• yaithailand (9/5): - It was a very beautiful place to stay in Venice. Just only 400 m from the pier. Really beautiful scenery around the apartment Plus it has a really nice restaurant downstairs. The room was newly renovated. It has a washing machine inside the apartment which was a plus for traveler who needs to clean the clothes while traveling. Just a little bit of stair climbing to the third floor which was very narrow.

• Juan (4/5): No lo recomiendo - Ubicación No tuvieron limpio y desocupado el hospedaje hasta después de las 13 pm cuando el check oit era aclas 10:30 AM. 1 toalla de baño estaba húmeda. La cama individual era incomodaría y además atravesaba la puerta del baño por lo que tenias que pasar por arriba para poder entrar. La ducha mojaba mucho el baño. Los escalones de la escalera eran chicos y peligrosos. Los 2 pisos con bolsos era complicado.

• Adriana (7/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado. La información de donde se encontraban las llaves para entrar al apartamento no fue suficientemente clara y nos costó encontrarlas.
• Rita (6/5): Nagyon jó környéken helyezkedik el, két felnőtt számára kényelmes szállás. - A szállás kiváló elhelyezkedésű: mindössze 10 perc sétára található a Szent Márk tértől, és körülbelül 20 perc alatt elérhetők a Velencei Biennálé helyszínei (Arsenale és Giardini). 15 perce sétára van a Muranoi vaporetto megállótóktól. A franciaágy kényelmes volt, azonban a kisebb, egyszemélyes ágy már kevésbé. Ez utóbbi a fürdőszoba előtti folyosón helyezkedett el, és kihúzott állapotban teljesen elzárta a nagyon keskeny közlekedőt. A fürdőszobába való bejutáshoz át kellett lépni az ágyon. A szállás két személy részére kényelmes, három felnőtt már szűkösen fér el. A fürdőben erős csatornaszag volt érezhető. Zuhanyzás után a víz kifolyt a zuhanyzóból a fürdőszoba padlójára. A konyhában a tányérok és poharak tiszták voltak, viszont a serpenyők zsírosak maradtak, így inkább nem főztünk. A bornyitó erősen rozsdás volt. A WIFI nem működött.
• claudie (8/5): Vraiment tres agreable je recommande !! - La tranquillité, la situation géographique a 10 h de san Marco , les équipements et le confort du gd lit extra 👍en de la disponibilité de l’hôte remarquable !👍👍 Le lit une place déplié rend difficile l’acces a la salle de bain et le matelas est peu confortable pour un adolescent !

• Trinity (10/5): Perfect location and amazing AC!! - My partner and I loved staying here! The location is perfect — you’re right in the center of everything, yet it’s tucked away on a side street, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Venice can get really humid, so the air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver. The host was fantastic — he responded quickly and answered all our questions. The apartment was well-equipped with a mini fridge, stove, and washing machine, which was super convenient. It’s hard to find places with a washing machine! There’s no dryer, but there’s an empty wardrobe with plenty of hangers. We washed our clothes at night, hung them up, and they were dry by morning. Just a heads-up: bring some cash for the tourist tax. We absolutely recommend staying here! Book it! No complaints.
• Anupam (6/5): Tiring - Just the location was amazing. Very close to san marco square and rialto bridge First of all it’s third floor and no lift . We were travelling with luggage and of course child stroller and it was a nightmare to do up and down. If you are travelling with small child then avoid this place. Secondly, there were lot of review about the water coming out of shower area in the bathroom, o checked with the host before and he mentioned it is fine , it is not fine !!! The water does come out of the shower area ever ye time and we have to out a towel to soak it and then dry the towel and it happened daily. Thirdly, Wi-Fi dint work at all. Very small apartment for this price and hardly any space to move
• Brendan (7/5): Good - Property is as described and as per photos. Good location, located in between the Rialto Bridge at one end and San Marco at the other end. Property was clean and the cleaning person was very helpful. The 4 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. The WiFi did not work at all, and the host didn't do much to resolve. The shower screen isn't very good as water ends up flowing into the bathroom.
• Yu (7/5): Good - The kitchen is unusable, the pots have many scratches, there is no water boiler, even tea and coffee cannot be made, the bathroom curtain is installed backwards, and the water will overflow when taking a shower
• Kori (7/5): Good - It was a nice quiet location and fairly close to everything. There was no wifi, you had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

