• Till (9/5): Ziemlich super! - Sehr ruhige Lage (abgesehen von ein paar Werkstattgeräuschen und Gesprächen ab etwa halb neun), aber nachts totenstill, obwohl es zur "Ameisenstraße" Ferrovia-Rialto nur etwa drei Ecken sind. Mehrere Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Ein kleiner Coop drei Blöcke weiter. Trotz kleiner Mängel (siehe unten) eine wirklich sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Grazie mille a Federico, che ci ha risolto un problema particolare (non scriverò più). Tolles Doppelbett. Geschlafen wie auf einer Wolke. Aber das Schlafsofa war für unsere Kinder (zehn und zwölf) doch ziemlich schmal. Sie haben dann lieber quer darauf geschlafen ... In der Wohnung ging zwar die Deckenbeleuchtung nicht (Fernbedienung nicht gekoppelt?), aber es gab noch genügend andere Lampen. Der Abfluss der Dusche roch streng nach Kanal, aber einen Plastikbeutel und etwas Wasser drüber und gelöst war das Problem.

• EVA (3/5): El “Luxury” sobra, la comunicación falta - Cercanía a Rialto. Está ubicado a nivel del suelo en un callejón. El sofá cama es muy muy incómodo para dormir. Realmente es un apartamento para 2 personas. No aportan productos de higiene como viene en las fotos, sí hay 3 botes fijos en ducha sin nombres, desconociendo su contenido. En cocina, No hay microondas!!! La comunicación con agencia inexistente, no cumplieron a nuestra solicitud de reponer la cafetera que no funcionaba, entre otras cosas, y sin instrucciones para dejar las llaves en check Out. No vendría nada mal lavar las fundas de cojines y colchas. En fin, el luxury sobra
• Dota (1/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja aczkolwiek polecam zabranie małych podręcznych walizek gdyż odległość od parkingu/stacji autobusowej, dość spora. Sam apartament bardzo blisko centrum, 3min od Rialto, 15min spacerem od Placu Świętego Marka, W okolicy fajne restauracja. Polecam śniadania w Brunch Cafe. Zameldowanie i podejście właściciela tragedia!!! Typowo włoskie bezczelne podejście. W wiadomościach od właściciela brakuje tylko typowego włoskiego gestu ręką. Zaraz po rezerwacji długa wiadomość z ostrzeżeniami, w fatalnym tonie. Kara za to i za tamto jak się nie spełni warunków. Dzień przed zameldowaniem, sms z zapytaniem o której będziemy żeby pracownik mógł przekazać klucze. Mimo podania konkretnej godziny, na miejscu nikogo nie było. Prośba o zdjęcia paszportów albo kazano nam czekać minimum 30min (pracownik przybył po około 45min). Jako goście musicie czekać mimo podania konkretnej godziny przyjazdu, a właściciel w swoich wiadomościach ostrzegawczych pisze że jak TY się spóźnisz to on przyjdzie kiedy to jemu będzie pasowało gdyż takie chodzenie bardzo dużo go kosztuje. Dzieci głodne a tutaj czekanie. Właściciel unikał odpowiedzi na pytanie jak włączyć światło a później okazało się, że ledy na suficie są poprostu zepsute. Za te niedogodności pracownik nie kazał płacić podatku ale szczerze to wolałbym światło niż zaoszczędzone 20 euro. Na domiar złego apartament mieści się między wąskimi uliczkami i światło dzienne tam nie dociera. Obok warsztat więc hałas i chodzenie pod okanmi od 8:00 rana. Apartament jest ładnie urządzony, ale z powodu braku światła sprawia wrażenie ciemnego i ponurego miejsca. Brak drzwi między syplianią a salonem więc jak podróżujecie w więcej niż 2 osoby, to trzeba to mieć na uwadze. Brak normalnej pościeli a zamiast kołdry, prześcieradło. Żona miała z tego powodu kłopoty z zaśnięciem. Fajna łazienka z dużym prysznicem ale czasem zapach nieciekawy.

• Rajdeep (10/5): - Location - the best part of Venice was just a 2 minute walk away. And also the fact that the apartment was super clean. We stayed there for a couple days and loved it. Coffee and toiletries were provided amply. Staff were super nice. The bathroom is super clean. However, probably because of a drainage issue there is a smell at times. Apart from that everything else was on order.

• Hallie (8/5): Good location. Quiet street. - Very quiet but great location. All listed amenities were in order. Clean. Meeting someone to collect keys is always a bit of a time suck. No luggage storage on day of checkout.

• Sher (10/5): Exceptional - This house is highly recommended! It’s new, tastefully renovated and well equipped where you can even bake in the kitchen. Federico gave us a good introduction of three place. It’s well located, not at busy junction, yet with restaurants around and about 18-20mins walk from the Venice car park. Do carry small luggages or backpack as there are stairs and bridges in Venice. We leave our big luggages at luggage storage stores and went in with cabin luggages.
• Valentina (10/5): Very satisfied and will highly recommend to others - Great location, clean and modern (renovated old apartment in the center of city), situated on a small quiet street. Ferry, food shops, city attractions, shopping district are all in close proximity. It is ideal for a couple or family as has a bed room (that lack the door) and bed soffa in the leaving room/kitschen, but can be unconvenient for those who require privacy.
