• Marianne (10/5): Neues Apartment in bester Lage - Die Unterkunft liegt gegenüber dem Stadtpark und fußläufig ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Parken konnte man etwa 800 m entfernt (Leechgasse) in der grünen Parkzone für 11 € für 24 Stunden Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt war, waren die Zimmer mit Blick in einen kleinen Garten, die App. mit Balkon oder Terrasse und es war wunderbar ruhig. Unsere Vermieterin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich auch selbst gemeldet. Es war ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden dort jederzeit bei einem neuen Besuch von Graz dort buchen. Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe der Universität und es gibt dort viele Restaurants mit Schanigärten, Lebensmittelläden und einer wunderbaren Bäckerei. Nichts

• Micaela (10/5): - El lugar es muy cómodo. Estuve varias noches porque fui por trabajo y todo fue genial. Es todo nuevo y está completamente equipado. Es muy tranquilo. La zona es muy cómoda. Hay muy cerca lugares para comer y un Spar. La comunicación con los propietarios es muy sencilla. La relación precio/calidad me pareció muy adecuada. Solo por poner alguna crítica constructiva podrían mejorar las almohadas, las mías no estaban en buen estado. Por otro lado, el wifi no me funcionó bien algunos días.

• Hanna (8/5): - Ett jättebra boende med kanonläge! Fin lägenhet med härlig balkong. Det enda minuset var sängen som var väldigt liten för två personer och tyvärr lite hård.
• Cami (8/5): Relaxing time in Graz - The location was very convenient, close to the University and the Stadtpark. There are also several bus stops around, so it is easy to reach from the train station. The apartment was really nice and spacious. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There is a small kitchen, wonderfully equipped with all the essentials (incl. oil, salt, pepper, cleaning utensils, cutlery, etc). As we are tee drinkers we appreciated the big cups. You also get access to a bike and to washing machines, which makes it perfect if you are planning a longer stay. The bathroom overall was big and you have space in the shower too. The bed was comfortable. We booked an apartment with a terrace (garden access) and it was perfect for us. We could enjoy the good weather outside and even though the apartments are close to a very busy street, you do not hear the traffic. The code system for the main door and apartment key was extremely convenient, and you receive instructions for all you need to do to access the apartment and how to check out by email. It was really great, especially if you need to arrive/leave at odd times. We enjoyed the time in the apartment and would book it again whenever we are back in Graz. There is room for improvement, especially little details that could have made our stay even more comfortable. For example, the pillows were too soft and thin, and the curtains do not cover the entire wall. It would have been great to have a toilet paper halter in the bathroom, as well as a second towel holder. In our apartment, there were a couple of things broken, the towel holder was missing one of the plastic caps to support the holder against the wall and the shower head was leaking water on one side. Despite these minor issues we really enjoyed our stay and as I mentioned before, we would come back whenever we are in Graz.

• Marco (9/5): splendida vacanza a cavallo di capodanno - Buona posizione in un vicolo tranquillo che si affaccia su Stadtpark. Basta quindi attraversare la strada e si possono percorrere a piedi le stradine del parco per avvicinarsi alla parte antica e centrale della città e alle varie attrazioni intorno a Schlossberg. Abbiamo visitato la città attorno a capodanno e l'abbiamo girata parecchio a piedi senza bisogno di mezzi pubblici o di spostare la macchina (attenzione alle zone blu e verdi per i parcheggi, è molto difficile capire il funzionamento). La struttura è moderna così come i suoi arredi e la cucina. Molto bella e particolare la stanza bagno/doccia. Forse qualcuno potrebbe preferire un tavolo un po' più grande per sedersi a consumare i pasti e con delle sedie normali al posto di quelle alte tipo da bar. Un po' più di capsule per la macchina del caffè, visto anche che in un supermercato della zona non siamo riusciti a trovarle.
• Twyla (9/5): Great apartment with garden balcony near Schlossbergpark and university - The location is near good cafes (Cafe Harrach is my favourite, '70s vibe) and the Schlosspark. The balcony overlooks a sweet little garden. Parkette floor in the main room and non-slippery stone tiles in the very spacious bathroom. Great shower. Well-equipped kitchen, new stainless steel pots, good knives. Bike supplied. The absence of the usual big black TV monitor was restful. The owner arrived with a portable heater and slippers immediately after I called to say the room was rather cool (floor heating wasn't up to speed yet, but kicked in after a few hours.) A small cutting board would be useful and a bigger selection of tea would be nice. I did struggle with the high bar seats at the tall table. A regular table and chairs would be better for people who need to write and who have mobility problems climbing onto high stools...

