The pool space was poor and the pool water wasn’t clear enough to use it twice. I think that since the pool is a part of the facilities, they should present it better.

Breakfast was good too, all well worth the price Signs mentioned rooftop bar from our 8th floor room, however there was no bar, either remove these signs or add a bar!
Lisa (7/5): You don’t get what you pay for - All staff were very kind and helpful. I think this used to be a premium hotel but it really needs improvement for the price. Our air conditioner worked on occasion. Hanoi is in a heat wave so we really needed the air con. My husband ate the breakfast meats and I didn’t, he had diarrhea for 24 hours, air conditioning decided to not work so it was really uncomfortable for him. They sent maintenance up to fix it on day 2 of 4, we finally asked to be moved to a new room on day 3, which they did. The pool area pictures do not match what it actually looks like. Loungers are broken, and I don’t think the pool was serviced at all while we were there. Pool wasn’t clean.
Jorg (7/5): War okay für eine Nacht, aber wenn sie ihre Arbeit richtig machen würden, könnte man mehr herausholen - Zimmer war gut, der Rest nicht so Raum vor dem gym ist wie ein Abstellraum, die Toilette beim gym hatte weder Toilettenpapier noch Papiertücher. Nach der Suche nach Klopapier habe ich einen offenen Müllbeutel (?) in einem Schrank gefunden, mit Fliegen und Schimmel… pool area sieht auch heruntergekommen aus und habe den Pool deshalb nicht genutzt

El desayuno tipo buffet fantástico: hay café y té, además de zumos y leche fría. te calientan la leche si se lo pides. Además de pan, mermelada, queso y jamón hay comida caliente: rollos fritos, fideos, noodles, bacon, etc. Te hacen en directo huevos revueltos, a la plancha, cocidos y también sopa pho típica. Un día tuvimos una excursión muy temprano y nos pusieron el desayuno para llevar. La piscina está limpia con baños y duchas que puedes usar después del check out. La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar. Había pelos de afeitarse en el lavabo

JEROME (4/5): Je déconseille , très déçue - Hotel bien placé. Les chambres sont bien aménagées. Environnement animé et sur. La vue du toit. L’hôtel a proposé 15% de remise sur le tarif pour s’excuser des problèmes de climatisation des chambres. Dans les chambres, Problème de climatisation qui n’a pas été résolu. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Il fait 38-40 degrés en ville. Chaque jour, j’ai notifié le problème mais non résolu. La photo de la piscine n’a aucun rapport avec la réalité. La piscine est très sale, les chaises percées et les poufs déchirés. Le petit dej n’a pas trop d’intérêt. Pour finir, ma fille a laissé son collier de baptême sur son lit et on ne l’a pas retrouvé à notre retour le soir. Le collier a disparu et n’a pas été restitué.
Isabelle (9/5): - The staff helped us book a taxi from the airport and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Our room was spotless and clean, as where the pool facilities on the roof top. The location is great, near the water and within walking distance of the old quarter. There is a beautiful bookshop opposite the store (Hanoi Bookworm) which is the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon, while grabbing a coffee. The view from the rooftop is also worth the stay for. Importantly the air-conditioning in our room worked perfectly. The hotel is great value for money and a perfect way to have a very comfortable stay in Hanoi.

Miguel Angel (10/5): Buen hotel - El rooftop espectacular, buen desayuno, mucha amabilidad y buen inglés por parte de los recepcionistas. Buenas habitación con vistas El gym no es realmente un gym sino literalmente una máquina de correr, otra de bici, un banco y alguna perilla.

Linda (8/5): - Top locatie: het meer en het oude centrum op loopafstand en koffie-, eettentjes, supermarkt en een bank letterlijk om de hoek. Net hotel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en behulpzaam personeel. Het zwembad heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar helaas geen schaduw.
Vincenzo (9/5): Eine tolle, zuverlässige Basis für Tagesausflüge und abendliche Spaziergänge! - Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von der Altstadt entfernt. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch problemlos das Mausoleum ohne einem "Grab" (wie unser Uber) erreichen. Frühstück gibt es täglich ab bereits 6 Uhr früh. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und wer eine Pho mag, bekommt diese genauso wie ein Omelett frisch zubereitet. Fast das gesamte Personal spricht ausreichend bis sehr gut Englisch, sodass der Duolingo-Kurs Vietnamesisch hilfreich aber nicht notwendig ist. Ohne Übertreibung können wir sagen, dass die Betten / Matratzen hervorragend waren. Auf dem Dach, über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar, befindet sich oberhalb des 8. OG ein ca. 10 m X 5 m großer, gepflegter Pool mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf Hanoi. Wenn mal etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, zum Beispiel wenn nach einem Typhoon der Frühstücksraum unter Wasser steht, oder die Fahrstühle nicht funktionieren, werden diese Probleme nicht ausgesessen, sondern Lösungen gesucht. Das Hotel hat auch einen riesigen eigenen Notstromgenerator, welchen wir aber nicht im Betrieb gesehen haben. Das Trinkwasser ist im Hotel völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten in den zwei Wochen kein einziges Mal ein Problem. Ein klein bisschen mehr Auswahl an Belag für den Toast. Aber das ist bei dem übrigen Buffett ein Nobelproblem.
