• Lorenzo (5/5): Zona di Bruxelles priva di sicurezza è molto discutibile - Struttura che va bene per un soggiorno veloce senza grosse pretese c’è un po di tutto Zona assolutamente malfamata e non sicura, lontana dal centro anche se vicina a una linea tram, non sicura soprattutto nel pomeriggio e nella notte, senza tetto che vivono davanti all’ingresso, sicurezza assente e nessuna attività adiacente che permette anche movimento di persone, assolutamente sconsigliata soprattutto per donne che vanno sole o in coppia. Zona veramente poco sicura, non ci siamo mai sentiti al sicuro uscendo e tornando ci metteva pensiero

• Liliana (7/5): Boa acomodação mas localização alarmante - O quarto era muito bom, tudo novo e super limpo. Cama confortável e com roupa de cama muito quentinha. Funcionários sempre prestáveis, preocupados e que respondiam prontamente. O dono sempre muito atencioso que nos respondeu a tudo desde o início. Limpeza do quarto era feita regularmente, roupa de cama foi trocada 2x em 7 noites. As toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias. O ponto mais negativo foi a localização perto da Gare du Midi, uma estação muito problemática e com a qual terão de lidar com muita cautela caso procurem sair muito principalmente a noite.

Logement "neuf" dans un vieux bâtiment Promesse de pouvoir déposer nos bagages dès 11h30 non tenue .Pas de réponse à la porte avec attente sous la pluie. Le code pour ouvrir la porte fonctionnait juste à 15h. Stress et perte de temps à attendre , à rappeler Le code Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas....rappel

Siamo rimasti fuori a Bruxelles a mezzanotte vicino alla stazione... Non capisco come booking permette queste cose. L'assistenza di booking dice che dovevo contattarli prima per avere il rimborso e nemmeno quello sono degli infami! DA EVITARE!!! Infami per non dire altro!!! È una struttura falsa, non abbiamo potuto accedere alla struttura! Siamo rimasti fuori a Bruxelles a mezzanotte vicino alla stazione... Non capisco come booking permette queste cose. L'assistenza di booking dice che dovevo contattarli prima per avere il rimborso e nemmeno quello sono degli infami!

• Hayley (7/5): Great location, comfortable and good value - Excellent location for the train station and only about a 20 minute walk to Grand Place and most of the main sights. Very calm, tasteful decor, with soft lighting. Powerful shower. Comfy bed. Netflix. Fridge in room. There’s changed daily. Although it’s a good location it felt a bit of a “rough” area. Quite steep steps up to the apartment.
• HSIAOCHIEN (10/5): 整體上來說是不錯的，沒有電梯，如果腳受傷跟扛大行李的人，也不適合 - 如果腳受傷的人，就不是適合住在這裏，因為沒有電梯，樓梯又很抖 ，我這次因為腳受傷，看到這沒有電梯，完全是悲劇，爬樓梯對我來說是很大的問題，蓮蓬頭的水有一點小 。

• Daniel (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt, klein aber überraschend gut ausgestatet. - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war super und das Badezimmer modern und sauber – es gab eine hochwertige Ausstattung und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Zugang über einen Türcode war zunächst etwas ungewohnt, aber hat problemlos geklappt und war letztlich sehr praktisch. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Wir waren etwa 30 Minuten zu früh da und mussten erst telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen, um Zugang zu bekommen. Das war etwas umständlich und könnte besser organisiert sein. Trotzdem waren wir dankbar, dass wir früher einchecken durften – das hat uns sehr geholfen.
• Cynthia (7/5): The stay was good with a good value. - The rooms were spacious and wide. Beds were comfortable. Location was near midi station which made transportation easier. The stairs were steep and no elevator. The location was a little bit creepy at night, we had to be very attentive when returning in the evening. One of the 2 rooms had problem with the shower drain.

• Karol (5/5): - La cama Que pedimos una habitación doble con dos camas de matrimonio y a minutos de llegar a la estancia nos mandan un mensaje que no puede ser , que cancelemos y que nos devuelven el dinero , pero nosotros reclamamos y nos solucionaron con dos habitaciones , después al irnos la camarera de pisos tocando a mi compañeros que desocupemos las habitaciones , y no eran ni las 11, la chica mal educada la verdad , la verdad que no volveríamos a quedarnos hay , gracias ! Nos quedamos porque no teníamos donde ir Dormir sino nos ubieramos ido ! Mala experiencia de esta estancia !
• Katty (7/5): Airbnb near station/ - The bed and space is ok for a short stay. TV has streamlined apps It is an Airbnb. There is no reception so you can contact them only if you have roaming. Only stairs. The location is good but it is a bad area, dirty and it feels dangerous at night. The room has a drainage system problem. The shower and sink got clogged with a minimum amount of water.
• Miguel (6/5): Demasiado caluroso - Ubicación decente. Apartamento equipado con lo básico. Alojado en el tercer piso, escaleras muy empinadas y pequeñas para subir las maletas. Hacía demasiado calor junto con la humedad, sin aire acondicionado. Además a esto se sumó que el último día tuvimos un corte de electricidad de 1 hora y posteriores micro cortes, tuvimos que ponernos en contacto mediante chat para que viniesen a solucionarlo.