• Maria (9/5): Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage – Radfahren und Parkspaziergang inklusive. - Alles toll – auch die vielen Kleinigkeiten stimmen! Fahrrad, Küchenausstattung, auch mit Essig und Öl, super Erreichbarkeit. Tolle Aufteilung, dass das Gepäck außer Sichtweite ist. Für mich stimmt hier wirklich alles! Ich nutze hier auch immer gerne das Fahrrad und zu Fuß kommt man hier auch mit einem Morgenspaziergang auf den Schlossberg. Einfach nur über die Straße in den Park.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent stay in the heart of Graz - Great location and excellent accommodation , very modern and clean. Would definitely use again since very near to one of my kids. Communication good for check in and departure but little to no info in the accommodation if you are not familiar with Graz. Parking in Graz can be difficult, this place is best without a vehicle.

• Melanie (9/5): Schnuckliges Appartement in prima Lage - Mehrere Appartements in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, Balkonm mit Blick auf einen Garten. Modern eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Am besten fand ich das Leih-Fahrrad, welches man unverhofft nutzen konnte. Füßläufig war der "Hausberg" zu erreichen, einige Bus- und Tramhaltestellen sowie Einkaufsläden und eine Kneipenmeile befanden sich um die Ecke. Bad hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können.

The apartment is excellent and fully equipped, more than we need when abroad. Cleaning is perfect. Completely silent. The staff is responsive, pay attention to all details that and are very kind. I have only minor notes. The messages through Booking were in German and it would help to have them in English. The floor heating was not working properly during the first days, but the owners provided an external device that immediately solved the situation.

• Filatova (9/5): - I love the location! I came to the University for a conference, and it’s just a 7-minute walk away. The bed is comfortable, and the room feels very private. The windows face the garden. I would there for long time, it is definitely would be comfortable even to live there for sometime. There is room for improvement: the property needs a printed manual or one sent in advance. It feels like the management lacks experience in the hospitality business. For example, there are absolutely no instructions on how to operate the heating system (believe me, following intuition doesn’t work!). The same goes for garbage disposal — on the last day, I received instructions in German on how to sort waste into recycling bins. It would be much more helpful to receive these instructions on the first day, so I could sort my garbage properly from the start. Also, in the kitchen, everything is hidden inside cupboards, and the cupboard design makes it difficult to guess what’s inside or how to open them.
• Lutgardis (8/5): Genoten.van mijn.verblijf! - Zeer mooie flat, voorzien van alle comfort, Een.fietst kon gratis gebruikt worden Ik.was erg gecharmeerd van het terras. Ligt in een rustige verkeersluwe steeg. Vlakbij her mooie stadspark. En toch kort bij een levendige straat, op 10 minuten wandelafstand van het oude stadsdeel. Het enige minpunt voor mij was dat er voor 5 dagen maar 1 badhanddoek en 1 kleine handdoek voorzien is.

• Ute (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist toll und für mich war die Lage in Nähe der Uni auch super. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und antworten zeitnah. Ich hatte am Anreisetag kurz Probleme, wo ich ins Gebäude kommen, da es zwei verschiedene Eingänge gibt und das bei Dunkelheit schwer erkennbar ist. Ansonsten war aber alles super und ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Ausschilderung der Eingänge könnte optimiert werden.

• Johannes (9/5): Es war wirklich sehr gut, komme gerne wieder. - Es handelt sich um ein Apartment: Es ist bestens eingerichtet. Sogar ein eigenes Fahrrad steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage zwischen Univiertel und Stadtpark ist optimal. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum. Vom Lärm der Glacisstraße hört man so gut wie nichts. Die Vermieter habe ich nicht persönlich getroffen, aber sie reagierten auf Anfragen per Chat schnell und freundlich. Dank Schlüsselsafe war auch eine späte Anreise kein Problem. Das Apartment hatte keinen Fernseher, was dank bestem WLAN aber nur halb so schlimm war. Das Einzige, was meine Begeisterung etwas eingeschränkt, war die Dusche: Der Druck des Warmwassers war - zumindest in meinem Apartment im oberen Stockwerk - schwach. Zudem war die Dusche etwas rutschig. Älteren Reisenden empfehle ich, die vorhandene Badematte weit in die Dusche hineinzunehmen, selbst wenn diese dabei klitschnass wird.

Decidimos reservar porque se indicaba que nos darían dos bicicletas incluidas en el alquiler. Solo había una disponible, nunca nos contestaron cuando solicitamos reservar 2 bicicletas, un mes y medio antes de nuestra estadía. El propietario no respondía lo que preguntabamos sino cualquier otra cosa. Muy difícil la comunicación.

It is honestly such a beautiful apartment right in the city, very close walking distance to the main square and only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and 5 minutes to bus stop. The apartment facilities are top, everything you need is there! The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing is missing in this apartment stay! They even have bikes downstairs for you to use during your stay which is an added bonus and a washing machine too! I was very impressed with this accommodation. The staff are very easy to communicate with and I asked for a late checkout due to my train leaving at 1700 and Bettina said I could just stay and use the apartment until my train departure! This was so helpful and I am so very grateful. Would definitely stay again! Everything was great! There is nothing negative to mention about the apartment.

Access to a bicycle was a nice touch . Handy location for any park run enthusiasts Nothing in particular . A couple of extra pillows would be possibly one addition .
