• Rob (10/5): Very relaxing stay - Lovely private central location a short walk from the centre, shops and pub. None
• Thom (8/5): Zeer aan te raden. - Unieke ligging in het bos. Was prima. Het is te overwegen om gordijnen in de woonkamer te plaatsen. Hoewel je werkelijk in the middle of nowhere zit, geeft het een comfortabel gevoel als je gordijnen dicht kunt doen.
• Anna (7/5): Kangaroo Island was well worth the trip. Beautiful wineries and breathtaking wilderness. - Great location for access to centre and west of the Island. Very private and close to Parndana. Helpful host. Not enough kitchen equipment. No salad bowl or salad servers, limited plates and cutlery. Frying pan was not cleaned properly.

• Simone (9/5): - Die Cabin war sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was es für den Aufenthalt braucht. Gastgeber haben uns den Weg gezeigt, Google führt an einen anderes Haus. Liegt ruhig und idyllisch alleine Unter Bäumen. Am Ort in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Markt zum einkaufen und ein Café. Es liegt genau in der Mitte von der Insel, super toll um die Insel zu erkunden. • GSchweeger (10/5): Sehr schöne Cabin in der Mitte von Kangaroo Island - Sehr geräumig für eine Cabin. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sieht man gar nicht, sie sind aber immer telefonisch erreichbar und hilsbereit. Warmwasser, Dusche, Küche, alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir waren auf eine Begrüssung durch 5 Hunde nicht eingestellt. Aber unsere Gastgeber haben schnell reagiert.

• Aline (10/5): - Excellent accommodation. Very clean, organized and spacious. Super confortable bed, big and modern bathroom. Kitchen equiped with all you need. Very quite place, you can sleep in absolute peace. Although not in the main center Kingscote, it's closer to Vivonne Bay, Stokes Bay and other places. People who live there are very kind. Not many places to eat/shop in Parndana but you can cook at the cab and still have a restaurant and coffee shop 5 mins walking.

• Ekaterina (10/5): If you are looking for an escape in nature with modern fascilities, that's a perfect choice! - Pristine nature, great hosts and relaxing atmosphere! The cabin is surrounded by pine trees and grass land. Perfectly located at the heart of the island making it easy to get to any spot. We enjoyed out stay a lot!

• Bin Yui (10/5): Great quiet cabin nestled next to a farm, lovely owners - Great central KI location, there is a pub, laundromat and cafes just a short walk away. The cabin is new, clean with everything you need. Owners are very friendly and will show you their farm pets if you ask them :) None really except that cheeky magpies may knock on the glass windows to say hi early in the morning!
• Anne (10/5): Peaceful with sheep as Nextdoor neighbors - Great location, right in the middle of the island! Quiet and calm with the sheep as Nextdoor neighbors. Excellent communication with host. We will happily return!
• Melanie (9/5): Superb - Great communication, well appointed clean cabin. Not a dislike, but with a microwave, a few microwave containers would have been nice. Maybe a compendium also with TV instructions, rubbish removal upon leaving, local highlights. Just suggestions.
• Leanne (7/5): Parndana visit - Peaceful location, walking distance to local pub and super friendly sheep neighbours 😀 WiFi is challenging. Made watching TV difficult as kept dropping out. Would be nice to have welcome pack as most hosted facilities provide.
• Emma (8/5): Very accessable centrally located cabin on a beautiful working farm - Centrally located on island, good size cabin, clean, comfortable king size bed, good water pressure and hot water system, working farm around you but still very private. Couch was small for us and uncomfortable and we felt another lamp or coffee table would have been useful. Most things are there in the kitchen to get by but kitchen bench spray, paper-towel and a serrated knife would have been very useful.

Being on a sheep farm was amazing, although you were never close or bothered by the animals. Very grateful for the flexible check out times. Simply a wonderful stay. Nothing.

• Michelle (9/5): Great cabin , very modern, beautifully presented - Great cabin , located right in the heart of Kangaroo island . Set in amongst the trees and surrounded by sheep and birds , it was so tranquil.

• Neil (10/5): The perfect home away from home, to base yourself when staying on Kangaroo Island. - A delightful cabin for a couple. Well appointed and with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for a few days or a week or more, and the bed is so comfortable after a day sightseeing. Positioned amongst pine trees you are your own private world. Centrally located on the island so exploring the sights and restaurants etc is not a problem. There was nothing to not like really.

• Sian (8/5): Fantastic location and has everything you need! - This is the best location for exploring all of the Island as it’s really central. We loved the setting in the farm land with the sheep and chickens around. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Also the hosts were good at communicating. Very minor point but as it’s newly painted it did have quite an overpowering smell of paint but keeping the windows open helped although that meant accepting some dust. However this would not put me off staying again.
• Wayne (8/5): Ideal spot to explore Kangaroo Island - Glossy Black Cabin is close to the centre of Kangaroo Island so it was ideally located for us who wanted to explore both ends of the island. There is a small town just 800m away so necessities are close by. The cabin is literally in the middle of a paddock so be prepared to share the space with sheep and chickens. The cabin looks small but it very comfortable for two people. Excellent finishings. Nice shower. The only downside was that the internet was very flaky so bring a good book, game or conversation. If being off line makes you feel jittery, you may want to download entertainment before you arrive.

• Abbie (9/5): Superb - Cute little cabin located quite centrally on the island. On a farm property - lots of sheep and birds around. Owners are very lovely and accommodating. If you’re looking to be around kangaroos and wildlife at night, there’s not heaps around the cabin.
