• Melanie (9/5): - Die Kommunikation vorher war reibungslos, die Schlüssel hat uns der Hauseigentümer selber übergeben. Er war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt 😊 Wir haben es im Haus sehr sauber empfunden, wir waren zu viert es war von allem genug da und auch Dinge die man sonst nicht im Hausrat eines Ferienhauses findet. Wir kamen nach Regen an und einen Tag später wurde der Pool gereinigt. Der Garten im Poolbereich ist schön gemacht, der restliche Garten ist tatsächlich etwas ungepflegt. Der Hausherr selber hat erzählt, dass er 71 Jahre ist …. Wir haben frische Feigen und Kaltusfeigen gefunden und beschloss, dass wir im Urlaub einfach nicht so genau hin schauen 😇 die Schlüssel haben wir bei der Abreise der Putzfee übergeben, eine quirligen Mallorquinerin 💗 das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis hat bei uns gepasst und wir haben ein Stück echtes Mallorca gesehen und erlebt. Danke das wir Gast im Haus und auf der Insel sein durften 🫶🌴🕍
• Simone (10/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt, kommen wieder - Die Abgeschiedenheit - der Pool - die Küche mit tollem Herd und großen Kühlschrank - sauberes Grundstück Der Generator ist zwar nötig aber auch recht laut.
• Christy (2/5): Don’t stay here!! You’ve been warned! - Cute villa. Good location. Unclean. Ants everywhere. Heavy musky smell when we first entered. Not all facilities/equipment advertised were present - not enough cutlery, no toilet tissue, pool towels were stained. Pool wasn’t clean. BBQ wasn’t clean. Pool loungers had mould on. Cooker didn’t work properly. Unable to lock sliding door of conservatory. Told upon arrival that the air con is temperamental - then for half the week we had no air con as the generator broke. This included stints of have no running water either.

• Fleur (4/5): Disappointing - The pool It seemed neglected. The kitchen equipment was old and it definitely needs updating. The main shower room and downstairs loo were nice, as were the bedrooms. But there seemed to be a lot that needed work - pots with dead plants outside, a fairly untidy pool area, shower slightly coming away from the wall, a loo that didn’t flush properly. When we arrived we were told the aircon could only be used for an hour at a time. We managed to get this changed so that we could use it for longer and it was definitely needed. The wiring was a bit of a worry though. The location is calm - apart from lots of planes as it’s in Palma airport flight path. It could be a lovely place to stay if it was better looked after.
