• Berit (7/5): Für ein Wochenende an der UNI ist es okay - Nur wenige Schritte von der Uni entfernt. Die Duschsituation hat mich danach das Wasser von außen aufwischen lassen. Es war alles kostengünstiger Standard. Da die Heizung wohl ganz runtergedreht wird, war es am ersten Abend ziemlich kalt. Das würde ich auch aus energetischen Gründen anders machen. WLAN QR-Code funktionierte, manuelle Eingabe auf dem Laptop leider nicht.

• Niels (8/5): Great location, excellent host - Excellent location, good part of town. Everything is here for a nice stay, check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Everything looks new including pots and pans (wich are usually terrible in apartments). Also enough cups to make more than one coffee, great! Communication with host was excellent. Parking could be a hassle although we could park fairly easy on the street in front of the apartment (but there are not many spaces). Refrigerator makes quite some noise now and than (when the 'motor' is turned on every hour or so). For a few nights this is an excellent adress but I would not recommend it for longer stays, especially when you are with 3 people.

До центра города пешком около 30 мин, часто ходит автобус, остановка недалеко от дома. Квартира - студия, маленькая, втроем тесновато, вдвоем отлично.

• Isabell (10/5): schönes Appartment, das für einen Kurzaufenthalt alles bietet was man braucht - Der Aufenthalt war super. kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Nähe. In die Wohnung kommt man mit einem Code. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Kaffee und Tee waren da. Ebenso Herd, Kühlschrank, etc. - Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Lena war super. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist eine von drei Wohnungen auf diesem Stockwerk. Wir haben die Nachbarn teilweise gut gehört.
• Gerarda Sebastiana (9/5): Prima appartement - Locatie, schoon, fijne badkamer, prima bed Ik zou liever een parkeerplek hebben achter het huis. Nu moet je op een openbare plek parkeren. Dat is het enige minpuntje

• Patrick (9/5): Keer wat anders dan een hotel - Mooie afmeting en compleet voorzien. Met een wasmaschine zelfs. Lekker rustige locatie en goede wifi. Late check-uit mogelijk (12 uur). Begin is een beetje zoeken naar codekastje etc. Host was telefonisch niet bereikbaar - maar belde uurtje later wel terug. Uiteindelijk kwam alles goed. Douche is goed, maar niet echt warm. TV heeft alleen maar standaard kanalen dus geen duitse zenders.
• Arthur (10/5): Great stay for RTPU - Great appartment, fully equipped and 5 minutes walking away from a supermarket. A free indoor parking is across the street. The location is perfect for people going to RPTU Kaiserslautern -Landau or Fraunhofer Institute. Nothing in particular. If you want to go to the city center by foot it is a bit far, but buses and other transportations are available.

• Alexandra-Olimpia (10/5): Great apartment close to the university - The apartment was very clean and spacious, fully equipped with everything one would need. It is very close to the university, Fraunhofer, and Max Planck. There is also a Lidl close by. Reaching the apartment via public transportation is harder in the evening, as there are much fewer busses that go to the university in the evening.
• Caryn (7/5): A nice place to stay, if you can get in - This is a small, clean studio apartment with everything you need for a short stay. It is a bit warm in the summer so we were very happy to have the provided fan to help cool us off at night. The washing machine with laundry soap was an unexpected bonus. It is well taken care of and very clean. It was nice to have enough kitchen supplies to be able to cook a small meal or warm up leftovers. The space is small but works for two adults. If you had a child with you, they may be able to sleep in the pull out futon, but it would be a tight fit. This apartment makes a great place to stay if you have any business at RPTU. The worst part of our stay was that our host gave us the wrong code to be able to pickup the keys when we arrived. At that point, we had been travelling for 36 hours and the last thing you want is to not be able to get into the place you are staying. The code had been sent to us earlier through the messages in the Booking app so we tried desperately to reach our host that way to see what we were doing wrong or if we had the wrong code. After messaging multiple times and waiting more than 30 minutes without a response, we tried calling. We finally got a response that we were given the wrong code and then we're able to get the keys and get into the apartment. I have to be honest and say this is one of the worst experiences I have had in relationship to any apartment I have ever rented. After traveling that long, you are so tired and it is so hard to deal with any issues. Not being able to get the keys due to this kind of error was the worst thing I could imagine. We had also told the host exactly what time to expect us so I would hope they are monitoring the messaging app closely during that time in order to quickly respond to any messages they receive. I was disappointed our host did not do that. Making a phone call is not always possible in a foreign country so we were lucky we were able to call at all. I would ask in the future that all hosts pay attention to the app during check in time so that if these types of mistakes happen, they can be quickly fixed.

• Judith (10/5): Phenomenal and great location - It was perfect! We just needed somewhere to sleep to enjoy Germany. The owner was phenomenal!
• Yvonne (9/5): Schöne kleine Wohnung mit guter Ausgangslage. Hier kann man gut einige Tage verbringen. - Sauber, hell und modern ausgestattet. Perfekte Lage für meine Zwecke. Einfacher Check-in. Das Internet hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, konnte aber nach kurzer Fehlersuche in Gang gesetzt werden. Es fehlte mir eine kleine Schüssel für das Müsli am Morgen.

• Ivete_ (9/5): Nice room and very good location - It is located in a very good location when you need to be around the university, but it is also easy to take a bus downtown. The hosts are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful. The apartment was very well-cleaned and it is a large room. In general, I had a very good experience there. However, the bed was not so comfortable. For a pair of days, it is all good. For a longer period, it could bother me a bit.
