Eben (10/5): Great place to stay in San Pedro - I've stayed here several times and I love the location, the self check-in, the uniqueness of the building and the cozy Swiss-chalet feeling of the loft bedroom. Very reasonably prices and near plenty of restaurants. Easy to communicate with the host.
Richard (5/5): Not all that glitters is gold - The location. No problems finding Ubers Safe Deceptive advertising on comfortability of place. The bathroom is located right in front of the kitchen No proper arrangements for disposing of trash and recycling You have to climb a steep flight of steps inside the apartment to get to the bedroom Wouldn't recommend for anyone that has knee or walking problems At a certain point, I had to purchase my own toilet tissue and paper towels because the host couldn't provide

Sulia (9/5): Comfortable and calm area within San Jose - The property is clean and rustic. Conveniently placed near the university and malls. It is actually really beautiful Nothing. I was first placed in the first apartment which was also rustic and beautiful but it had much less light then I asked if I could be changed to an apartment with more light as I preferred it and the owner was very flexible for my request. Really appreciated it!
Hendrik (10/5): It was a nice little affordable appartment, wifi and a place to work, with good restaurants nearby. - Owners are nice people :) I liked the appartment its a little strange, but its cool though. The owner is an architect, and the building is i guess an experiment. Its very compact and does go vertical. I didnt do any cooking but the kitchen seems complete. There is no need for cooking restaurant around the corner is pretty good. Parking my car was a problem, as parking lot across the street was difficult to get in touch with. The boat ladder going to the second floor of some appartments is really to steep.