• Alexandra (5/5): We love Venice and because of that we simply tolerated the problems of this apartment. - Very good location, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Quite spacious room with very high ceilings that make it look even bigger. Nice view of the rooftops of Venice. 1) There was no heating, and we had to use the air-condition for the whole length of our stay - in January, just one air-condition is simply not enough for a high-ceiling apartment. 2) The beds were not made and there were fewer towels available. Looking for bedsheets, we found used ones (probably from the previous guests) just jumbled and hidden in a drawer - disgusting! We had to contact the person in charge who told us where to find some - which were simply washed (not necessarily clean), and poorly folded (NOT ironed). Didn't find enough pillow cases and had to cover the pillow with the sheet. We had to make our beds in order to sit and sleep on the bed - for almost 200 euros per night, this is simply unacceptable.
• Marilyn (9/5): Ideal pied a terre for a short break in Venice, more suited to a younger couple with good legs! - Location was excellent. Quiet at night. Two restaurants very close by. Very cosy, easily heats up when you get the boiler to work. Lots of light and sun flood in through 3 windows. Lovely view of Venetian rooftops. The host could have done more to help with getting heating to work. In the end it was basically a "get on with it yourself" situation. There was a complete lack of any instructions/useful information to help the guest. The shower needs to be better siliconed to avoid water spilling into bathroom. The shower also needs an accessory on which to place soap/shower gel/shampoo etc. There are a lot of stairs! One word of warning: if you arrive or leave in the dark make sure you have a light/torch otherwise you will not be able to see the numbers on the key box.

• John (9/5): Ideal apartment worth the money . - Property was near everywhere we wanted to visit near great restaurants and a great shopping area also near to all the must see sights. Property was ideal for our short stay everything you needed . Only drawback was stairs up to flat but that was only because I have difficulty with climbing stairs other than that it was all good.

• Cassandra (7/5): Great location, - Location is amazing and double bed is large and comfortable. High ceilings and thatched windows gives the property a lovely feel. We had difficulty getting inside initially (there is a key box on the rails, at top of stairs, before you enter inside). Although the bedsheets and towels were clean the facility wasn’t. The kitchen could be easily set up to be well equipped but it wasn’t. No kettle and drawers full of mismatched and unnecessary items. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 adults.

• Nicole (6/5): Good accommodation for location - not quite as comfortable. - The location was good - super easy to get to from San Marco zaccaria station. Having access to a washing machine was good. Air conditioning was good too. Easy to check in and gain access to the accommodation. The shower curtain appears to be on the wrong way so every time we showered water would spill all over the bathroom floor. The bed was a sofa bed (which would be okay for some) but my partner with prior back issues did not cope sleeping on that bed unfortunately. The place fit two people - but I don’t think you could fit 3 people in there.

• Dominika (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect, very close to Piazza San Marco and also vaporetto. Room was nice, clean, comfy, air conditioning was working. Very recommened! The only problem was the shower. Every bath was finish with a lot of water on the floor, because doors of the shower cabin were plastic and not very good working.
• Smaragdi (7/5): Good - Cute apartment for two guests. Very nice central location, you could say it has a view . Fully equiped kitchen, even has a washing machine on the bathroom. Bathroom spacious enough Too small for three guests. The maid must be more careful with several details. Also please fix the door of the shower!!! Its new but they have put it in the wrong way and all the water gets out!! Also if you have a problem going up on stairs dont book it. You have to go up three floors
• E. (7/5): If you’re looking for a simple studio near the most popular places - Ideally situated and perfectly clean. It was lacking in confort a bit, simple and small conveniences like a towel hanger in the bathroom, a bedside lamp…

• Vikas (10/5): It was comfortable stay - The location was fantastic. You can reach the San Marco and rialto bridge in just few minutes. It’s on 4th floor. However. In Venice it is ok.
