culla, ma mi era stato detto che non ne avevano e che mia figlia poteva comodamente dormire sul divano. Arrivati li il divano in questione non era affatto consono a far dormire una bambina di 3 anni. Richiedo nuovamente di fornirmi una culla mi riferiscono di averla messa fuori dalla porta (cosa non vera) ed il giorno seguente mi dicono che avrei dovuto pagare un'extra se avessi voluto la culla. In conclusione abbiamo dormito in 3 persone su un letto matrimoniale piccolo, che è risultato non proprio tanto comodo oltre a dei cuscini molto sottili tanto da dover mettere il piumone sotto i cuscini per renderli più alti e comodi.

- Gordana (1/5): Horreur 🪳 - Rien Des cafards 🪳, bruit, emplacement. Nous avions l'impression de dormir dans la rue. Immeuble bruyant, la terrasse (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) était un dépotoir et les énormes tuyaux de climatisation (ultra bruyants) sous la fenêtre. Les briques entassées et un bout de vitre ultra coupante en guise de table basse, pas de lustre, code (clé) d'entrée pas communiqué (galère pour rentrer). Et c'est comme vous aviez une chambre avec vue sur périphérique parisien... l'horreur. Et le prix est ultra élevé 😱

- Bo (3/5): 令人失望 - 热水供应没有，投诉后未能及时修理好，一直拖到第二天。这一切还是多次和房东电话已经在线联系后才在第二天修理好。房东没有道歉也没有补偿。平台客服也不负责任，电话客服很客气也很有同理心但没解决问题。后面再电话客服就一直要求输入预定号，输入后有一直没有反应，就没法和平台真正沟通。所以booking平台在这次的服务上完全不可靠。

El apartamento huele a frito nada más entrar, probablemente debido a la campana de la cocina. • Las sábanas y almohadas son inaceptables. Huelen a húmedo y son muy incómodas. Además, las almohadas no tienen funda y se ve la saliva de anteriores ocupantes. • Las cortinas están sucias y tienen manchas sospechosas en el cuarto principal, parecen residuos biológicos. • Todas las puertas del apartamento están muy sucias, con marcas de manos y dedos. • Las toallas están manchadas y huelen mal. Debido a estos problemas, nuestra estancia ha sido muy incómoda y no recomendamos este apartamento a nadie. No volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre sinnvoll, um den Geschirrspüler auch zu nutzen. Ebenso sollten Vorschäden dem Nachnutzer angezeigt werden (Spiegel hatte einen Riß, Stuhl war beschädigt)
