- Donna (4/5): It’s better to stay somewhere else where you can get better valie for your money and a more friendly and hospitable host - The place is spacious with high ceiling and well-insulated. • The place is advertised for having a bath. There is none! The owner probably doesn’t know the difference between a bath and a shower area.
• Shower head is dirty and needs to be replaced, rainfall function doesn’t work. Hence it feels like you are getting water under a faucet.
• Water from the sink in the bathroom was murky and dirty. I have to leave the faucet open for 5-10minutes for water to get clear. This place should check their piping and sewer!
• TV not working, no TV channels at all.
• Flat iron doesn’t really heat up well even if it’s on maximum. Ironing board is dirty too.
• Location of the heater control is difficult to find. Hence, you will not be able to adjust the thermostat of it gets really cold.
• Most of all, the host is not really that hospitable and not that responsive. The host doesn’t seem like a well-travelled person who used to dealing with tourists and cannot assist you in any way. Their responses, which at times sounds impolite (probably of language barrier or app translation) can ruin your vacation. When asked if it’s better to book a car or take the train going to the place, the response you’ll get is: “I don’t know this is just a rent apartment.” So yeah, this place just cares about getting your money and nothing about you getting a comfortable stay!
• As for transport, if you take the tram, bus, or train be prepared to drag your suitcase/s and climb a 3 plights of stairs! There is no escaping the stairs unless you book a car. Something that will be a valuable information that can be mentioned when I asked the host about the best way to get to the place.

5 or 6 minutes from the airport Postbus bus stop.
The apartment is large and attractive
The weather was cold and the heating worked well.
Good shower.
Plenty of glasses etc.
Dishwasher and washing machine, we did not use either.
Large TV and DVD.
Couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
Excellent bars and restaurants within a few minutes.
U-Bahn within 10 minutes.
Excellent WIFI We did phone and state when the bus would be arriving and yet we had to wait 15 minutes, after phoning again for the keys to be delivered. It was a long day and we wanted to get settled.
The door to the shower room does not shut, it is stuck. OK if privacy not an issue.
Could invest in a new shower head, to make proper use of the excellent shower.
The water can go exceedingly hot, care is required.
The kitchen does have a sink but there is no draining board, so difficult to know what to do with the washed items.
The DVD did not have any cables, power or hdmi, so not useful
The TV was unable to show any live programs, seemed to be only able to show Netflix etc if you logged in with your account.
Finally, for us, the mattress are way too firm. I know it is a personal preference.
