• Sarinah Babe (9/5): Very comfortable and clean hotel with great amenities and a convenient location near the shopping district. - •The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bathroom was bright with good white lighting. •The bed was comfortable and had a very fluffy comforter. •Amenities were complete, including hair dryers and laundry machines available in the hotel. •The location is great, only a few minutes’ walk to the shopping district. •Staff were friendly and helpful. •Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. •If you want the room cleaned, you need to call the front desk since there is no “please clean room” sign available for the door (only a “do not disturb” sign). •After a couple of days, someone entered the room to change the towels even though we did not request cleaning or call the front desk, which was a bit unexpected. •The room is comfortable but may feel slightly tight if you have two medium-sized suitcases open at the same time.

• Arisa (7/5): - 事前チェックインで、スムーズにチェックインできました。 雨が降っていたのですが、貸し出し用の傘もありました。 お部屋には、フェイスタオルとバスタオルが用意されていて、残りのアメニティ（バスローブや綿棒など）はフロントから必要分を持っていくスタイルです。 お部屋はキレイに掃除されていました。 御堂筋からは少し離れていますが、なんば駅まで歩ける距離ですし、このお値段なら良いと思います。 シャワーの排水はイマイチです。 スーツケースを置くバゲージラックが無かったので、ベッドに置いていました。 部屋にも鏡があると良かったと思います。

• Mandeep (7/5): Gutes Hotel mit größeren Zimmern. Lage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Koffertransport ist etwas komplex. - Ich hatte ein großes und ein Zimmer welches im großen und ganzen wirklich in Ordnung war! Auch das Badezimmer war schön groß (für japanische Hotelzimmergrößen-Verhältnisse ;)). Die Klimaanlage war oft ein Retter in der Hitze übern Sightseeing-Tag. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer (meiner Meinung nach) nicht so schönen Gegend, was das Ganze ein bisschen weniger gemütlich gemacht hat. Das Personal war lieb, aber hier konnte ich meinen Koffer leider nicht "unkompliziert" ins nächste Hotel schicken.

Coin laundry washer were very convenient for us and we were very happy with the how the staff trated us. That the elevator stops at the second floor every time. Availability of stairs would be nice, both for emergencies and convinience when many people are using the elevators.
