- Hristina (5/5): - The reservation was accepted and I payed in Booking. But I had to call, because there is nobody. The lady on the phone said - lucky you, I was about to stop responding on 10 min. Even though we sent the exact time for check in. We were explicitly looking for a property with parking included, but eventually they didn’t allowed us to use the parking, though there were enough free spaces. Just no explanation.

- Sladjana (5/5): Passable - Property is advertised with the ‘private parking’ which doesn’t exist. As the booking says you can book your parking before arrival, once I reached out to the landlord they said that they dont have a parking there is parking in the area but they dont take care of it. Quite disappointing considered that we traveled by car and we booked that place with the purpose of having a parking. Since the booking is without cancellation i would recommend to think twice as communication with the owner was not easy and we had to chase them for a reply to a certain extent.
