• Kimberley (7/5): Weekend stay, GenX couple, few small things ruined it for us unfortunately - nice view of the river, with walking track around it.. undercover parking, security, full kitchen, laundry.. The room was clean & tidy.. Everything you would need in an apartment. The bed was way too soft for me personally, and there were no blockout blinds in the lounge area, so the whole unit became very bright early in the mornings, with little privacy at night if the lights were on. The bedroom was also quite stuffy as the windows could not be opened and the ceiling fan didn’t make much difference. The exhaust fans in both the bathroom and euro laundry also did not appear to be working. The dishwasher had not been unloaded from the previous guests on arrival. After-hours check-in instructions could have been clearer. We booked Broadwater and ended up in Saltwater, and it was not clear until arrival that both were on the same property. We then had to call for further guidance as we had difficulty locating the letterboxes to collect the keys. The person on the phone just kept telling us to “go out the front”, which was not particularly helpful as the letterboxes were not in clear sight. Perhaps guests could be advised to park as soon as they enter the driveway and collect the keys first. The location is great if you have a car, but not so great if you don't as there are no cafes or grocery stores within walking distance

• Peter (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay when at Lake Kawana - The apartment was a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that was spotlessly clean. The way the building is designed allows for breezes to flow through the apartment. The apartment has ceiling fans and an a/c unit. While we had warm weather, the breezes and ceiling fan were enough to keep the apartment cool. We didn't need the a/c. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and laundry which we required for the 4 days we were there for our Dragon Boat regatta. Both bedrooms had comfortable queen size beds and built in wardrobes. The single bathroom required us to share, but wasn't a big issue. The complex facilities include a BBQ and pool, which we didn't use, but are used by others who stay there. It was a perfect place for us to stay for 4 days while paddling at the Australian Dragon Boat Championship at Lake Kawana. Nothing to complain about really. The pillows on the beds are very thin, but that's a first world problem.

Noise from closing doors of neighbours early mornings and late evenings was deafening especially having the room facing the entrance.

• Arian (10/5): Super convenient to SCUH, very comfortable, clean, great views - Clean apartment with all the essentials. Aircon worked extremely well, shower good, everything worked and in good condition. The caretakers were particularly helpful, efficient and kind. Great views over the water.

• Susan (7/5): Pleasant, comfortable and great price - The place was quite easy to find and was close to most places where we wanted to go. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Everything you would need in an apartment. Beautiful view of the canal and a nice walking track around the canal to get your steps up in the afternoon or early morning. The bedrooms didn't have it's own aircon, so it was a bit hot in there. Had to leave the door open to get the aircon from the living room.

• Ellie (4/5): Don’t ruin your trip with staying here!! - Nice view Where do I start…. Firstly I think the email regarding the check in should be a lot more clear, we walked around for ages trying to find the keys because you can’t see anything behind the trees. We booked Broadwater and ended up in Saltwater which should have been made more clear for check in. As a European tourist it would be helpful to put in the email how to get down to the basement as I have never come across anywhere where you need the key! Within the apartment there were multiple issues… the sofa was disgustingly stained and we thankfully found a blanket to sit on because it was horrible. The apartment felt dirty and needs a refresh. Now for the problem that ruined our experience - leaking taps in the apartment!! I had all of my belongings ruined as they were in a draw that was flooded, we had a constant leak over the floor and behind the tap in the bathroom and toilet which is ridiculous when you cannot use the taps! We called reception and were told it was going to be looked at and were 99% sure it wasn’t because the leak got worse. Do not book this place unless you want to deal with loud neighbours and thin walls, dirty sofas and leaking taps that ruin your things unless you don’t use the draws. Complete waste of money!!!

• Brand (9/5): Comfortable and well located apartment, highly recommended. - The neighbours were friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Art works and plants were dotted around tastefully. The apartment was well/designed. The clothes hanger was a little discoloured, I suspect because it was stored near the outfall of the aircon and thus very warm and humid. It would be helpful to list all the facilities available in the cupboards, including the full laundry which was well hidden.

• Robert (8/5): Basic, comfortable place to eat and sleep, shower and wash clothes over a two week stay. - Location to the things I was doing Slow elevator, Master bedroom needs awning over windows as even with curtains closed it becomes uncomfortably warm - air conditioning doesn’t cool that room and ceiling fan ineffective at circulating cool air into this room. Also fan constantly “ticks” on high speed. Iron didn’t work.

• Nuyni Beyanca (9/5): Perfect location and well thought out space. Will definitely book again!! - The location was perfect with beautiful walkways and also near shopping centres. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was well equipped and accommodated our needs as family of 3. It was a well thought out space and was very secure for our two year old. The rug in the living area was difficult to keep clean as we had a 2 year old that enjoyed snacking. Would appreciate a vacuum or even a mop added to the property to ease with cleaning. The pool was great however needed to be cleaned.

Because a large section of it is not deep he could move around in the water more confidently. Lovely view over the water from the room too. The beds were super comfy. • Samuel (5/5): Convenient Stay, But Not as Advertised - What I Liked The property offered a seamless and efficient arrival experience, with key collection easily managed via a secure mailbox. Early access to the room was an unexpected but welcome convenience, allowing for a more relaxed check-in process. The provision of basement car parking was a notable advantage, offering secure and easily accessible vehicle accommodation. Furthermore, when the air conditioning was initially non-functional due to depleted remote batteries, the property manager responded promptly and attended in person to resolve the issue, demonstrating a high standard of service and professionalism. The promotional images did not accurately reflect the current condition of the property, resulting in a noticeable disparity between expectations and reality. Upon arrival, it was evident that the property was considerably aged and did not present to the standard suggested by the photographs. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the space was below acceptable standards, which impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of the stay.
