• Maria (5/5): normal - Location, the idea of modular home, terrace :) Unfortunately it wasn’t really comfortable. There were neighbours just on the other side, the water is not possible to use (I lived before in similar houses but the water wasn’t so bad-yes i understand that it is going from underground and there is iron there); It was also unclear how to use the curtains, they didn't work; the apartment wasn’t really clear; there weren’t rug in the bathroom ; the bed wasn’t comfortable; the neon light didn’t work. We were really surprised about the neighbours and could not feel comfortable because other house is soo close. I understand that the house was quite cheap and our expectations wasn’t really high but these little things could be improved - you could plant trees between houses; put some kind of film on the windows so that everything is not visible or put some cheap rug in the bathroom; put instruction how to use curtains etc. anyways, thank you! We liked Saaremaa and wish wish you all the best!
• Joan (7/5): It was an overall nice stay that could fairly easily be improved and turned into an exceptional stay. - We liked the location, as it was peaceful and quiet. The sauna was great too. The grill was good. The water did have a slightly distinct smell, but it wasn’t as bad as some older reviews made it out to be. The pull-out couch wasn’t the most comfortable, especially for 2, as it was on the stiffer side. The privacy can be an issue for some, as the 2 houses are facing eachother, but the blinds definitely help with that.

• Emeli (8/5): Very good - It was okey. All the kitchen amenities were really useful. The bathroom was really cold. I thought we could get a room with a sauna and a bathtub, but there was nothing to indicate it so we didn't.
• Anastasiia (3/5): Will never come back. - The sauna was good. It was awful. We were there from October 20 to 22. We had the impression that no one was expecting us: - The route shown by Booking is incorrect. They changed the name but did not make these changes to the system. - The contact number said he no longer deals with this property and gave us the number of some woman. - The house was cold, the heating was completely turned off, even though we warned that we would arrive after 9 pm. The air conditioner began to heat up normally about two hours after switching on. And the house warmed up to a temperature where the nose did not freeze, somewhere around 3 o'clock in the morning. Because of this and the fact that we had doubts about the cleanliness of the bed linen, we had to sleep in our clothes. - The main room was maybe clean, maybe even the bathroom too, but the toilet was so dirty that I couldn't believe that people could be treated like that at all. In the morning, the toilet was completely broken, we used the toilet in the container opposite, in which the heating was on at 16 degrees. - We could not find firewood for the sauna on the evening of arrival, because no one brought it to the house, we searched in complete darkness on the street, but all in vain. - We sent a photo of the toilet and were told that a cleaning lady would come in the morning, who said to us that no one had warned her that someone had to come. Otherwise, everything would be clean and the house would be warmed for us, the water would be drained, because the stench from the water was so pungent. - About the bath. It can be used only after the sauna has warmed up well. The floor is so cold that it draws all the heat out of the water. It is big and beautiful and it was the main reason for renting this particular house. But it does not close well. If you accidentally touch the stopper, it opens immediately and the water flows out super fast. Unfortunately, that's why we never got to enjoy it.
• Emilia (9/5): Relaxing spa weekend - Had a great spa weekend, next house is really near, but everyone did their best not to disturb others. You have everything needed for vacation, soap and liquid for washing dishes included. Yes, took own hairdryer with me, no problem, brought firewood too, for in case, outdoor wood was a little bit wet. Quite place, big area. Definitely come back again. The house with bathtub and sauna is perfect, no complaining

• Bernd (7/5): Good - Nice, quiet location (but hard to find - just trust Google Maps.) Very big area (shared between two flats). - The pictures are misleading. There are two houses with completely different furnishings. (E.g. only one has the sauna and the bathtub showed in the pictures ...) - There are a few modern gimmicks (electric blinds, quite modern water tap in the kitchen) but at the cost that there are other essentials for a cozy flat missing (No Toaster, Chairs, Dining Table ...). - The water smells extremely of sulfur (which is fine sanitary wise, but still not really nice if one isn't used to it.)

• Kneecap (8/5): Very good - Extremely quiet. Big outside seating area. Remote controlled blinds. Kitchen tap - cool system. Comfy bed. Bathroom's rock shelf. Seemed like there's still some things to iron out, but the place has great potential and some minor inconveniences can easily be removed.