• Vesna (8/5): Great location for train travellers, neighbourhood a bit sketchy - Location was good, room spacy Neighbourhood was a bit iffy, small groups of people hanging around even at 4 am. You can also hear the trains, so not good for light sleepers. We got apt 51 which was on 5th floor, lots of stairs to climb with suitcases.

• Christopher (10/5): Affordable, clean and spacious place, however wouldn’t recommend if you got mobility problems - Very close to the train station and near shops and food places Having to walk up the stairs to the 5th floor every time I came back to my room, it was a gym workout.

• Asmaa (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is beautiful, with a spacious bedroom, a well-equipped bathroom, and an ideal location just a short walk from Midi Station. What I liked less was the lack of an elevator, especially since the apartment is on the fourth floor. Also, the cleaning lady did come and cleaned the bathroom, but she didn’t make the bed.

• Bruna (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and comfortable room. The cleaning lady was very nice and kind. The location, very scary place. Not safe at all. Plus, the codes to open the doors were not working properly.we had to keep calling them to ask for a new code, it happened in the middle of the night, we had to wait 10 minutes to get a new code, while there were people smoking crack 10 meters away from us.
• Kjellaugt (7/5): Except for 71 steep steps up to the room, excellent - Nice, clean and good sized room and bathroom. Good bed and bedlinen. To our surprise, during the night it was very quiet, so slept very well. Possible to keep the sleeping area cold, whilst there was a towel drier with heating to keep the bathroom warm, so that was perfect. Also only a few minutes walk from the railway station. The only thing we didn't like was to walk up 71 steep steps of steep stairs. Having arthrosis in my knees and a lung decease didn't actually help. Didn't feel the area was very safe in the evening, but being close to the railway station, assume this is as expected.

No one knew where it was where we were a hundred yards away. Currently surrounded by road works and a market van right across the door. 5 flights of stairs and no lift

• Miriam (4/5): Difficult to find!! - Inside the flat everything was clean. Very well equipped: hair drier, towels, soap, shampoo, fridge, coffee and tea. The Internet works very well and there are USB chargers, perfect for working online. Difficult to find the place, no indication outside, many other 'midi' around. For some moments I thought it didn't exist. It's surrounded by a place under construction and therefore is very dark and is dangerous at night. Inside there was no lift and the stairs are narrow. Very loud at night, some people were arriving at 2am and 4am and the noise of the doors and voices were echoed.

• Chrissy (1/5): Absolutely disgusted with the treatment and lack of customer service. - It was so easy to book on booking.com. The location was easy to find The code we were given for the door did not work. Unable to contact anyone to help us. We used a bag storage facility and walked around. Came back to the accommodation and still our code did not work. We found a vacancy elsewhere and stayed 2 nights there. I have communicated with the Midi Stay, who have advised me I have to contact some one other than them for a refund. The communication from them is not in English. It appears they are not going to make this an easy process for the refund.

• Ben (1/5): ADVERTISED AS 2 BEDROOMS BUT INSTEAD GOT ONE ROOM WITH 2 BEDS - BOOKED FOR 2 COUPLES SO 4 ADULTS IN TOTAL - AND WAS GIVEN 1 ROOM WITH 2 BEDS IN IT. SO NO PRIVACY FOR ANY COUPLE.
• Kovacevic (1/5): Bad - The apartment was nice furnished, and the heating was okay. The window by the bed couldn’t close entirely and it was loud all the time we were in the apartment because the train station is right away, so all the noise was even worser. We contacted the owner to fix the window, and although he said he’ll send someone to fix it, no one came. In the end, for our complete stay there the window wasn’t working and since it’s december, the cold wind was going through it. We had to manage it ourselves and put a towel to partially remove the cold and wind coming through the window. Also the staff that cleans apartmens doesn’t speak english at all, so she didn’t understand that we wanted her to clean the apartment but instead she didn’t clean it at all.

• Stefani (8/5): A quite pleasant stay - The location is very close to the station. The room itself was clean with all the amentities covered. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Little things, like a window in the toilet would be useful, some of the sockets don’t work, you can hear the trains because of the location ( but not too much ).

• Thomas (1/5): Do Not Stay Here. - The room looked just like the picture. Firstly we didn't stay here. We didn't feel safe, so we left. Every room has the same code as the front door. Not to mention how hard it was to find, or the homeless fighting in front of the door.
• Larry (1/5): Bad overall experience. - The bed was comfortable The location was the worst. I got mugged just outside the front door and nearly lost an expensive watch, but I fought back and the two young men then ran away. My face got bloodied and my finger strained.
• Loreta (1/5): Car got broken into!!! - The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Our car was broken into and towed. When we arrived there, the host assured us that we could park there. When we tried to reach them for help after our car was gone next day, there was no answer. I would never rent from this host again!!!
