• Mary (10/5): Perfect loved it . - Fantastic place to stay in Ksmail . Location perfect for exploring the area accessing trips and tours, and experiencing both busy and quiet areas . The hotel room was perfect, clean, comfortable and with a sea view . Despite being near loud bars on the sea front, once we closed doors there was no noise we were undisturbed and slept really well . Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying amazing sunsets . The staff were all pleasant and helpful . The young lad that served breakfast, was so lovely and did a great job . The amount of food was very generous , more than we could eat ! The bus to Sarande was outside the hotel so ideal for getting back to the ferry port . Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again ! Nothing !
• Georgina (9/5): Well located small hotel - A very well-located brand and new small hotel with a beautiful view from the sea facing rooms. There is a parking area right next to the hotel which is a huge bonus as street parking can be difficult. The owners were very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. I expected to hear the noisy beach bars from our room but we could not hear them at all. It suited our needs perfectly.

• katja (9/5): Afa Hotel the best view of the sunset in Ksamil - colazione buona offerta di prodotti sia dolce che salato ed ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con il sorriso dallo staff che è molto gentile e cordiale. Ottima la pulizia della camere in particolare. Le camere con vista sul mare al tramonto regalano uno spettacolo mozzafiato ottima posizione, in centro a due passi dalla movida con le camere ben insonorizzate che riparano dai rumori notturni Tutto davvero positivo una piccola nota ma che è estremamente personale, non condivido il lenzuolo coprimaterasso con la parte in plastica, ed anche suggerirei dovrebbero optare per le lenzuola con gli angoli ;)
• Jennifer (10/5): - The staff were fabulous and location was great... the closest beach is the busiest but easy to walk a short way to a more relaxed beach and atmosphere. The hotel breakfast so good. Highly recommend for a stay that is easy and good value for Ksamil. We didn't mind but the street facing rooms can be a wee bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but funny to watch the street action at night.

Wenn die Handtücher dreckig waren haben Sie Fotos gemacht und um neue Handtücher zu bekommen, muss man mal mit der Rezeption erst reden, das geht mal gar nicht. Klopapier einlagig sehr schlecht.

Check in saatimiz 11.00 olmasına rağmen 07.00da girişimizi yaptık, kahvaltının yanına, kahvaltıya dahil olmayan ürünlerden sipariş verdik, her seferinde ödemek istememize rağmen kabul etmediler, otel konum olarak da poda, foga beach gibi buranın bilinen işletmelerine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, kendine ait otopark alanı da mevcut, her şeyden memnun kaldık 🙏

• Vicky (10/5): 10/10 Highly recommended - The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and so breathtaking, also it’s a great sized space. We had a double bed with a single and it was more than spacious for 2 of us. The bedding and towels were changed daily, it was super clean. Great shower and excellent wi-fi. The staff couldn’t do enough and were really friendly. The breakfast was huge and really filling for the day. The hotel is in the best location and a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is sound proof so you can’t hear the music from the nightclubs and the doors have double locking system so super secure and you have a safe in the room. This is an amazing hotel and simply has something about it, its family run and you feel right at home. Also the bus stop is outside if you’re coming or going from Sarande. Highly recommend. Nothing

• Pero (9/5): Nice stay - The accommodation met all our expectations. It is located centrally, but still away from the noisy bars and clubs. The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was a set menu. Although not a buffet, the offering was more than fine for us: a choice between toast or eggs, then a croissant, bread with jam and butter, tomatoes... only one cup of coffee and a bottle of juice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The taverna within the establishment is also a very good option for having lunch/dinner. All in all a good choice for Ksamil. The hotel is situated on the main road but that did not bother us particularly.

• Ana (9/5): Delicious food, very nice staff, clean room - We really enjoyed our stay in Afa Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The bedroom was not very big or luxurious but it covered all the basics. I must say that the suite was very clean. The shower doesn't have a tray so the water spreds a little throughout the badroom but that was the only negative thing to point out. Breakfast is not buffet and has less variety compared to other hotels. However the food tastes like homemade, super tasty! The ham and cheese toast, omelette, sausages and cream croissant were delicious! The hotel is close to the beach (less than 5minutes walking) and has many restaurants around. In front of it there are also a pharmacy and a supermarket. If you are looking for a place with a good value for money, I definitely recommend the Afa Hotel! I do not usually write long reviews like this but the staff truly deserves it. It can be a bit noisy during the night, since it is located in a main street. Maybe get a shower tray for the bathroom.
• Alex (9/5): Friendly, great view & location - Amazing location, views over Ksamil are great - esp at sunset! It’s also just enough out of the intense beach club scene to be relaxing, but easily walkable to everything. Staff were really helpful, and the taverna downstairs was excellent. Parking was also really easy. All in all loved it! Small thing and def not a dealbreaker, but bed was pretty hard.

The location is fine, a short uphill walk from the beaches which is good as it takes the edge off the bar music down there. Bed firm but good, quiet air con, fast WiFi and nice finish to room and corridors. I reckon we'll come back if we return to Ksamil. Nothing, they should lock down the WiFi though - simple fix.

Initially, the hotel didn't strike us as anything out of the ordinary, but as soon as we stepped into the reception area, we were greeted by the invigorating scent of cleanliness. This attention to hygiene persisted throughout our entire stay, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness. The hotel staff, despite not being fluent in English, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from day one until our departure. They made a genuine effort to bridge the language gap. We opted for the breakfast-inclusive package, and it was nothing short of perfection. Each morning, we savored freshly baked croissants, toasted bread with creamy butter and various jams, and eggs prepared in countless delicious ways. All in all, we were not just pleasantly surprised but genuinely impressed by our experience at Hotel AFA. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone seeking a remarkable stay in Ksamil.

The Rooms are a bit small for a family with little space to put your stuff. A little shelf in the bathroom would have been nice.

An acceptable beakfast was included with plenty of tea and coffee . Our friends had laundry done and the hotel did it free of charge which was a lovely gesture. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Butrint Archaeological Park which is just a short drive away and the beach, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The cleanliness is on a very high level! And the parking is a big plus! Breakfast was very boring. Every day the same choice of food. The room had a noisy toilet and a noisy neighborhood because of the closest bar and restaurants.
